Abstract

Preferably, the first clamping protrusion comprises a first vertical sliding surface in sliding fit with the first end portion and a first guiding slope surface connected to the top end of the first vertical sliding surface, and the first guiding slope surface is used for guiding the first end portion to slide downwards to the first vertical sliding surface.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention discloses a mobile terminal, which includes a slot 1 and a card holder structure inserted into the slot 1, wherein a first card protrusion 11 and a second card protrusion 12 are respectively formed on two side walls of the slot 1 adjacent to the outer edge thereof; the card support structure comprises a card support 2 and a card cap 3, a first buckle 4 and a second buckle 5 are respectively arranged on one side of the card cap 3 facing the card support 2 at positions close to two end edges of the card cap, a first end portion 31 and a second end portion 32 are formed on the part of the card cap 3 located on the outer sides of the first buckle 4 and the second buckle 5, the first buckle 4 comprises a first convex portion 41 located at the free end of the first buckle and protruding outwards, a first clamping groove C1 is formed between the first convex portion 41 and the first end portion 31, the second buckle 5 comprises a second convex portion 51 located at the free end of the second buckle and protruding outwards, a second clamping groove C2 is formed between the second convex portion 51 and the second end portion 32, the card cap 3 is hinged on the card cap 3 through a hinge structure 6, the hinge structure 6 is arranged between one position of the card cap 3 located between the first clamping protrusion 11 and the second clamping protrusion 12 and the top of the card support 2, and a clamping portion 21 is formed on one side of the card support 2 close to the first buckle; in the storage state, the clamping cap 3 covers the opening end 13 of the slot 1, the first clamping protrusion 11 is clamped in the first clamping groove C1, the second clamping protrusion 12 is clamped in the second clamping groove C2, and the inner side of the first clamping buckle 4 is spaced from one side of the clamping support 2 forming the clamping part 21; the first end 31 of the locking cap 3 is elastically deformed when being pressed downward enough to pass the first locking protrusion 11 downward and continue to rotate downward, so that the first protrusion 41 is locked with the locking portion 21, and the second protrusion 51 of the second locking buckle 5 passes the second locking protrusion 12 upward by the elastic deformation of the second locking buckle 5 and continues to rotate upward along with the second end 32 of the locking cap 3. It should be noted that, in the present invention, the first catch 4 and the second catch 5 may be integrally formed with the cap 3.
When the card support structure of the mobile terminal is in a storage state, the card cap 3 covers the opening end 13 of the slot 1, the first card projection 11 is clamped in the first card slot C1, and the second card projection 12 is clamped in the second card slot C2, so that the card support structure is limited on two sides in the vertical direction, and can be reliably stored in the slot 1. When the card needs to be taken out, when the first end portion 31 of the card cap 3 is pressed downwards enough, the first end portion 31 is elastically deformed to pass through the first clamping protrusion 11 downwards and then continue to rotate downwards, so that the first protrusion 41 is clamped on the clamping portion 21, meanwhile, the second end portion 32 tends to rotate upwards, and the second buckle 5 is elastically deformed to cause the second protrusion 51 to pass through the second clamping protrusion 12 upwards, so that the second end portion 32 and the second buckle 5 continue to rotate upwards. At this time, since the second protrusion 51 and the retaining portion 21 are in the engaged state, and the retaining cap 3 is partially located outside the slot 1, the entire card-holding structure can be directly pulled out of the slot 1. When the mobile terminal takes out the card support structure, the card support structure can be directly taken out only by pressing operation without using a card taking needle, so that a user can take out the card support structure conveniently at any time and any place, and the use experience of the user is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, the first snap 11 includes a first vertical slide surface 14 slidably engaged with the first end 31 and a first guiding slope surface 15 connected to a top end of the first vertical slide surface 14, and the first guiding slope surface 15 is used for guiding the first end 31 to slide downwards to the first vertical slide surface 14. By this design, a reliable sliding fit between the first end 31 of the snap cap 3 and the first snap projection 11 is enabled. In some embodiments, the retaining portion 21 is a slot into which the first protrusion 41 is snapped when rotated into place.
In some embodiments, the hinge structure 6 is disposed adjacent to the side of the card tray 2 forming the catch 21, with the catch 21 disposed relatively close to the top of the card tray 2. A mobile terminal is characterized by comprising a slot and a card support structure inserted in the slot, wherein a first card bulge and a second card bulge are respectively formed on two side walls of the slot at positions adjacent to the outer edge of the slot; the clamping support structure comprises a clamping support and a clamping cap, a first buckle and a second buckle are respectively arranged at the positions close to the two end edges of one side of the clamping cap facing the clamping support, the parts of the clamping cap, which are positioned outside the first buckle and the second buckle, form a first end part and a second end part, the first buckle comprises a first convex part which is positioned at the free end of the first buckle and protrudes outwards, a first clamping groove is formed between the first convex part and the first end part, the second buckle comprises a second convex part which is positioned at the free end of the second buckle and protrudes outwards, a second clamping groove is formed between the second convex part and the second end part, the clamping cap is hinged to the clamping cap through a hinge structure, the hinge structure is arranged between a position, located between the first clamping protrusion and the second clamping protrusion, of the clamping cap and the top of the clamping support, and a clamping part is formed on one side, close to the first clamping buckle, of the clamping support; in a storage state, the clamping cap covers the opening end of the slot, the first clamping convex card is arranged in the first clamping groove, the second clamping convex card is arranged in the second clamping groove, and the inner side of the first clamping buckle and one side of the clamping support forming the clamping part are spaced; the first end of the clamping cap generates elastic deformation when being subjected to sufficient downward pressure so as to downwards cross the first clamping protrusion and continuously rotate downwards, so that the first protruding part is clamped with the clamping part, and the second protruding part of the second clamping buckle continuously rotates upwards along with the second end of the clamping cap after upwards crossing the second clamping protrusion by virtue of the elastic deformation of the second clamping buckle.

5. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the hinge structure is disposed adjacent to a side of the card holder forming the card retaining portion.

The mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein a soft buckle is further disposed on the card cap, the soft buckle is disposed between the hinge structure and the second buckle, a clamping structure corresponding to the soft buckle is further disposed on a top of the card holder, and the soft buckle is clamped to the clamping structure in the storage state.
