The toasting apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the control switch is a relay, one end of a coil of the relay is connected to the third power source, the other end of the coil of the relay is connected to a collector of the first transistor, and a normally open contact of the relay is connected between the first power source and the heating wire.

The toasting apparatus of claim 9, wherein the control switch comprises: silicon controlled rectifier, opto-coupler, third resistance, fourth resistance, fifth resistance, the T1 end of silicon controlled rectifier with first power is connected, the T2 end of silicon controlled rectifier with the heater is connected, the T2 end of silicon controlled rectifier pass through the fourth resistance with the third end of opto-coupler is connected, the gate pole of silicon controlled rectifier pass through the third resistance with the fourth end of opto-coupler is connected, the second end of opto-coupler with the collecting electrode of first triode is connected, the first end of opto-coupler passes through the fifth resistance with the third power is connected.

The toasting device as claimed in claim 8, wherein an electromagnet is disposed on the base of the toasting device, and is connected to the control chip and the third power source, wherein when the control chip is powered on, the electromagnet is driven to be powered on, and when the handle is located at the third position, the electromagnet is engaged with the handle to fix the handle at the third position.
13. The toasting apparatus of claim 12, further comprising: a temperature control circuit and a temperature detection circuit;
the temperature control circuit is connected with the control chip and used for acquiring a preset temperature value;
the temperature detection circuit is connected with the control chip and used for obtaining a real-time temperature value, when the preset temperature value is equal to the real-time temperature value, the control chip is disconnected with the electromagnet, and meanwhile the control chip is disconnected with the control switch.

The toasting apparatus of claim 12, further comprising: and the canceling working circuit is connected with the control chip and used for sending a canceling working signal, and when the canceling working signal is acquired by the control chip, the control chip is disconnected from the electromagnet, and meanwhile, the control chip is disconnected from the control switch.
