the radiation plate is positioned above the combustion holes, two sides of the flame stabilizing plate are respectively provided with a flame stabilizing piece, a gap is formed between the flame stabilizing piece and the main combustion pipe, and the flame stabilizing holes are arranged in the gap.

To this end, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a burner 600 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, for an oven 500, includes: the main combustion pipe 100 comprises an air inlet 101, a venturi tube 102 and a circular pipe 103, wherein a row of combustion holes 110 and a row of fire stabilizing holes 120 are respectively arranged on two sides of the circular pipe 103 along the axial direction, the row of fire stabilizing holes are positioned below the combustion holes 110, and the combustion holes 110 comprise a plurality of square fire holes 111 and a plurality of circular fire holes 112 which are arranged in a staggered manner; a radiation plate 200 connected to an upper side of the main combustion pipe 100; a flame stabilizing plate 300 connected to a lower side of the main combustion pipe 100; wherein, the radiant panel 200 is located above the combustion hole 110, two sides of the flame stabilizing panel 300 are respectively provided with a flame stabilizing piece 310, a gap is formed between the flame stabilizing piece 310 and the main combustion pipe 100, and the flame stabilizing hole 120 is arranged in the gap.
When heating, the row of combustion holes 110 and the row of fire stabilizing holes 120 on both sides of the main combustion pipe 100 simultaneously spray flames, because the fire stabilizing holes 120 are positioned in a gap between the fire stabilizing sheet 310 and the main combustion pipe 100, the combustion holes 110 are above the fire stabilizing holes 120, the flames sprayed from the fire stabilizing holes 120 are transmitted to the combustion holes 110 through the fire stabilizing sheet 310, the flames of the combustion holes 110 are ensured to be stable, extinguishing is prevented, and the two flames are overlapped, so that the heating speed is increased; the combustion holes 110 are composed of a plurality of square fire holes 111 and a plurality of round fire holes 112 which are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the stability of combustion is improved, and the improvement of heat load is facilitated. Here, it is understood that the square fire holes 111 and the circular fire holes 112 are staggered, including but not limited to a circular arrangement of one square fire hole 111 plus one circular fire hole 112, a circular arrangement of two square fire holes 111 plus two circular fire holes 112, a circular arrangement of one square fire hole 111 plus two circular fire holes 112, and the like. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cross section of the flame stabilizing plate 300 is semicircular and matches the shape of the circular tube 103, the flame stabilizing plate 300 is fixed on the lower side of the circular tube 103 by welding, a space is reserved between the flame stabilizing plate 300 and the circular tube 103 to form a gap, the flame sprayed from the flame stabilizing holes 120 is limited by the flame stabilizing sheet 310, and the flame is upward directed and can be used for igniting the flame of the combustion holes 110, and simultaneously the flame of the combustion holes 110 is not easy to extinguish.
Referring to fig. 5, according to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the plurality of square fire holes 111 and the plurality of circular fire holes 112 are arranged in an equidistant staggered manner, so that the flames of the respective combustion holes 110 have enough space, do not affect each other, are uniformly arranged, and are beneficial to improving the heating uniformity of the oven 500.
Referring to fig. 5, according to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the distance between two adjacent fire stabilizing holes 120 is greater than the distance between two adjacent combustion holes 110, the area of the flame is enlarged because the flame emitted from the fire stabilizing holes 120 is refracted by the fire stabilizing sheet 310, and the auxiliary heat is provided by the fire stabilizing holes 120, so that the number of fire stabilizing holes 120 is reduced and the distance is increased.
Referring to fig. 5, according to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the square fire hole 111 is rectangular, and the short side of the rectangle is parallel to the axial direction of the main burner tube. Considering that the radiation plate 200 is located above the square fire holes 111 and the flame is naturally upward, the short side of the square fire hole 111 with the rectangular cross section is arranged above and close to the radiation plate 200, the attachment of the flame is facilitated by the short side above and the upper parts of the long sides at both sides, and the stability of combustion is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, according to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the combustion holes 110 on both sides of the main combustion pipe 100 are symmetrically arranged, that is, two combustion holes 110 on the same cross-section of the main combustion pipe 100 are symmetrically arranged, so that the flames on both sides of the main combustion pipe 100 are substantially consistent, which helps to improve the uniformity of heating of the oven 500.
According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, an ignition bracket 104 is connected to the main combustion pipe 100, an ignition pin 130 and a thermocouple 140 are connected to the ignition bracket 104, the ignition pin 130 and the thermocouple 140 are oppositely disposed at both sides of the main combustion pipe 100, the main combustion pipe 100 is provided with a plurality of fire transfer holes 150 corresponding to the ignition pin 130, and the plurality of fire transfer holes 150 are disposed along a circumferential direction of the main combustion pipe 100 and are adjacent to the combustion holes 110. When the burner is ignited, the ignition needle 130 is used for ignition in a matching way to ignite the gas sprayed out of the fire transfer holes 150, then the flame of the plurality of fire transfer holes 150 ignites the gas sprayed out of the stable fire holes 120 and the combustion holes 110, and the plurality of fire transfer holes 150 ensure smooth ignition.
According to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the end of the main combustion pipe 100 is provided with an air inlet slot 160, the end of the main combustion pipe 100 is connected with a rotatable air adjusting cap 400, the air adjusting cap 400 is in a sleeve shape and is sleeved on the end of the main combustion pipe 100, the air adjusting cap 400 is provided with a shielding piece 410 matched with the air inlet slot 160, and the opening degree of the air inlet slot 160 can be adjusted by rotating the air adjusting cap 400 to change the area of the shielding piece 410 shielding the air inlet slot 160, so as to adjust the air inlet amount, and thus adjust the flame of the burner 600. Referring to fig. 6, according to some embodiments of the second aspect of the present invention, the oven 500 has a gas spray pipe 510, a nozzle 511 of the gas spray pipe 510 passes through the damper cap 400 and protrudes into the main combustion pipe 100 to supply gas to the burner 600, a fixing bracket 170 is fixedly coupled to the main combustion pipe 100, and the fixing bracket 170 is fixedly coupled to the gas spray pipe 510. the radiation plate is positioned above the combustion holes, two sides of the flame stabilizing plate are respectively provided with a flame stabilizing piece, a gap is formed between the flame stabilizing piece and the main combustion pipe, and the flame stabilizing holes are arranged in the gap.
2. The burner of claim 1, wherein a plurality of said square fire holes and a plurality of said circular fire holes are equidistantly staggered.
3. The burner according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the distance between two adjacent flame stabilizing holes is larger than the distance between two adjacent combustion holes.
4. The burner of claim 1, wherein the square fire hole is rectangular, and a short side of the square fire hole is parallel to an axial direction of the main burner tube.
5. The burner of claim 1, wherein the burner holes on both sides of the main burner pipe are symmetrically arranged.

The burner of claim 1, wherein an ignition support is connected to the main combustion pipe, an ignition needle and a thermocouple are connected to the ignition support, the ignition needle and the thermocouple are oppositely arranged on two sides of the main combustion pipe, and the main combustion pipe is provided with a plurality of fire transmission holes corresponding to the ignition needle.
