Referring to fig. 8 to fig. 10, the present invention further provides a flat lamp 1, where the flat lamp 1 includes a housing 30, an illumination module 20, and the electrical connector 10; the lighting module 20 can be mounted on the housing 30, and one end of the electrical plug 10 can be connected with the lighting module 20, and the other end can be connected with the main body of the flat lamp 1.
The lighting module 20 includes a housing 210, an electrical module 220, and an optical module 230; the housing 210 is formed with a receiving cavity 2110, a receiving groove 2111 is formed at the bottom of the receiving cavity 2110, a wiring hole is formed on a side wall of the receiving groove 2111, a mounting portion 2120 is further formed on the side wall of the housing 210, and a wire pressing buckle 2130 is further disposed on the back of the housing 210 corresponding to the receiving groove 2111. The electrical module 220 includes a power module 2210, a sealing cover 2220, and a digital display module 2230. The optical module 230 includes a light source 2310, a heat dissipation element 2320, a reflection module 2330, a sealing element 2340, a buffering element 2350, and a plurality of fixing clips 2360. The reflective module 2330 comprises a light reflecting element 2331, a light guiding element 2332 and a diffusing element 2333; the buffering element 2350 includes a buffering sheet 2351 and a buffering bar 2352.
The steps of mounting the flat lamp 1 are described in detail below: firstly, the power module 2210 is installed in the accommodating groove 2111, the power module 2210 and the housing 210 are fixed through the sealing cover 2220, and the digital display module 2230 is fixedly installed at one side of the power module 2210, thereby completing the installation of the electrical module 220; mounting the heat dissipating element 2320 at one side of the receiving cavity 2110, mounting the light source 2310 on the heat dissipating element 2320, connecting the light source 2310 with the power module 2210 through an electric wire, then mounting the buffering element 2350 in the receiving cavity 2110 to cover the opposite sides of the heat dissipating element 2320, the power module 2210 and the receiving cavity 2110 on which the light source 2310 is mounted, then mounting the light reflecting element 2331, the light guiding element 2332 and the diffusing element 2333 of the reflection module 2330 in sequence at the side of the buffering element 2350 away from the housing 210, and mounting the sealing element 2340 at the side of the diffusing element 2333 away from the light guiding element 2332 to complete the mounting of the optical module 230; then, the optical module 230 is fixed on the housing 210 by the fixing buckles 2360, so as to complete the installation of the lighting module 20; the lighting module 20 is mounted on the housing 30 through the mounting portion 2120 of the housing 210, and finally, one end of the electrical plug 10 is connected to the power module 2210 through the wiring hole on the sidewall of the receiving groove 2111, and the wire clip 2130 is engaged with the sidewall of the receiving groove 2111 to seal the wiring hole, thereby completing the mounting of the flat lamp 1. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the other end of the electrical connector 10 is connected to the body of the flat lamp 1 and will not be described in detail herein.
In the invention, the light source 2310 can be at least one light-emitting lamp bar, the heat dissipation element 2320 can be an L-shaped heat dissipation aluminum plate, when only one light-emitting lamp bar is provided, the lamp beads are densely arranged and have high heat dissipation when high-power illumination is performed, and the heat dissipation element 2320 can effectively reduce the temperature around the light source 2310, thereby prolonging the service life of the illumination module 20; as shown in fig. 9, when the number of the light bars is larger than one, the arrangement of the light beads is relatively loose and the temperature is relatively low during high-power illumination, and at this time, the heat dissipation element 2320 can be removed, and the illumination module 20 can be relatively lighter and thinner.
The insulation main body is made of flame-retardant insulation materials or special heat dissipation plastic materials, and can play roles in heat dissipation, insulation and high-voltage resistance; the sealing cover 2220 is a mylar sheet or a flame-retardant plastic cover, which can effectively prevent water, moisture and insulation; the light-emitting lamp strip is attached to the heat-dissipation aluminum plate, so that the heat dissipation problem can be further solved; the electric connection between the lighting module 20 and the bath heater main machine is strong electricity, so that electric shock of a user needs to be prevented, and short circuit ignition caused by moisture and moisture is also prevented, so that the electric plug-in connector 10 provided by the invention is applied to the flat lamp 1, has a waterproof and moistureproof structure and a pull-proof design, has the characteristics of flame retardance and high voltage resistance, and meets the requirement of safe use.
In the present invention, the light reflecting element 2331 is preferably a light reflecting paper, the light guiding element 2332 is preferably a light guiding plate, the diffusing element 2333 is preferably a diffusing plate, and the light emitting paper, the light guiding plate and the diffusing plate are conventional structures in the field, and thus, the present invention is not described again; the sealing element 2340 is preferably made of a moisture-proof aluminum film, which can prevent moisture from entering the lighting module 20; the buffering sheet 2351 is preferably a sponge sheet, and the buffering strip 2352 is preferably a sponge strip, which can play a certain buffering role to prevent the elements in the lighting module 20 from being damaged and losing efficacy after being impacted.
According to the invention, the power supply module 2210 is arranged in the insulating body, and the electric plug-in connector 10 capable of receiving strong electricity is adopted, so that the product cost can be reduced, and the daily maintenance is convenient. Electricity can be taken from the power module 2210 to meet the extended function display and temperature display functions of the digital display module 2230, and the integrated power module 2210 can effectively improve the luminous efficiency of the light source 2310; meanwhile, the problem that the power supply in the bathroom heater product is not easy to replace is solved, and the product cost and the after-sale cost are reduced.
