Description

Energy-saving vaporization type air supply system easy to maintain
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an evaporation type air supply system, and more particularly, to an energy-saving evaporation type air supply system which is easy to maintain, and which rotates a gasket assembly, a predetermined portion of which is submerged in a water tank, so that a water absorption pad of the gasket assembly is automatically wetted by the water in the water tank, and air passes through the water absorption pad to evaporate and cool the air.
Background
A vapor-type air supply device (hereinafter, collectively referred to as "vapor-type air supply device") such as an air cooler absorbs heat of outside air to vaporize water and relatively lower the temperature of the outside air to generate cool air in a process in which the outside air passes through a wetted pad (hereinafter, referred to as "water absorption pad") having a predetermined thickness.
Such a vaporizing type air supply apparatus has an advantage of low energy consumption compared to other air conditioning apparatuses (e.g., air conditioners), and thus is frequently constructed in industrial sites of factories and the like.
However, in the evaporative air supply device installed in a factory or the like as described above, since workers are inevitably obliged to keep clean the water absorption pad of the evaporative air supply device, various dusts and the like adhere to the water absorption pad, which causes contamination, bacterial growth of mold and the like, and further generates offensive odor, and there is a problem that complaints are frequently generated.
Further, since the evaporative air supply device is installed indoors to supply cold air through a ventilation duct or the like, it is often installed on a factory roof, and in this case, it is difficult for a worker to climb the roof to clean a water absorption pad or the like of the evaporative air supply device.
In a large-scale plant, a plurality of vaporization type air supply devices are provided, and a self-circulation pump is provided to supply water to the water absorption pad in each of the vaporization type air supply devices, thereby increasing energy consumption. Further, there is a problem that maintenance of the filter and the pump is often caused by scale generated in the pipe for supplying water.
Accordingly, there is a demand for development of an improved structure of a vaporizing type air supply system that can continuously maintain cleanliness even if a worker does not periodically manage to maintain cleanliness of a water absorption pad or the like, and that does not require a separate self-circulation pump to be provided in a vaporizing type air supply apparatus.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the vaporization type gas supply system of the present invention includes: the vaporizing air supply device 2 is arranged at more than one on the roof 1 or the outer side of the building; and a water supply tank 3 for supplying water to the vaporizing air supply device 2.
The vaporizing air supply 2 is connected to an air duct 2A, said air duct 2A being used for supplying humidified air or cooled air to the interior of the building. Then, a water discharge pipe 3B is connected to a lower side of the vaporizing type air supplying device 2 to discharge the stored water to the outside. A valve controlled by a controller is arranged in the drain pipe 3B, and the drain pipe 3B can be controlled to be automatically opened and closed.
The water supply tank 3 is provided with a water supply pump (not shown) therein, and is connected to a water supply pipe 3A for supplying water to the vaporizing air supply device 2.
In addition, an injection port (not shown) is provided in the water supply tank 3, and a cleaning liquid is selectively injected. In contrast, a chemical injection device (not shown) may be further provided for injecting the cleaning liquid into the water supply pipe 3A.
By selectively supplying the cleaning liquid through the inlet of the water supply tank 3 or the chemical injection device of the water supply pipe 3A, the cleaning liquid can clean the water supply pipe 3A and the inside of the water tank 20 and remove the scale deposited on the pipe and the contaminants deposited on the water tank 20.
In addition, the contaminants accumulated in the water tank 20 can be removed by opening the drain pipe 3B.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the vaporizing type air supply apparatus 2 includes a housing 10, a water tank 20, a gasket assembly 30, a fan unit 40, and a controller.
For convenience of explanation, the vaporizing air supply apparatus 2 will be described with the direction in which outside air flows into the internal exhaust air being referred to as the front side and the direction opposite thereto being referred to as the rear side.
The housing 10 is constructed of a quadrangular frame structure. Then, an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are formed at both side surfaces and an upper surface and a rear portion, respectively, to flow air from the outside to the inside and discharge the flowing air to the outside. In addition, the other portions than the intake port 11 and the exhaust port 12 are covered with separate plate materials.
Then, supporting rollers 13, 14 are provided at the inner side of the housing 10, and the supporting rollers 13, 14 rotatably support both sides of the sheet assembly 30.
The water tank 20 is located at the inner lower portion of the housing 10.
The water tank 20 is formed with a water supply pipe 3A and a drain pipe 3B, the water supply pipe 3A guides water supplied to the water tank 20 through the water supply tank 3, and the drain pipe 3B drains the water in the water tank 20.
The water tank 20 includes: a water storage tank 22 depressed in an arch shape at an upper center portion to correspond to an outer shape of the gasket assembly 30, receiving water through the water supply pipe 3A; and a drain groove 23 formed at both sides of the water storage groove 22 to be adjacent to the water storage groove 22 and formed to be inclined to be gradually widened from a front end to a rear end, the front end being communicated with the water storage groove 22 to guide the water stored in the water storage groove 22 to move toward the drain pipe 3B.
The water tank 20 supplies water to the water storage tank 22 through the water supply pipe 3A, and discharges water in the drain tank 23 to the outside of the water tank 20 through the drain pipe 3B.
The water tank 20 discharges or supplies water in the water tank 20 through the controller.
The water tank 20 discharges the water inside the water tank 20 through the water discharge pipe 3B every predetermined period, or continuously supplies water into the water tank 20 through the water supply pipe 3A and continuously discharges the water inside the water tank 20 through the water discharge pipe 3B.
The water tank 20 is provided with a gasket cleaning brush 21 that contacts a gasket assembly 30 described later.
Here, the gasket washing brush 21 is rotated while bristles are radially formed along the outer side surface of the long rod so that the gasket washing brush 21 is in contact with the outer side surface of the gasket assembly 30. The washer cleaning brush 21 is rotated while removing contaminants settled in the water tank 20.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the gasket assembly 30 is formed in an inclined cylindrical shape while a predetermined portion of the cylindrical surface of the gasket assembly 30 is submerged in the water surface in the water tank 20. The shim pack 30 is then provided with a drive motor M on one side for rotational movement.
The gasket assembly 30 is formed in an inclined cylindrical shape as a whole, and the negative pressure generated by the operation of the fan unit 40 acts along the entire length direction (or the inclined direction) of the gasket assembly 30 regardless of the front and rear of the gasket assembly 30. Accordingly, the outside air is introduced into the gasket assembly 30 more uniformly over the entire area of the gasket assembly 30, and the humidification or cooling performance can be improved.
Such a gasket assembly 30 comprises: first and second side covers 31A and 31B formed with different diameters at predetermined intervals; a plurality of support frames 32 arranged in a radial shape to connect outer side surfaces of the first and second side covers 31A, 31B; a plurality of absorbent pads 33 disposed in the space spaced between the support frames 32; a net 34 disposed to surround the outer side surface of the absorbent pad 33; the nets 34 are fixed to the fixing irons 35 of the support frames 32, respectively.
The first side cover 31A covers one end of the gasket assembly 30 while forming a discharge hole in the middle portion for discharging outside air flowing from the outside to the inside of the gasket assembly 30 outward through the absorbent pad 33.
The second side cover 31B is formed in a disc shape to cover the other end of the gasket assembly 30.
When the water absorption pads 33 are arranged in a radial shape, the cross-sectional shape of the support frame 32 is formed in a "V" shape, and thus can be naturally arranged in a cylindrical shape.
Then, protrusions supporting the absorbent pads 33 are formed at both sides of the lower end of the support frame 32.
The absorbent pad 33 forms an infinite number of flow paths from the outside to the inside of the pad assembly 30.
The absorbent pad 33 is formed by repeatedly laminating plate materials so that the water wave shapes correspond to each other.
Referring to fig. 9, the net 34 is made of a soft material such as a string so as to surround the outer surface of the absorbent pad 33. This net 34 has a function of supporting the water-absorbing pads 33, and prevents the water-absorbing pads 33 arranged in a radial pattern from being separated to the outside of the support frame 32.
The fixing iron 35 is formed in a zigzag shape and may be made of an elastic iron wire or the like. Then, the fixing iron 35 is press-assembled on the upper portion of the support frame 32.
Such a fixing iron 35 is pressed together with the net 34 at the upper side of the net 34, and inserted and disposed to the upper inner side of the support frame 32. Then, the net 34 is inserted and fixed to the upper portion of the support frame 32 by the elastic restoring force of the fixing iron 35, whereby the net is firmly fixed and held to the support frame 32.
The controller controls the drive motor M, the fan unit 40, the water supply to the water supply pipe 3A, the opening and closing of the water discharge pipe 3B, and the like.
Referring to fig. 10, when the fan unit 40 and the driving motor M are supplied with power under the control of the controller, the fan unit 40 and the gasket assembly 30 rotate, and the gasket assembly 30 is kept in a state of being continuously wetted with water while being submerged in the water tank 20.
Here, the gasket assembly 30 is rotated through the storage tank 22 of the sink 20 recessed in an arch shape, and the gasket assembly 30 absorbs water stored in the storage tank 22 to maintain a wet state.
At this time, the water stored in the storage tank 22 is pushed by the inlet pressure of the water supplied to the storage tank 22 through the water supply pipe 3A or the inlet pressure of the water continuously supplied to the storage tank 22 through the water supply pipe 3A at a time point beyond the set time by the control method of the controller, whereby the water stored in the storage tank 22 moves toward the front end of the storage tank 22.
In this way, the water reaching the front end of the water storage tank 22 moves to the drain tank 23, moves along the drain tank 23 whose diameter gradually increases toward the rear end, and is then discharged to the outside of the sink 20 through the drain pipe 3B.
That is, the water that has moved along the pair of drain grooves 23 facing each other and is discharged to the drain pipe 3B is collected in the drain pipe 3B and discharged to the outside.
Then, the outside air flowing in through the air inlet 11 of the housing 10 by the fan unit 40 enters the inside of the gasket assembly 30 through the water absorption pad 33 of the gasket assembly 30, and is then discharged to the air duct 2A side through the air outlet 12 of the housing 10.
Through this process, the outside air is cooled while passing through the water-soaked absorbent pad 33, and the thus-cooled air is supplied into the room through the duct 2A. Then, the water absorption pad 33 side which absorbs the heat of the outside air and is vaporized and dried is suitably soaked by being re-immersed in the water tank 20 by rotation.
Further, the washer assembly 30 can be rotated while being continuously in contact with the washer brush 21 of the water tank 20, and can clean and remove foreign substances and the like attached to the outer surface of the water absorption pad 33.
Here, the water stored in the sump may be discharged to the outside of the sump through the drain pipe by a control method of the controller.
That is, referring to the method of the first embodiment, if foreign substances or the like attached to the outer side surface of the water absorption pad 33 remain in the water tank 20 as time passes, the water stored in the water tank 20 is discharged outward through the water discharge pipe 3B every predetermined period by the control of the controller, and new water is supplied into the water tank 20 through the water supply pipe 3A after the water stored in the water tank 20 is discharged through the water discharge pipe 3B, so that the water in the water tank 20 can be kept clean.
On the other hand, referring to the method of the second embodiment, if water is continuously supplied into the water tank 20 through the water supply pipe 3A by the control of the controller, the water moves toward the water discharge pipe 3B through the water absorption pad 33 submerged in the water tank 20.
At this time, a part of the water passing through the water absorption pad 33 is absorbed by the water absorption pad 33, and a part of the water not absorbed is discharged to the outside of the water tank 20 through the water discharge pipe 3B.
Here, the water stored in the water tank 20 is pushed out by the pressure of the water supplied into the water tank 20 through the water supply pipe 3A and moves in the direction of the water discharge pipe 3B, so that the water in the water tank 20 is discharged to the outside through the water discharge pipe 3B.
In particular, according to the method of the second embodiment, the vaporizing type air supplying apparatus 2 captures impurities or dust in the air by the water absorbent pad 33, which is cooled by vaporization and is wetted by the water continuously supplied into the water tank 20 through the water supply pipe 3A, to purify the air, whereby the air, which is cooled and purified simultaneously by the water absorbent pad 33, is supplied into the room through the fan unit 40, and thus simultaneously performs an air purifying function of supplying the purified air into the room.
Referring to fig. 12 and 14, a water tank cleaning brush 32A may be provided on the support frame 32 as necessary.
Such a tank brush 32A has a "T" shaped cross section and can be kept inserted into the upper portion of the support frame 32 by elastic restoring force.
At this time, the water tank cleaning brush 32A is provided to at least one of the support frames 32 among the plurality of support frames 32.
Then, the water tank 20 is formed in a circular arc shape to form a concentric circle with the gasket assembly 30.
With the above-described configuration, when the gasket assembly 30 is rotated, the water tank cleaning brush sweeps the bottom surface of the water tank, and further, the bottom surface of the water tank 20 is cleaned by the water tank cleaning brush 32A.
Here, the washer brush 21 is a bar-shaped support having a predetermined width and length, and is fixedly installed in the water tank 20.
In this case, rubbing the pad cleaning brush 21 against the outer side surface of the rotary pad assembly 30 also cleans the suction pad 33.
As described above, according to the present invention, since the self-circulation pumps are not provided to the plurality of vaporizing air supply apparatuses installed on the roof, and the gasket assembly 30 is rotated and maintained in a wet state in which the water absorption pad 33 is submerged in the water tank 20, energy consumption for driving the self-circulation pumps can be reduced.
Further, the water absorption pad 33 is immersed in the water tank, and the water and the pad washing brush 21 wash the impurities and the like stored in the water tank 20, and the water absorption pad 33 is kept clean.
Another embodiment of a shim assembly 30' formed into a cylindrical shape is shown in fig. 14.
In the present embodiment, the same structure as the embodiment shown in fig. 6 is provided, except that the gasket assembly 30' has a cylindrical shape.
In this case, the gasket assembly 30' is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the position or shape of the air inlet 11 or the air outlet 12 is changed, but the water tank 20 or the gasket washing brush 21 has the same configuration as the embodiment of fig. 6.
In fig. 14, the configuration of the pad brush 21 and the water tank brush 32A shown in fig. 12 can be similarly used.
It is apparent to those having ordinary knowledge in the art to which the present invention pertains that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various modifications or variations can be made within a scope not exceeding the technical gist of the present invention.
