背景技术
工业界正在寻找降低排放(特别是运输车辆情况下)的新方法。然而,这些降低排放的解决方案导致将发热部件添加到动力传动系。特别地,运输、非公路、和工业装置中的发动机舱区域越来越多地产生更多的热量,并且发动机的运行温度也越来越高。

矿物棉、石棉或超级棉是非常高温的材料,它们是交叉铺设的。然而,这些材料在组装期间以及在应用中的操作期间具有压缩、断裂、降解和处理方面的问题。

发明内容

纤维或纤维的至少一部分可以具有高的红外反射率或低的发射率。至少一些纤维可以被金属化以提供红外(IR)辐射热反射。为了对纤维基质提供热反射特性和/或保护纤维基质,可以将纤维金属化。例如,纤维可以被铝化。纤维本身可以是红外反射性的(例如,使得额外的金属化或铝化步骤可能是不必要的)。可以通过将金属原子沉积到纤维上来进行金属化或铝化过程。例如,可以通过将一层铝原子施加到纤维表面上来建立铝化。可以在将任何额外的层施加到纤维基质上之前进行金属化。预期除了或代替在纤维基质内具有金属化纤维,纤维结构的其他层可包括金属化纤维。
金属化可以提供希望的反射率或发射率。金属化纤维可以是约50%IR反射性的或更高、约65%IR反射性的或更高、或约80%IR反射性的或更高。金属化纤维可以是约100%IR反射性的或更低、约99%IR反射性的或更低、或约98%IR反射性的或更低。例如,发射率范围可以分别是约0.01或更大或约0.20或更小、或99%至约80%IR反射性的。发射率可能随时间而变化,因为油、污垢、降解等可能影响应用中的纤维。
可以将其他涂层施加到纤维(金属化的或没有金属化的)上以实现希望的特性。可以添加疏油和/或疏水处理。可以添加阻燃剂。可以将抗腐蚀涂层施加到金属化纤维上,以降低或保护金属(例如铝)免于氧化和/或损失反射率。可以添加不基于金属化技术的IR反射涂层。

例如,对于聚乙烯或聚丙烯鞘,所述温度可以为约140℃或更高、约150℃或更高、或约160℃或更高。所述温度可以是约220℃或更低、约210℃或更低、或约200℃或更低。例如,具有聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)鞘或聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)鞘的双组分纤维可以在约180℃至约240℃(例如,约230℃)下熔化。双组分纤维可以由从挤出的双组分纤维切碎的短长度形成。双组分纤维可以具有约15%或更高、约20%或更高、或约25%或更高的鞘芯比(以横截面积计)。双组分纤维可以具有约50%或更低、约40%或更低、或约35%或更低的鞘芯比。
纤维基质的纤维可以与合适的添加剂共混或以其他方式组合,所述合适的添加剂例如其他形式的回收利用的废物、未经利用的(非回收利用的)材料、粘合剂、填料(例如矿物填料)、粘结剂、粉末、热固性树脂、着色剂、阻燃剂、较长的切段纤维等,没有限制。用于基质中的任何、一部分或全部纤维可以是低火焰和/或烟发射类型的(例如,为了符合运输的火焰和烟标准)。
在一些应用中,使用较短的纤维对于形成还可以展现出吸声特性的隔离材料可能具有优势。使用短纤维实现的所选空气流动阻率可显著高于常规非织造材料的空气流动阻率,所述常规非织造材料基本上仅包括具有例如从至少约30mm且小于约100mm的长长度的常规切段纤维。不受理论的限制,据信由于短纤维能够比长纤维更有效地(例如,更致密地)填充在非织造材料中,因此可以获得空气流动阻力的这种意外增加。较短的长度可以降低纤维填充中的无序程度,因为它们在生产期间分散到表面(如传送机)上或预成型的网中。材料中纤维的更有序填充可以进而导致空气流动阻率的增加。特别地,纤维填充的改进可以在非织造材料的纤维之间实现减小的间隙空间,以产生迷宫结构,所述迷宫结构形成用于空气流过材料的曲折路径,从而提供所选的空气流动阻力、和/或所选的空气流动阻率。因此,可以生产相当轻质的非织造材料,而没有不能接受的牺牲性能。
可以使用非织造过程将形成纤维基质的纤维形成非织造网,所述非织造过程包括例如混纺纤维、梳理、搭接、气流成网、机械成型、或其组合。通过这些过程,纤维可以在总体上垂直的方向或接近垂直的方向(例如,总体上垂直于纤维基质的纵向轴线的方向)定向。可以使用常规过程将纤维打开并共混。形成的所得结构可以是蓬松纤维基质。可以将蓬松基质设计为具有最佳的重量、厚度、物理属性、热导率、隔离特性、吸声或其组合。
纤维网可以至少部分地通过梳理过程形成。梳理过程可以将材料簇分成独立的纤维。在梳理过程期间,纤维可以按彼此基本平行取向对齐,并且可以使用梳理机来生产网。

纤维基质可以通过气流成网过程形成。可以采用这种气流成网过程来代替梳理和/或搭接。在气流成网过程中,纤维被分散到快速移动的空气流中,并且然后纤维从悬浮状态沉积到穿孔网板上以形成网。纤维的沉积可以例如借助于压力或真空来进行。可以生产气流成网或机械成形的网。然后可以将网热粘合、空气粘合、机械固结等、或其组合,以形成内聚性非织造隔离材料。虽然气流成网过程可以提供纤维的总体上随机的取向,但是可以存在一些具有总体上在垂直方向上的取向的纤维,使得可以实现材料的厚度方向上的弹性。
形成的纤维基质(例如,通过梳理和搭接或通过气流成网)可以具有总体上垂直的纤维取向,其中垂直定义为沿着材料的厚度在材料的顶表面和底表面之间延伸或总体上沿着延伸穿过材料截面的横向平面延伸。纤维基质的纤维可具有接近垂直的取向,其中接近垂直测量为与垂直方向成约±20度、与垂直方向成约±10度或与垂直方向成约±5度内。纤维的取向可以在梳理、搭接和/或气流成网后改变。纤维的这种垂直(例如,通过垂直搭接)或接近垂直的取向(例如,通过旋转搭接)可以产生具有足够的隔离性能或足够的热导率以满足应用的需求的纤维基质。然而,还预期,可以改变纤维取向以调整热导率或隔离性能。例如,可以改变纤维取向以提供与垂直方向成约±60度、与垂直方向成约±50度或与垂直方向成约±40度的测量。可以将纤维基质压缩、计量、热成型等至减小的厚度。纤维基质可被压缩10%或更多、约20%或更多或约30%或更多。纤维基质可被压缩约70%或更少、约65%或更少或约60%或更少。当减小厚度时,这可能导致纤维变为非垂直的。例如,在压缩或减小厚度之后,穿过截面,纤维可具有总体上Z型、C型或S型形状。非垂直的纤维取向(例如,由于压缩、计量或热成型)可以减少穿过纤维长丝从纤维基质的一个表面到另一表面的直接短路类型的传导性热传递。此种非垂直的纤维取向还可提供用于热流过纤维基质的直接对流热传递路径的阻塞。这样,非垂直(例如,Z型、C型或S型)形状可对传导性和/或对流热传输产生挡板效应。虽然本文中将形状称为Z型、C型或S型,但是纤维的非垂直取向不限于这些形状。形状可以是这些类型的组合、可以是具有不规则轮廓的自由形式形状、或者可以是其他类型的非垂直取向。

一个或多个层可以位于或附接到纤维基质上。层可以直接附接到纤维基质上。层可以间接附接到纤维基质上(例如,通过粘结剂层和/或其间的另一个层)。例如,纤维结构可以包括一个或多个饰面层。任何或所有层,例如饰面层或中间层(例如,两个纤维基质层之间的层)可起到提供额外的隔离、对纤维基质的保护、红外反射特性、结构特性或其组合的作用。所述层可以用作水分、化学品、粉尘、碎屑或其他颗粒或物质的阻挡层。例如,纤维基质可在纤维基质的面对组件内的热源的一侧上具有饰面层。纤维基质可具有位于纤维基质的背对组件内的热源的一侧上的饰面层。纤维基质可以被夹在两个(或更多个)饰面层之间。一层(例如,具有不同组成)可以夹在两层纤维基质之间。饰面层或中间层通常可以与纤维基质的侧面共同延伸。替代地,饰面层或中间层可以覆盖或仅附接到纤维基质的侧面的一部分。饰面或中间层可包括固体膜、穿孔膜、固体箔、穿孔箔、织造或非织造稀松布或其他材料。例如,形成饰面层的纤维(例如,如果形成为稀松布)或表面本身可以被金属化以赋予红外反射率,从而对整个纤维结构提供改善的隔热值。任何层都可以具有能够经受住层将暴露的温度的耐热性。

纤维结构的总厚度可以取决于独立层的数量和厚度。预期总厚度可以为约0.5mm或更大、约1mm或更大、或约1.5mm或更大。总厚度可以为约300mm或更小、约250mm或更小、或约175mm或更小。例如,厚度可以在约2mm至约155mm或约4mm至约30mm的范围内。还预期一些独立的层可以比其他层厚。在相同类型的层之间厚度也可以变化。例如,纤维结构中的两个蓬松层可以具有不同的厚度。可通过调节任何或所有层的比空气流动阻力和/或厚度来调整纤维结构以提供希望的隔离特性和/或更一般的宽带吸声。
可以将纤维结构或其一个或多个层(例如,非织造材料)形成为具有根据成品纤维层(和/或整个纤维结构)希望的所需的物理、隔离和空气渗透率特性选择的厚度和密度。取决于应用、安装位置、形状、所使用的纤维(和纤维基质层的蓬松度)或其他因素,纤维结构的层可以是任何厚度。纤维结构的层的密度可部分取决于掺入构成层的材料(例如非织造材料)中的任何添加剂的比重,和/或添加剂构成的最终材料的比例。体密度通常是纤维的比重与由纤维产生的材料的孔隙率的函数,可以认为其代表纤维的填充密度。
纤维结构(和/或其层)的隔离特性、声学特性或二者都可能受到纤维结构形状的影响。纤维结构或其一个或多个层可以总体上是平坦的。可以将成品纤维结构制造成切割到印刷(cut-to-print)的二维平坦零件以安装到最终用户、安装者或客户的组件中。纤维结构可以形成为任何形状。例如,纤维结构可以被模制(例如,模制成三维形状)以总体上匹配其将被安装到的区域的形状或旨在被隔离的物品的形状。可以将成品纤维结构模制到印刷(molded-to-print)成三维形状,以安装到最终用户、安装者或客户的组件中。
可以调整纤维结构以展现出希望的热导率。基于用于产生纤维结构的过程和/或所选的纤维,可以改变热导率。例如,如果纤维基质是纯垂直地搭接的或略微偏离垂直的(例如,通过旋转搭接),则热导率可以比如果将复合材料经计量或热成型为具有较低的厚度时更高。在计量或热成型期间,纤维的垂直结构可能变为非垂直的(例如,与垂直轴形成角度,或具有Z形、C形或S形)。如穿过纤维基质(或纤维结构)的截面或侧视图所看到的非垂直或Z形、C形或S形可减少从基质或结构一侧到另一侧穿过垂直的纤维长丝的直接短路类型的传导性热传递。对于阻塞用于热流过垂直结构的直接对流热传递路径,同样的情况发生。纤维的非垂直或Z形可对传导和/或对流热传输产生挡板效应。
如本文所述的隔离材料还可提供吸声特性。对于纤维材料,空气流动阻力和空气流动阻率是控制吸声的重要因素。空气流动阻力是针对特定材料以特定厚度进行测量的。通过将空气流动阻力(以瑞利计)除以厚度(以米计)来标准化空气流动阻力,以得到以瑞利/米测量的空气流动阻率。ASTM标准C522-87和ISO标准9053涉及用于确定吸声材料的空气流动阻力的方法。在本文传授内容的上下文中,以mks瑞利测量的空气流动阻力将用于详细说明空气流动阻力;然而,其他测量方法和装置同样有效。在所描述的传授内容的上下文中,可以假定空气流动阻力和空气流动阻率也分别代表比空气流动阻力和比空气流动阻率。用于吸声的声学材料可以具有相对高的空气流动阻力,以对入射到材料上的声压波呈现声阻抗。应管理空气渗透率以确保可预测且一致的性能。这可以通过管理纤维大小、类型和长度(除其他因素以外)来实现。均匀的短纤维非织造纺织品可能是希望的。在一些应用中,通过将多种不同密度的非织造材料组合在一起以形成复合产品,可以实现希望的空气渗透率水平。
可以通过将一个或多个层添加到纤维结构中来调整隔离、吸声、或二者。这些层可以具有不同水平的热导率。这些层可具有不同水平的比空气流动阻力。在多层纤维结构中,一些层可以具有较低的空气流动阻力,而其他层可以具有较高的空气流动阻力。具有不同的抗空气流动特性的层的分层可以穿过整个纤维结构产生多阻抗声学失配轮廓,这提供了纤维结构的改进的降噪性能。因此,可以布置这些层(或皮),使得较高的比空气流动阻力的层(或皮)接合或形成在不同的比空气流动阻力(例如,较低的空气流动阻力)的一个或多个层上或与其相邻。
可以是一个或多个纤维结构层的低密度纤维材料可以被设计为具有低密度,最终厚度为约1.5mm或更大、约4mm或更大、约5mm或更大、约6mm或更大、或约8mm或更大。最终厚度可以为约350mm或更小、约250mm或更小、约150mm或更小、约75mm或更小或约50mm或更小。可以是一个或多个纤维结构层的纤维材料可以形成为相对厚的低密度非织造物,体密度为10kg/m3或更高、约15kg/m3或更高、或约20kg/m3或更高。厚的低密度非织造物可具有约200kg/m3或更低、约100kg/m3或更低、或约60kg/m3或更低的体密度。如此形成的纤维材料(例如,用作一个或多个纤维结构层)可以具有约400瑞利/米或更高、约800瑞利/米或更高、或约100瑞利/米或更高的空气流动阻率。纤维复合材料可具有约200,000瑞利/米或更低、约150,000瑞利/米或更低、或约100,000瑞利/米或更低的空气流动阻率。低密度纤维复合材料甚至可以具有最高达约275,000瑞利/米的空气流动阻率。
还可以通过纤维复合层上的皮层(例如,通过原位结皮过程)来提供额外的吸声。纤维复合材料的皮层可以对纤维复合材料提供额外的空气流动阻力(或空气流动阻率)。例如,皮层可具有约100,000瑞利/米或更高、约275,000瑞利/米或更高、1,000,000瑞利/米或更高、或甚至2,000,000瑞利/米或更高的空气流动阻率。
纤维结构可以覆盖待隔离的物品的至少一部分。纤维结构可以至少部分地固定在待隔离的物品周围。纤维结构可以被固定在组件如汽车组件内。纤维结构可以固定到待隔离的物品上。一个或多个纤维结构层可直接附接到壁、基材的表面、待隔离的物品的表面、或其组合。纤维结构可以通过紧固件、粘结剂或能够将纤维结构固定到待隔离的壁、基材或物品上的其他材料附接。将纤维结构固定到本身或另一表面可以是可重新定位的或永久的。纤维结构可以包括一种或多种用于将纤维结构接合到基材、纤维结构的另一部分、另一种纤维结构或其组合的紧固件、粘结剂或其他已知材料。紧固件、粘结剂或其他附接手段可能能够经受住其所暴露的要素(例如,温度波动)。紧固件可以包括但不限于螺钉、钉子、销、螺栓、摩擦配合紧固件、纽扣、钩眼紧固件、拉链、夹子等或其组合。粘结剂可包括任何类型的粘结剂,例如带材、剥离和粘贴粘结剂、压敏粘结剂、热熔粘结剂等、或其组合。例如,将纤维结构的部分接合在一起的紧固件或粘结剂可以允许纤维结构包围或至少部分地围绕待隔离的物品,并且可以将纤维结构保持在那个位置。纤维结构可以包括一种或多种紧固件或粘结剂以将纤维结构的部分接合到另一基材上。例如,纤维结构可以固定到组件例如车辆组件的一部分,以将纤维结构保持在组件内的适当位置。

粘结剂可以是压敏粘结剂(PSA)。PSA可以位于纤维结构的任何部分上。例如,PSA可以位于纤维结构的面对待隔离的物品的内表面上,这可以允许纤维结构附接到待隔离的物品。PSA可以位于纤维结构的背对待隔离的物品的外表面上,这可以允许纤维结构被固定到组件例如车辆组件内的壁或表面。PSA可以位于与纤维结构的另一部分(或另一种纤维结构)接触的纤维结构的一部分上,使得纤维结构保持其希望的形状和/或位置。PSA可以位于纤维结构的一个或多个层之间(例如,以接合一个或多个层)。可以从辊上施加PSA并且将其层压到纤维结构的至少一部分上。隔离衬片可携带PSA。例如,在安装纤维结构之前,可将隔离衬片去除PSA以使纤维结构粘附至基材、待隔离的物品或纤维结构的另一部分。预期隔离衬片可以具有高撕裂强度,所述撕裂强度易于去除以提供剥离和粘贴功能并易于安装。PSA可以涂覆一部分纤维结构。PSA可以涂覆纤维结构的整个侧面或表面。PSA可以以间断图案进行涂覆。可以以条带或任何图案施加间断涂层,这可以通过例如使用缝隙模进行热熔涂覆来实现,尽管其还可以例如通过使用图案辊或一系列螺线管活化的窄缝隙涂覆头进行涂覆来实现,并且除了热熔涂覆,还可以包括水和溶剂基涂覆。在间断施加PSA涂层的情况下,条带或其他形状的间隔可以根据纤维结构的特性而变化。例如,较轻的纤维材料可能需要较少的PSA以将所述材料保持在适当的位置。条带之间较宽的间隔或间隙可有助于更容易地去除基材,因为人们可以更容易地找到未涂覆的部分(使得容易地抬起基材的边缘,当将其剥离以将纤维结构材料粘附到另一个表面上时)。压敏粘结剂物质可以是在紫外线下可固化的丙烯酸树脂,例如可从德国巴斯夫公司(BASF)获得的AcResin类型DS3583。例如,可以将PSA物质以约10到约150微米的厚度施加到基材上。所述厚度可以可替代地为例如从约20至约100微米并且可能为从约30至约75微米。可以使用其他类型的PSA物质和施加图案和厚度,以及可以在不同条件(无论是由于辐射还是其他固化方法)下固化的PSA物质。例如,PSA物质可以包括热熔合成橡胶基粘结剂或UV固化合成橡胶基粘结剂。PSA物质可以在不使用UV固化的情况下固化。例如,PSA可以是可以不需要UV固化的溶剂或乳液丙烯酸。
成品纤维结构提供优于传统的隔离和/或吸声材料的优势。例如,成品纤维结构可能能够被模制。成品纤维结构可以是柔性的。例如,纤维结构可能不与三聚氰胺一样脆。成品纤维结构可以具有更容易获得和/或更便宜的原材料。成品纤维结构可以是无毒的,或者含有比泡沫如三聚氰胺泡沫或聚氨酯泡沫的毒性小的材料。成品纤维结构可能能够比其他材料(例如泡沫)干燥得更快。成品纤维结构可允许水或水分移动通过纤维之间的开放空间。所述开放空间可以具有更大的表面积(例如,相比于其他材料如泡沫),这允许例如在任何发霉或霉菌发展之前蒸发水分。成品纤维结构包括其特性可以通过许多方法调节的材料。可以通过改变厚度、密度、纤维基质(例如,纤维的类型、纤维的长度、纤维的分布、基质的蓬松度、基质内纤维的方向等)、化学过程、粘合方法等来进行调节。预期纤维结构可具有优于传统使用的其他材料的以下优势中任一种:更好的非声学特性,如更好的耐温性、水解稳定性、耐压缩性和抗发霉性/抗霉菌性(例如对比泡沫和天然纤维);更好的耐压缩性和性能稳定性(例如对比矿物棉);更容易制造和安装(例如,对比具有单独形成和安装的饰面层或穿孔金属面板的传统的非织造材料);更容易模制和产生更低的VOC和/或更低的毒性(例如,对比共振的天然纤维和玻璃纤维类型产品);改进的柔性和/或柔软性(例如对比蜂窝结构);改进的模制成所希望形状的能力(例如对比蜂窝结构);改进的调整吸收基质的更多参数(如纤维、层、厚度和体密度)的能力(例如对比蜂窝结构);以及结构特性,例如通过对材料提供希望的刚度。
现在转向附图,图1示出了示例性纤维结构10的截面图。纤维结构10包括纤维基质12。纤维基质12可包括具有高于190℃的软化和/或熔化温度的纤维。例如,纤维结构10还包括任选的饰面层14,其可以是膜(例如,穿孔的或不可渗透的);箔(例如,穿孔的或不可渗透的),其可以是普通的或增强的;或非织造或织造的稀松布。饰面层14可以包括或可以是压敏粘结剂材料。任选的饰面层14可以是IR热反射性的。任选的饰面层14可以是抗穿刺的。纤维结构10还包括在纤维基质12的相反侧上的任选的第二层16,其可以是第二饰面材料或可以是压敏粘结剂。任选的第二层16可以是与任选的饰面层14相同的材料,或者可以是不同的。
图2示出了具有多个层的多阻抗示例性纤维结构10的截面图。任选的饰面层14附接到第一纤维基质12的一侧。任选的饰面层14(例如可以是膜、箔、稀松布和/或PSA)可以具有与第一纤维基质12的比空气流动阻力不同的比空气流动阻力,以产生穿过纤维结构10的多阻抗声学失配轮廓。第一纤维基质12的与任选的饰面层14相反的一侧附接到中间层16,所述中间层可以是例如膜、箔、稀松布和/或PSA。所述中间层16可以具有与第一纤维基质12不同的空气流动阻力,从而增强多阻抗声学失配轮廓。多阻抗纤维结构10包括附接到中间层16的相反侧的第二纤维基质18,使得中间层16被夹在第一纤维基质12与第二纤维基质18之间。压敏粘结剂20位于第二纤维基质18的相反侧。压敏粘结剂20包括隔离衬片22,其允许使用者剥离掉隔离衬片22并将纤维结构10粘附到基材(未示出)上。

Claims (26)

1.一种制品,其包含:
纤维结构,其包括一个或多个包含纤维基质的非织造材料层;
其中所述纤维基质包含具有约190℃或更高的软化和/或熔化温度的聚合物粘合纤维;
其中所述制品被适配成在使用时经受住约190℃或更高的温度;并且
其中所述制品是热声隔离材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的制品,其中,所述聚合物粘合纤维具有约225℃或更高的软化和/或熔化温度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的制品,其中,所述聚合物粘合纤维具有约230℃或更高的软化和/或熔化温度。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述聚合物粘合纤维具有约250℃或更高的软化和/或熔化温度。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述聚合物粘合纤维包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET);聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT);聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),包括改性PET或共PET;聚酰胺,例如尼龙;聚酰胺/PET或聚酰胺/PBT的共混物;或其组合;且任选地包括无定形、结晶或部分结晶的鞘。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述聚合物粘合纤维是双组分纤维。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维结构包括层压到所述一个或多个非织造材料层的一个或多个侧面上的一种或多种膜、饰面、织物或其组合。
8.如权利要求7所述的制品,其中,所述一种或多种膜、饰面或织物具有大于或等于所述聚合物粘合纤维的耐温性的耐温性。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维基质包括低火焰和/或烟发射类型的纤维(例如,为了符合运输的火焰和烟标准)。
10.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维基质包括具有IR反射特性的纤维。
11.如权利要求10所述的制品,其中,所述具有IR反射特性的纤维包括金属化纤维。
12.如权利要求11所述的制品,其中,所述金属化纤维的金属化通过将金属原子分布在所述纤维的表面上来进行。
13.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维结构的纤维与垂直方向(例如,通常垂直于所述纤维结构的长度延伸的垂直平面)成约±40度定向。
14.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维基质包括总体上垂直或接近垂直定向的纤维。
15.如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维基质包括在所述纤维基质的整个厚度上总体上以Z形、S形或C形定向的纤维。
16.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,压缩所述纤维基质以改变所述纤维的取向。
17.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维基质是通过经由气流成网过程分布纤维而形成的。
18.如权利要求1至16所述的制品,其中,所述纤维基质是通过经由梳理和搭接过程分布纤维而形成的。
19.如权利要求18所述的制品,其中,所述搭接过程是垂直搭接、旋转搭接或交叉搭接。
20.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维基质包括一种或多种选自以下的添加剂:回收利用的废物、未经利用的(非回收利用的)材料、粘合剂、填料(例如矿物填料)、粘结剂、粉末、热固性树脂、着色剂、阻燃剂和较长的切段纤维。
21.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维结构是可热成型的。
22.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维结构包括一个或多个柔性部分以允许将所述纤维结构置于待隔离的区域内。
23.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维结构包括一种或多种紧固件用于将所述纤维结构固定在组件内、用于将所述纤维结构固定到待隔离的区域、或用于保持所述纤维结构呈希望的形状。
24.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品,其中,所述纤维结构包括一种或多种粘结剂用于将所述纤维结构固定在组件内、用于将所述纤维结构固定到待隔离的区域、或用于保持所述纤维结构呈希望的形状。
25.一种形成如前述权利要求中任一项所述的制品的方法,所述方法包括:
a.垂直搭接、旋转搭接、交叉搭接、或气流成网纤维-包括具有约190℃或更高的软化和/或熔化温度的聚合物粘合纤维-以形成非织造材料层;
b.层压所述非织造材料层并任选地添加一个或多个膜、饰面、稀松布或压敏粘结剂层。
26.如权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述方法包括将所述制品模制成希望的三维形状。
