s6, preheating: preheating the feed liquid by a tubular sterilization machine, wherein the outlet temperature is 65-75 ℃;
s7, homogenizing: homogenizing the preheated feed liquid by a low-pressure homogenizer at the homogenizing pressure of 25 MPa; sterilizing the homogenized feed liquid by a tube type sterilizer; the temperature is 105-;
s8, filling: cleaning the glass bottles by a filling machine, filling feed liquid, covering the glass bottles by a cover, and conveying the glass bottles to a rear section;
s9, caging and sterilizing: loading the filled product into a cage frame through cage loading equipment, and guiding the cage frame into a sterilization kettle through a trolley; sterilizing the product in the sterilizing kettle at 121 ℃ for 20 minutes, and automatically cooling to below 50 ℃ after sterilization;
s10, unloading the cage, and sleeving the label: the cooled cage frame enters a cage unloading device through a trolley and enters a conveying chain through the cage unloading device; the dried product is labeled by a labeling machine, so that the complete content and pattern of the label, no fold, complete coverage and no vertical deviation are ensured; marking the product after the labeling by a marking shrinking machine; drying the moisture on the surface of the glass bottle by a dryer; code spraying is carried out on the product, and code spraying information accords with relevant regulations of companies; according to the production requirement and the packaging specification, the correct packaging material is taken; loading the selected products into a carton according to a specified specification, sealing the carton and stacking the carton in order;
