In this embodiment, the battery protection board may be a protection board for a mobile phone battery, or may be a protection board for other electronic devices, and the flexible board region 1 has a bent strip shape, and the strip shape may be a rectangular shape or a shape similar to a rectangular shape. In one embodiment, the flexible board area 1 is made of an FPC flexible board, and the cloth part area 2 is made of an FPC flexible board or an FPC reinforcing board.
In the present embodiment, the FPC flexible board is preferably a double-layer flexible board, and the flexible board of the double-layer flexible board is a flexible board of the simplest structure. The process for etching the circuit on the double-layer soft board is simple, and compared with a PCB (printed circuit board) used in the conventional battery protection board technology and a multi-layer soft board, the micro-blind buried hole technology is not needed, so that the production cost is effectively reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, the first and second extensions 4, 5 are made of copper.
In the present embodiment, copper has the characteristics of high conductivity, corrosion resistance, suitable strength, easy forming, relatively low cost, easy welding, etc. compared with other metals, and what is needed for the first extension region 4 and the second extension region 5 is a material with high conductivity, corrosion resistance, suitable strength, easy forming, etc. In addition, nickel, aluminum, platinum, and the like are also possible.
