Referring to fig. 1-6, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an electrical system, which includes a power supply device 100 and an electrical connection module 200.
The power supply device 100 may include a housing 110 such that the housing 110 may serve as a base member for mounting and carrying the electrical connection module 200; the housing 110 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 111 extending along the length direction of the housing 100, and the inner wall of the strip-shaped groove 111 is provided with a power supply part 112 distributed along the extending direction of the strip-shaped groove 111, so that the power supply part 112 can be connected with the outside commercial power, and the power supply part 112 can be used for contacting with the mating part 22 of the electrical connection module 200 slidably arranged in the strip-shaped groove 111 to provide required electric energy for the normal operation of the electrical connection module 200; the inner wall of the strip groove 111 may be an inner side wall of the strip groove 111, or an inner bottom wall of the strip groove 111.
The electrical connection module 200 is used as an electrical unit, and a mating portion 220 is disposed at a position of the outer wall of the electrical connection module 200 opposite to the power supply portion 112, so that the mating portion 220 can be used for contacting the power supply portion 112 disposed at the inner wall of the strip-shaped groove 111 and slidably fitting with the power supply portion 112 along the extending direction of the power supply portion 112, thereby achieving the conductive communication between the electrical connection module 200 and the power supply device 100.

As shown in fig. 3, the power supply portion 112 may include a positive conductive portion 1121 and a negative conductive portion 1122, so that the positive conductive portion 1121 and the negative conductive portion 1122 of the power supply portion 112 may be respectively connected to a live line and a zero line corresponding to external commercial power.
As shown in fig. 4, the mating portion 220 may include a positive conductive engagement portion 221 and a negative conductive engagement portion 222, respectively; the positive electrode conductive engagement portion 221 is opposite to the positive electrode conductive portion 1121, and can be in contact with and slidably fit with the positive electrode conductive portion 1121; the negative electrode conductive engagement portion 222 is opposite to the negative electrode conductive portion 1122, and is in contact with and slidably engaged with the negative electrode conductive portion 1122.

In the electrical system disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the strip-shaped groove 111 has a first side wall and a second side wall that have the same extending direction as the strip-shaped groove 111, and the first side wall is opposite to the second side wall; the inner surface of the first side wall is provided with first clasping parts 114 distributed along the extending direction of the strip-shaped groove 111, and the inner surface of the second side wall is provided with second clasping parts 115 distributed along the extending direction of the strip-shaped groove 111.
Correspondingly, the outer wall of the electrical connection module 200 is provided with a third latching portion 215 that is snap-fitted with the first latching portion 114, and a fourth latching portion 216 that is snap-fitted with the second latching portion 115, and the third latching portion 215 and the fourth latching portion 216 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the electrical connection module 200.
After the electrical connection module 200 is disposed in the strip-shaped groove 111 of the housing 110, the third latching portion 215 of the electrical connection module 200 is snap-fitted with the first latching portion 114 of the strip-shaped groove 111, and the fourth latching portion 216 of the electrical connection module 200 is snap-fitted with the second latching portion 115 of the strip-shaped groove 111, so as to realize sliding assembly between the electrical connection module 200 and the strip-shaped groove 111, such that the electrical connection module 200 is snap-fitted in the strip-shaped groove 111 and can slide along the extending direction of the strip-shaped groove 111.

In the electrical system disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the electrical connection module 200 may include a sleeve 210 and an electrical component 230; the sleeve 210 is provided with a receiving space 211 for receiving the electric component 230, and the receiving space 211 is provided with an opening 212 communicated with the receiving space 211 on one end face of the sleeve 210; the matching and connecting portion 220 is disposed on the outer wall of the sleeve 210, the power consumption assembly 230 is disposed in the accommodating space 211 and electrically connected to the power consumption assembly 230 and the power distribution portion 220, so that the power consumption assembly 230 can be electrically connected to the external commercial power through the matching and connecting portion 220 disposed on the outer wall of the sleeve 210 and the power supply portion 112 disposed in the strip-shaped groove 111 of the housing 110, and the sleeve 210 can be suitable for the power consumption assembly provided with the electrical connecting wire.
The third latching portion 215 and the fourth latching portion 216 are disposed on an outer sidewall of the sleeve 210 and located on opposite sides of the sleeve 210; meanwhile, an outer brim portion 214 is circumferentially arranged on the edge of the end face where the opening 212 of the sleeve 210 is located along the circumferential direction of the opening 212, the outer brim portion 214 has a first straight line segment and a second straight line segment which are opposite, the first straight line segment is located on one side where the third buckling portion 215 of the sleeve 210 is located, and the second straight line segment is located on one side where the fourth buckling portion 216 of the sleeve 210 is located; therefore, after the sleeve 210 is placed in the strip-shaped groove 111, the first straight line segment and the second straight line segment of the outer brim portion 214 are respectively attached to the first side wall and the second side wall of the strip-shaped groove 111, and then the sleeve 210 is limited and prevented from rotating in the sliding movement process along the strip-shaped groove 111.
Preferably, a first step surface 1141 is disposed at one end of the first fastening portion 114 fixedly connected to the first side wall, a second step surface 1151 is disposed at one end of the second fastening portion 115 fixedly connected to the second side wall, and the first step surface 1141 and the second step surface 1151 face the notch of the strip-shaped groove 111 and are distributed along the extending direction of the strip-shaped groove 111; so that the first and second linear segments of the outer eaves 214 can be slidably overlapped on the first step surface 1141 and the second step surface 1151, respectively, and the notch end surfaces of the strip-shaped grooves 111 are flush with the outer eaves 214.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the sleeve 210 may include a barrel 2101 and a rear cover 2102; the barrel 2101 is provided with a hollow tube cavity, an opening 212 is formed at a tube opening at one end of the barrel 2101, a tube opening at the other end of the barrel 2101 is connected with the rear cover 2102, and the tube cavity forms a storage space 211.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the outer side walls of two opposite sides of the barrel 2101 are respectively provided with a convex portion 21011, the rear cover 2102 is sleeved at the pipe orifice at the other end of the barrel 2101, the inner side walls of the two opposite sides of the rear cover 2102 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 21021 at a position opposite to the convex portion 21011, and the corresponding convex portion 21011 is in snap fit with the clamping groove 21021, so that the barrel 2101 and the rear cover 2102 are assembled and fixed, and the barrel 2101 and the rear cover 2102 are conveniently detached.
Of course, the outer side walls of the two opposite sides of the barrel 2101 may be respectively provided with a locking groove 21021, the rear cover 2102 is sleeved at the pipe orifice at the other end of the barrel 2101, the inner side walls of the two opposite sides of the rear cover 2102 are respectively provided with a convex portion 21011 at a position opposite to the locking groove 21021, and the corresponding convex portions 21011 are in snap fit with the locking grooves 21021.
Meanwhile, the barrel 2101 and the rear cover 2102 can be connected in other detachable connection modes, for example, the barrel 2101 is connected with the rear cover 2102 through a threaded structure, so that assembly, fixation and disassembly are realized through relative rotation of the barrel 2101 and the rear cover 2102; alternatively, the barrel 2101 and the rear cover 2102 may also be integrally formed structural members; the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the connection manner between the barrel 2101 and the rear cover 2102.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to facilitate the arrangement of the mating part 220, an installation groove may be formed on an outer wall of the rear cover facing away from the receiving space; the positive electrode conductive connection portion 221 and the negative electrode conductive connection portion 222 of the connection portion 220 are disposed on the bottom surface of the mounting groove at intervals, and the first elastic detour portion 2211 of the positive electrode conductive connection portion 221 and the second elastic detour portion 2221 of the negative electrode conductive connection portion 222 protrude out of the notch of the mounting groove, so as to ensure the contact between the first elastic detour portion 2211 and the positive electrode conductive portion 1121, and between the negative electrode conductive connection portion 222 and the negative electrode conductive portion 1122.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the mounting groove may further be provided with a raised isolation portion 217, and the isolation portion 217 is located between the positive conductive engagement portion 221 and the negative conductive engagement portion 222, so that the positive conductive engagement portion 221 and the negative conductive engagement portion 222 are isolated by the isolation portion 217, and a short circuit phenomenon caused by breakdown conduction between the positive conductive engagement portion 221 and the negative conductive engagement portion 222 is avoided.
Meanwhile, a wiring hole 2171 is arranged on one end face of the isolation part 217, which is far away from the rear cover 2102, and the wiring hole 2171 is communicated with the accommodating space 211; notches are respectively formed in two side walls of the orifice of the wire hole 2171 opposite to the positive electrode conductive joining part 221 and the negative electrode conductive joining part 222, so that a positive electrode wire and a negative electrode wire of the electric component 230 installed in the accommodating space 211 can penetrate out of the sleeve 210 through the wire hole 2171 and are respectively connected with the corresponding positive electrode conductive joining part 221 and the negative electrode conductive joining part 222, and power supply connection of the electric component 230 is realized; meanwhile, the positive electrode wire and the negative electrode wire of the power utilization assembly 230 can be respectively accommodated and limited through the corresponding notches.
Of course, as another way for the power consumption module 230 to be electrically connected to the positive electrode conductive connection portion 221 and the negative electrode conductive connection portion 222, the positive electrode conductive connection portion 221 may be provided with a positive electrode connection pin penetrating into the receiving space 211, and the negative electrode conductive connection portion 222 may be provided with a negative electrode connection pin penetrating into the receiving space 211, so that the positive electrode wire and the negative electrode wire of the power consumption module 230 arranged in the receiving space 211 are electrically connected to the corresponding positive electrode connection pin and the corresponding negative electrode connection pin, respectively, to achieve the power supply connection of the power consumption module 230; embodiments of the present invention do not limit the manner in which the power module 230 is electrically connected to the positive conductive engagement portion 221 and the negative conductive engagement portion 222.
In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the positive electrode conductive engagement part 221 and the negative electrode conductive engagement part 222 with the rear cover 2102, the positive electrode conductive engagement part 221 is provided with a first mounting hole and a first fastener, and the negative electrode conductive engagement part 222 is provided with a second mounting hole and a second fastener; a third mounting hole is formed in the bottom surface of the mounting groove at a position opposite to the first mounting hole, a fourth mounting hole is formed in the position opposite to the second mounting hole, the first fastener penetrates through the first mounting hole and is fixedly connected with the third mounting hole, and the second fastener penetrates through the second mounting hole and is fixedly connected with the fourth mounting hole; wherein, the first fastener and the second fastener can be bolts or screws.
Preferably, the side wall of the cylinder 210 is further provided with a window 213, so that the heat dissipation effect of the cylinder 210 can be increased through the window 213, and the heat generated when the electric component 230 arranged in the tube cavity of the cylinder 210 works is dissipated to the outside through the window 213; meanwhile, the weight of the cylinder 210 can be reduced through the window 213.
In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the power utilization assembly 230 and the tube cavity of the barrel 210; the inner side wall of the tube cavity can be provided with an internal thread, and the outer side wall of the power utilization assembly 230 is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread, so that the power utilization assembly 230 can be screwed and fixed or unscrewed and detached with the tube cavity through the relative rotation between the power utilization assembly 230 and the tube cavity of the barrel body 210.
Of course, the outer side wall of the electricity utilization component 230 and the inner side wall of the tube cavity of the cylinder 210 can be connected through a fastening structure such as a convex part and a concave part; or, the outer side wall of the power utilization assembly 230 and the inner side wall of the tube cavity of the cylinder 210 can be connected through fasteners such as screws or bolts, so that the assembly, the fixation and the disassembly between the power utilization assembly 230 and the tube cavity of the cylinder 210 are facilitated.
It is easy to understand that the electrical connection module 200 may also include only the power consumption component 230, and accordingly, the mating part 220 may be directly disposed on an outer wall of the power consumption component 230 and directly connected to the power consumption component 230; the third buckling part 215 and the fourth buckling part 216 may be disposed on the outer sidewalls of two opposite sides of the power consumption assembly 230, so that the power consumption assembly 230 is directly buckled and slidably engaged with the first buckling part 114 and the second buckling part 115 disposed on the strip-shaped groove 111; the embodiment of the invention does not limit the structural type of the electrical connection module 200.
In the power supply device 100 disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the positive electrode conductive part 1121 and the negative electrode conductive part 1122 may be conductive metal layers made of conductive metal materials such as copper foils; meanwhile, the housing 110 may be made of conductive metal materials such as aluminum or aluminum alloy, so that the housing has good heat conduction and dissipation effects; as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a substrate 1123 made of an insulating material such as plastic or rubber is provided on an inner wall of the strip-shaped groove 111; the substrate 1123 is distributed along the extending direction of the strip-shaped groove, and the positive conductive portion 1121 and the negative conductive portion 1122 are disposed on the substrate, so that the positive conductive portion 1121 and the negative conductive portion 1122 can be separated from the case 110 by forming an insulating layer on the substrate 1123, thereby preventing electric leakage between the positive conductive portion 1121 and the negative conductive portion 1122 and the case 110.
The inner wall of the strip-shaped groove 111 is provided with a slot 113 which is matched with the substrate 1123 in an inserting manner, so that the substrate is detachably connected with the shell 110 by inserting the substrate 1123 into the slot 113, and the power supply part 112 is convenient to overhaul and replace.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the slot 113 includes a first tab 1131 and a second tab 1132 which are disposed opposite to each other, and the first tab 1131 and the second tab 1132 extend along the extending direction of the strip-shaped slot 110, the first tab 1131 bends or bends toward the second tab 1132, and the second tab 1132 bends or bends toward the first tab 1131, so that a T-shaped slot is formed between the first tab 1131 and the second tab 1132, so that the substrate 1123 is snapped and inserted into the T-shaped slot, and the firmness of the insertion and matching between the substrate 1123 and the slot 113 is improved.
Meanwhile, a slot 116 communicated with the outside is arranged at a position of the shell 110 opposite to the substrate 1123; the substrate 1123 has a through hole between the positive conductive portion 1121 and the negative conductive portion 1122, and the through hole is located at a position corresponding to the slot 116, so that the electrical connection wires of the positive conductive portion 1121 and the negative conductive portion 1122 can pass through the through hole and the slot 116 and are respectively connected to the live wire and the zero wire of the external commercial power.
Of course, the housing 110 may also be made of an insulating material such as plastic or acrylic plate, so that the housing 110 has a good insulating effect; in this case, the positive electrode conductive portion 1121 and the negative electrode conductive portion 1122 may be provided directly on the inner wall of the strip-shaped groove 111.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the power supply device 100 may further include a frame 120; the housing 110 is located in the frame 120, and two opposite ends of the housing 110 are rotatably connected to the sidewalls of the frame 120 through hinges such as the hinge pin 230, so that the power supply device 100 can be conveniently installed and disposed through the frame 120, the housing 110 can be adjusted in angle by rotating the housing 110, and the electrical connection module 200 disposed in the strip groove 111 of the housing 110 can be adjusted in angle.
Specifically, the outer side walls of the two opposite ends of the frame 120 are respectively provided with an ear plate 121, one end of the ear plate 121 is rotatably connected with the frame 120 through a rotating shaft 123, the rotating shaft 123 is provided with a torsion spring 122, one end of the torsion spring 122 is connected with the frame 120, and the other end of the torsion spring 122 is connected with the ear plate 210; therefore, the torsion spring 122 generates elastic restoring force by moving the ear plate 121, and then the frame body 120 can be placed in the mounting groove formed in the building, so that the ear plate 121 can be opened, supported and fixed in the mounting groove under the action of the elastic restoring force of the torsion spring 122, and the installation and the arrangement of the power supply device 100 are realized.
Certainly, as shown in fig. 6, the outer side walls at the two opposite ends of the frame body 120 may also be provided with hanging wire portions 124, so that the hanging wire portions 124 facilitate threading and fixing of a hanging rope, thereby realizing the hoisting setting of the power supply device 100, and the hanging wire portions 124 may be through holes, hanging rings, lugs, or the like; the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the installation manner of the frame 120.
In the electrical connection module 200 disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the electrical component 230 may be a spotlight component such as a down lamp, so that the electrical connection module 200 serves as a spotlight module and forms an electrical lighting system with a power supply device for lighting.
Of course, the electricity utilization component 230 may be other lighting components such as a bar lamp; meanwhile, the electricity utilization component 230 may also be a driving power supply or other electricity utilization components such as a sensor module; the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the kind of the power consuming component 230.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the difference between the embodiments is mainly described, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as they are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.

Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (24)
1. An electrical connection module, comprising a sleeve (210) and an electrical component (230); the sleeve (210) is provided with a receiving space (211) for receiving the power utilization assembly (230), and an opening (212) communicated with the receiving space (211) is formed in the end face of one end of the receiving space (211) of the sleeve (210); the outer wall of the sleeve (210) is provided with a matching part (220), the electric component (230) is arranged in the accommodating space (211), and the electric component (230) is electrically connected with the matching part (220).
2. The electrical connection module of claim 1, wherein the mating portion (220) comprises a positive conductive engagement portion (221) and a negative conductive engagement portion (222); the positive electrode conductive connection part (221) and the negative electrode conductive connection part (222) are elastic conductive terminal structures.
3. The electrical connection module according to claim 2, wherein the positive electrode conductive engagement portion (221) is a positive electrode conductive metal sheet, and both ends of the positive electrode conductive metal sheet are respectively bent or bent to form a first protruding elastic detour portion (2211); the negative electrode conductive connection part (222) is a negative electrode conductive metal sheet, and two ends of the negative electrode conductive metal sheet are respectively bent or bent to form a second convex elastic circuitous part (2221).

The electrical connection module according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the outer side wall of the sleeve (210) is provided with a third latching portion (215) and a fourth latching portion (216), and the third latching portion (215) and the fourth latching portion (216) are located on opposite sides of the sleeve (210).

The electrical connection module according to claim 4, wherein the third retaining portion (215) and the fourth retaining portion (216) are claw structures; one end of the third buckling part (215) is fixedly connected with the sleeve (210), the other end of the third buckling part (215) is a free end, and a first bulge is arranged on one side, away from the sleeve (210), of the free end of the third buckling part (215); one end of the fourth buckling part (216) is fixedly connected with the sleeve (210), the other end of the fourth buckling part (216) is a free end, and a second protrusion is arranged on one side, deviating from the sleeve (210), of the free end of the fourth buckling part (216).
6. The electrical connection module according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sleeve (210) comprises a barrel (2101) and a back cover (2102); the barrel body (2101) is provided with a hollow pipe cavity, a pipe orifice at one end of the barrel body forms the opening (212), a pipe orifice at the other end of the barrel body is connected with the rear cover (2102), and the pipe cavity forms the accommodating space (211); the fitting portion (220) is provided to an outer wall of the rear cover (2102).
7. The electrical connection module as claimed in claim 6, wherein the rear cover (2102) is sleeved at the other end of the barrel (2101), and the rear cover (2102) is detachably connected with the barrel (2101).
8. The electrical connection module as claimed in claim 7, wherein one of the inner side wall of the rear cover (2102) and the outer side wall of the barrel (2101) is provided with a protrusion (21011) and the other is provided with a slot (21021), and the protrusion (21011) is snap-fitted with the slot (21021).
9. The electrical connection module according to claim 6, wherein the outer wall of the rear cover (2102) is provided with a mounting groove for accommodating the power supply part (112), and the bottom surface of the mounting groove is provided with a raised isolation part (217).
10. The electrical connection module as claimed in claim 9, wherein an end face of the isolation portion (217) facing away from the rear cover (2102) is provided with a wire routing hole (2171), and the wire routing hole (2171) is communicated with the receiving space (211); two side walls opposite to the opening of the wiring hole (2171) are respectively provided with a notch.
11. The electrical connection module as claimed in claim 6, wherein the side wall of the barrel (2101) is provided with a window (213).
12. The electrical connection module as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an edge of the end face where the opening (212) is located is provided with an outer brim (214) circumferentially around the opening (212), and the outer brim (214) has a first straight line segment and a second straight line segment which are opposite.
13. The electrical connection module according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the power consuming component (230) is a lighting component.
14. An electrical system, characterized in that it comprises a power supply device (100) and an electrical connection module (200) according to any one of claims 1 to 13; the power supply device (100) comprises a shell (110), wherein the shell (110) is provided with a strip-shaped groove (111) extending along the length direction of the shell (110), and the inner wall of the strip-shaped groove (111) is provided with power supply parts (112) distributed along the extending direction of the strip-shaped groove (111); the electric connection module (200) is arranged in the strip-shaped groove (111) and is in sliding fit with the strip-shaped groove (111) along the extension direction of the strip-shaped groove (111), and the matching part (220) is in contact with the power supply part (112) and is in sliding fit with the power supply part (112) along the extension direction of the power supply part (112).
15. An electrical system according to claim 14, wherein the inner wall of the strip-shaped groove (111) is provided with an insulating layer; the power supply portion (112) is disposed on the insulating layer.
16. The electrical system according to claim 15, wherein the power supply portion (112) includes a positive electrode conductive portion (1121) and a negative electrode conductive portion (1122), and the positive electrode conductive portion (1121) and the negative electrode conductive portion (1122) are distributed along an extending direction of the strip-shaped groove (111), and the positive electrode conductive portion (1121) and the negative electrode conductive portion (1122) are disposed on the insulating layer at an interval.
17. The electrical system of claim 16, wherein the positive conductive portion (1121) and the negative conductive portion (1122) are conductive metal layers.
18. An electrical system according to claim 15, wherein the insulating layer is a substrate (1123) made of an insulating material, and the substrate (1123) is detachably connected to the inner wall of the stripe-shaped groove (111).
19. The electrical system according to claim 18, wherein the inner side wall of the strip-shaped groove (111) is provided with an insertion groove (113); the substrate (1123) is in plug fit with the slot (113).
20. The electrical system according to claim 19, wherein the socket (113) comprises a first clamping pin (1131) and a second clamping pin (1132) which are oppositely arranged, and the first clamping pin (1131) and the second clamping pin (1132) are arranged along the extension direction of the strip-shaped groove (111); first card foot (1131) orientation second card foot (1132) are crooked or buckle, second card foot (1132) orientation first card foot (1131) are crooked or buckle, first card foot (1131) with form T shape slot between second card foot (1132).

The electrical system according to any one of claims 14 to 20, wherein the strip-shaped groove (110) has a first side wall and a second side wall which extend in the same direction as the strip-shaped groove (110), and the first side wall is opposite to the second side wall; the first side wall and the second side wall are respectively connected with the electric connection module (200) in a buckling mode.

An electrical system according to claim 21, wherein the inner surface of the first side wall is provided with first clasping portions (114) distributed along the extension direction of the strip-shaped groove (110), and the inner surface of the second side wall is provided with second clasping portions (115) distributed along the extension direction of the strip-shaped groove (110).

The electrical system of claim 22, wherein the first and second catches (114, 115) are baffle structures; one end of the first buckling part (114) is fixedly connected with the first side wall, and the other end of the first buckling part (114) deviates from the notch of the strip-shaped groove (111) and forms a free end; one end of the second buckling part (115) is fixedly connected with the second side wall, and the other end of the second buckling part (115) deviates from the notch of the strip-shaped groove (111) and forms a free end.
24. The electrical system according to claim 23, wherein a first step surface (1141) is disposed at an end of the first fastening portion (114) fixedly connected to the first side wall, a second step surface (1151) is disposed at an end of the second fastening portion (115) fixedly connected to the second side wall, and the first step surface (1141) and the second step surface (1151) face the notch of the strip-shaped groove (111) and are distributed along the extending direction of the strip-shaped groove (111).
