Abstract
The invention relates to a deficiency tonifying health care product composition, a preparation method and application thereof. The raw materials for preparing the composition comprise the following components in parts by mass: 5 to 40 parts of dandelion, 10 to 120 parts of bulb vegetables, 10 to 100 parts of spicy leaf vegetables and 8 to 16 parts of fruits. The preparation method of the deficiency tonifying health care product composition comprises the following steps: pulverizing herba Taraxaci, bulb vegetables, and spicy leaf vegetables, and mixing to obtain solid mixture; adding purified water into the solid mixture for extraction, and filtering to obtain extract juice; concentrating the extracted juice to obtain a concentrated solution; adding ethanol to precipitate and remove impurities from the concentrated solution to obtain refined solution; embedding the refined solution to obtain an extracting solution; freeze-drying the extract to obtain the freeze-dried powder of the deficiency-tonifying health-care product composition. The deficiency-tonifying health-care product composition prepared by the method does not contain hormone, has no obvious toxic or side effect, and has the effects of tonifying deficiency, tonifying kidney and strengthening yang.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of health care products, in particular to a deficiency tonifying health care product composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the increasing pace of life, the work and life pressure of people is increasing, and the number of people in sub-health state is also increasing. Especially, in men, symptoms such as weak physical strength, deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, and deficiency of kidney-yang often appear in middle-aged people. This puts a great mental stress on the patient and even affects normal family life.
For this reason, patients often need to seek medical assistance. Although various kidney-tonifying and yang-strengthening medicines are sold in the market at present, most of the medicines contain sex hormones or obvious side effects, and the medicines can generate medicine dependence after being taken for a long time and even harm the health of a human body.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, there is a need for a deficiency-tonifying health-care product composition which has no obvious toxic or side effect and has the effects of tonifying deficiency, tonifying kidney and strengthening yang.
In addition, a preparation method and application of the deficiency tonifying health care product composition are also provided.
The deficiency-tonifying health-care product composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
5 to 40 parts of dandelion, 10 to 120 parts of bulb vegetables, 10 to 100 parts of spicy leaf vegetables and 8 to 16 parts of fruits;
the bulb vegetables are selected from at least one of shallot, onion and garlic, the spicy leaf vegetables are selected from at least one of leek, celery and coriander, and the fruits are selected from at least one of grapes, blueberries, black currants, lemons, oranges, litchis, cherries, longan aril, strawberries, pineapples, coconuts, dragon fruits, smallanthus sonchifolius, durian, noni fruits, shiba fruits and tomatoes.
The raw materials of the deficiency tonifying health care product composition are selected from common vegetables and fruits, do not contain sex hormone and have no obvious toxic or side effect; clinical tests prove that the deficiency tonifying health-care product composition prepared from the raw materials has the effects of tonifying deficiency, tonifying kidney and strengthening yang.
In one embodiment, the raw materials for preparing the deficiency-tonifying health-care product composition further comprise 0-6 parts by weight of edible seeds, wherein the edible seeds are selected from at least one of wolfberry fruits, emblic leafflower fruits, seabuckthorn fruits, oats, tartary buckwheat, natto, mulberry fruits, walnut kernels, sesames, peony seeds, passion fruits, almonds, peach kernels, safflower seeds, perilla seeds, pumpkin seeds, bitter melon seeds, pine seeds, moringa seeds, maca seeds, okra seeds, hawthorns, cocoa beans and coffee beans.
In one embodiment, the health care product composition is characterized in that the raw materials for preparing the health care product composition for tonifying deficiency also comprise 0 to 6 parts of camellia seed eurotium cristatum and 0 to 6 parts of pine pollen according to parts by mass.
In one embodiment, the raw materials for preparing the deficiency tonifying health care product composition further comprise 0-6 parts by mass of spices, and the spices are selected from at least one of ginger, cinnamon, fennel, anise, pepper, allspice, pepper and clove.
The application of the deficiency tonifying health product composition of any embodiment in preparation of health medicines, health beverages or chocolates.
In one embodiment, the preparation method of the health-care product composition for tonifying deficiency comprises the following steps: the raw materials are crushed and mixed, and then are leached in purified water at 70-80 ℃ to obtain the leaching juice.
In one embodiment, the leaching process further comprises the following steps after the leaching process:
concentrating the extract to a relative density of 1.18-1.20 to obtain a concentrated solution;
adding embedding agent with the volume of 0.3-6% of the concentrated solution for embedding treatment to obtain the extracting solution.
In one embodiment, the reverse osmosis pressure during concentration is 30kg/cm2~150kg/cm2The embedding agent is β -cyclodextrin or porous starch.
In one embodiment, after the concentration step and before the embedding step, a step of adding 3 times of the volume of the concentrated solution to precipitate and remove impurities to obtain a refined solution is further included, and the volume percentage of ethanol in the ethanol solution is higher than 70%.
In one embodiment, the embedding step further comprises a step of freeze-drying the extract to obtain a lyophilized powder at a temperature of-70 ℃ to-35 ℃.

As shown in fig. 1, a method for preparing a health product composition for restoring deficiency according to an embodiment includes the following steps:
step S110: according to the mass parts, 5 to 40 parts of dandelion, 10 to 120 parts of bulbs, 10 to 100 parts of spicy leaf vegetables, 8 to 16 parts of fruits, 0 to 6 parts of edible seeds, 0 to 6 parts of camellia sinensis, 0 to 6 parts of pine pollen and 0 to 6 parts of spice are crushed and mixed to obtain a solid mixture.

Wherein the bulb vegetables are selected from at least one of herba Alii Fistulosi, Bulbus Allii Cepae and Bulbus Allii. Shallot, pungent in flavor and warm in nature, enters lung, stomach and liver meridians, and has the actions of releasing exterior, activating yang and removing toxicity. Step S170: adding 0.01 to 5 parts of sweetening agent, 0.01 to 0.05 part of salt, 0.3 to 0.5 part of sodium bicarbonate and 0.1 to 0.3 part of flavoring agent into the extracting solution or the freeze-dried powder according to the parts by mass to prepare liquid beverage or solid beverage.
Wherein the sweetener is selected from at least one of glucose, brown sugar, Mel, white sugar, crystal sugar, fructose, aspartame, stevioside, xylitol, sodium cyclamate and acesulfame potassium. Likewise, the flavoring agent is selected from common flavoring products, and is not described in detail herein.
The extract liquid prepared in steps S110 to S150 is used for preparing a liquid beverage; step S140 may be omitted, and after that, step S150 directly performs the embedding process on the concentrated solution in step S130. The lyophilized powder prepared in step S160 is used for preparing a solid beverage, that is, if it is not necessary to prepare a solid beverage, there is no step S160. Step S170 is used for preparing the extract in step S150 into a health product liquid beverage, or used for preparing the freeze-dried powder in step S160 into a health product solid beverage.
According to the preparation method of the deficiency-tonifying health-care product composition, the liquid or solid deficiency-tonifying health-care product composition is prepared by crushing and mixing the raw materials according to the proportion and then processing according to corresponding steps. The health-care product composition for tonifying deficiency is added with a proper amount of food additives, and can be used for preparing health-care medicines, health-care beverages (health-care vinegar, health-care wine, enzymes and the like) or products such as chocolate and the like by adopting a food processing technology. The health medicine is in the form of oral liquid, capsule, pill, tablet, honey paste, etc.

Test part:

The deficiency-tonifying health-care product composition according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials for preparing the deficiency-tonifying health-care product composition further comprise 0 to 6 parts by mass of edible seeds, and the edible seeds are selected from at least one of wolfberry fruit, emblic leafflower fruit, seabuckthorn seed, oat, tartary buckwheat, natto, mulberry fruit, walnut kernel, sesame, peony seed, passion fruit, almond, peach seed, safflower seed, perilla seed, pumpkin seed, bitter melon seed, pine seed, moringa seed, maca seed, okra seed, hawthorn, cocoa bean and coffee bean.
