The paying-off process of the split conductor is as shown in figures 3-4, firstly, a paying-off pulley 7 is connected to an insulator string 1, after the split conductor 5 is paid off through a pulley 8 on the paying-off pulley, the corresponding split conductor 5 is hooked through a lifting mechanism 6, the height of the split conductor is lifted, then a suspension clamp 4 is connected to the corresponding position of the split conductor, the lifting mechanism lifts the height of the suspension clamp to the position of the corresponding height of a connecting plate, the suspension clamp 4 is connected to the connecting plate 2, and therefore the split conductor 5 and the connecting plate 2 are connected.
