Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further elaborated by combining the drawings and the specific embodiments in the specification. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1, in the alarm method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the alarm method may be executed by an alarm device provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and in a specific application, the alarm device may specifically be a vehicle-mounted terminal such as a car machine or a cloud server. In this embodiment, taking an execution subject of the alarm method as a vehicle-mounted terminal as an example, the alarm method includes the following steps:
step S101: acquiring sound information and/or images of a set area in a vehicle in a locked state;
it should be noted that the locking state specifically means: vehicle shut-off, door closed, window closed, and lock drop-out. The vehicle-mounted terminal may acquire the sound information and/or the image of the set area in the vehicle when detecting that the vehicle is in the unlocked state or the locked state, or may acquire the sound information and/or the image of the set area in the vehicle after detecting that the vehicle is in the locked state for a certain period of time. In one embodiment, before acquiring the sound information and/or the image of the set area in the locked vehicle interior, the method may further include: detecting whether the time length of the vehicle in the locking state exceeds a preset time length threshold value or not; if yes, the step of acquiring sound information of the interior of the vehicle in the locking state and/or the image of the set area is executed. That is to say, after the vehicle-mounted terminal detects that the vehicle is in the unlocked state and is changed into the locked state, the vehicle is timed to be in the locked state, and when the time length that the vehicle is in the locked state exceeds a preset time length threshold value, the sound information and/or the image of the set area in the vehicle in the locked state are/is acquired. The preset time threshold may be set according to actual needs, for example, may be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, and the like. It is understood that the driver of the vehicle may have performed the locking operation on the vehicle only for a temporary reason and may return to the vehicle again after a certain period of time, for example, several minutes, that is, perform the unlocking operation on the vehicle, in which case or the like, it may be considered that the child in the vehicle is safe, and therefore, the sound information of the interior of the vehicle in the locked state and/or the image of the set area may be acquired after the period of time for which it is detected that the vehicle has been in the locked state exceeds the preset period threshold value. Therefore, after the time length for detecting that the vehicle is in the locking state exceeds the preset time length threshold value, the sound information and/or the image of the set area in the vehicle in the locking state are/is acquired, the accuracy of detection and alarm can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved.
Here, the sound information of the vehicle interior may be acquired by a sound acquisition device, such as a microphone, of the vehicle interior, and the vehicle-mounted terminal is connected to the sound acquisition device to acquire the sound information acquired by the sound acquisition device. In one embodiment, the acquiring of the sound information of the vehicle interior in the locked state includes: acquiring sound information of the interior of the vehicle acquired by a sound acquisition device in the vehicle in a locked state. It can be understood that the sound collection device may be a device or module with a voice collection function, such as a microphone, and the sound collection device may collect sound information inside the vehicle after receiving a trigger instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal. In one embodiment, the acquiring an image of a set area inside a vehicle in a locked state includes: the method includes acquiring an image of a set area inside a vehicle, which is captured based on a surveillance video device inside the vehicle in a locked state. It is to be understood that the monitoring video apparatus may be a camera or other equipment having a video shooting function, and the setting area may be set according to actual requirements, for example, the setting area may be an area where the monitoring video apparatus can capture images, and the setting area may be generally considered to include areas where all seats in the vehicle are located. The monitoring video device may acquire the image of the set area inside the vehicle after receiving a trigger instruction sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal. Here, after the vehicle-mounted terminal obtains the image of the set area inside the vehicle from the monitoring video device, the vehicle-mounted terminal may perform preprocessing such as filtering and denoising on the image, so as to improve the quality of the image. Therefore, the sound information in the vehicle is acquired through the sound acquisition device and/or the image of the set area is acquired through the monitoring video device, so that whether children exist in the vehicle or not is detected based on the sound information and/or the image, and the detection accuracy can be ensured.
It should be noted that, when the execution subject of the alarm method is a cloud server, the cloud server acquires the sound information and/or the image of the set area in the locked vehicle, and may receive the sound information and/or the image of the set area in the locked vehicle sent by the vehicle-mounted terminal.
Step S102: detecting whether a child exists in the vehicle according to the sound information and/or the image;
it can be understood that when a child stays in the vehicle and the child makes a cry or other sound in the vehicle, the presence of the child in the vehicle can be detected by acquiring sound information of the interior of the vehicle and/or an image of a set area. In one embodiment, the detecting whether a child is present in the vehicle according to the sound information includes: and matching the sound waveform corresponding to the sound information with the sound waveform of a preset child, and determining whether the child exists in the vehicle according to a matching result. Specifically, the sound waveform corresponding to the acquired sound information is matched with a sound waveform of a preset child, and if the matching is successful, it is indicated that the child exists in the vehicle. It will be appreciated that the corresponding sound waveforms are different for children and non-children and may therefore be distinguished by identifying the sound waveforms. Therefore, whether children exist in the vehicle or not is detected through sound waveform matching, the detection accuracy can be ensured, and the alarm precision is improved.
In one embodiment, the detecting whether a child is present in the vehicle according to the image includes: using the image as an input of a recognition model to obtain a recognition result of whether a child exists in the vehicle corresponding to the image; the recognition model is obtained by training based on a plurality of images including children collected in history and a history recognition result. It is understood that a training sample may be obtained in advance, the training sample includes a plurality of images including children collected in history and corresponding historical recognition results, the images are used as input variables of a model, the corresponding historical recognition results are used as output variables of the model, and a recognition model is established based on the training sample. Here, a recognition model may be established using a model construction algorithm such as a neural network algorithm, a genetic algorithm, or the like based on the training samples. Therefore, whether children exist in the vehicle or not can be detected through image recognition, the detection accuracy can be ensured, and the alarm precision is improved.
In addition, whether a child is present in the vehicle is detected by combining the sound information in the vehicle and the image of the set area, so that the detection accuracy can be improved. It can be understood that, due to external environment interference or hardware performance limitation, the detection of whether children exist in the vehicle according to the sound information of the interior of the vehicle or the image of the set area alone may generate false detection, and the detection of whether children exist in the vehicle by combining the sound information of the interior of the vehicle and the image of the set area can achieve mutual complementation, thereby improving the detection accuracy. For example, when a child in the vehicle is sleeping, the sound information of the vehicle interior acquired at this time may not include a sound made by anyone, and it is detected that no child is present in the vehicle based on the sound information of the vehicle interior, but if the detection is further performed in conjunction with the image of the set area in the vehicle interior, the child in the vehicle can be captured and included in the image, and therefore, the presence of a child in the vehicle can be detected in conjunction with the image of the set area in the vehicle interior.
Step S103: and sending out an alarm message when the child is determined to exist in the vehicle.
Specifically, when it is detected in step S102 that a child is present in the vehicle, an alarm message that the child is present in the vehicle is sent to the mobile terminal associated with the vehicle, and/or the dual-flash of the vehicle is controlled to be turned on and to be sounded, so as to remind an owner of the vehicle of paying attention to the child retained in the vehicle or remind people near the vehicle of paying attention to the presence of the child in the vehicle, thereby effectively avoiding a risk of the child being retained in the vehicle.
Here, the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the alarm message that a child is in the vehicle to the mobile terminal associated with the vehicle, or the vehicle-mounted terminal sends an alarm request carrying the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier to the cloud server of the internet of vehicles, so that the cloud server of the internet of vehicles inquires the corresponding relationship between the set vehicle-mounted terminal identifier and the mobile terminal identifier according to the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier, and sends the alarm message to the corresponding mobile terminal based on the inquired mobile terminal identifier matched with the vehicle-mounted terminal identifier.
In summary, in the alarm method provided in the above embodiment, by acquiring the sound information and/or the image of the set area in the vehicle in the locked state, and sending the alarm message in time when it is detected that the child is present in the vehicle according to the sound information and/or the image, it is achieved that whether the child is detained in the vehicle is accurately detected, and when the child is detained in the vehicle, an alarm and a rescue can be rapidly obtained, and meanwhile, the risk caused by the child being detained in the vehicle is effectively avoided.
In one embodiment, the alarm method further comprises:
when the sound information is determined to meet the preset condition, starting a rescue mode; wherein the rescue mode comprises at least one of: controlling the vehicle to open a vehicle window and sending an alarm message to a mobile terminal associated with the vehicle.
The acquiring of the sound information and/or the image of the set area of the vehicle interior in the locked state may be acquiring the sound information and/or the image of the set area of the vehicle interior in the locked state at a set period or at an irregular time, that is, the sound information satisfying the preset condition may be that the sound information of the vehicle interior in the locked state acquired at any time satisfies the preset condition. Here, the preset condition may be set according to actual requirements, and for example, the preset condition may include that the decibel of the sound is greater than a preset decibel threshold and/or the frequency of the sound is greater than a preset frequency threshold. It will be appreciated that when a child is left in the vehicle, it will often make a crying sound, which will be distinguishable from the usual speech sounds, such as higher decibels, faster frequencies, etc. The preset decibel threshold and/or the preset frequency threshold can be set according to actual requirements, for example, the preset decibel threshold can be set to 60 decibels, 70 decibels and the like, and the preset frequency threshold can be set to 100 hertz, 150 hertz and the like. So, when detecting the inside sound information of vehicle and satisfying the preset condition, can think that this moment needs rescue the children in the vehicle, then start the rescue mode, further ensure to have can rapidly obtain warning and rescue when children are detained in the vehicle, further effectively avoided simultaneously because of the risk that children are detained and exist in the vehicle.
In one embodiment, after detecting whether a child is present in the vehicle according to the sound information and/or the image, the method further includes: and when determining that no children exist in the vehicle, executing shutdown operation.
It can be understood that, when the vehicle is in the locked state, the vehicle-mounted terminal may only close the display screen, and then detect whether a child is present in the vehicle in the locked state. And if the fact that no children exist in the vehicle is determined, executing shutdown operation to save electricity consumption and prolong the service life. It should be noted that the vehicle-mounted terminal may also perform a shutdown operation after detecting that a child is present in the locked vehicle and sending an alarm message, or after starting the rescue mode. Therefore, the power consumption can be effectively saved and the service life can be prolonged by executing the shutdown operation in time.
Based on the same inventive concept of the foregoing embodiments, the present embodiment describes technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments in detail through specific examples. Taking the vehicle-mounted terminal as a vehicle machine as an example, fig. 2 is a specific flowchart of an alarm method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the method includes the following steps:
step S201: the screen of the vehicle is closed after the engine is flamed out and the vehicle door is pulled open;
specifically, after the car machine receives an engine stall event of the car, if the car door is detected to be pulled open, the screen is closed, and at this time, the car machine is not really shut down and continues to operate in the background.
Step S202: after more than 5 seconds, the vehicle starts a camera to identify the scene in the vehicle, and simultaneously starts the sound source matching detection in the vehicle;
specifically, the car machine is closed the screen and is exceeded 5 seconds after, and whether automatic start camera carries out scene recognition if gather whether contain children in the car image recognition car in the car, when discerning that there is children in the car, starts the sound source simultaneously and matches the detection to whether have children to carry out two detections to in the car.
Step S203: the vehicle-mounted computer judges whether children are detected in the vehicle, if so, step S204 is executed, otherwise, step S207 is executed;
step S204: the vehicle machine sends a short message to a vehicle owner and delays the automatic shutdown time by a certain numerical value;
specifically, when the car machine detects that a child exists in the car in any one of the two detections, the car machine immediately triggers a back-end server of the car machine to push a short message to a car owner mobile phone number, and delays the automatic shutdown time by a certain value. Here, the time of shutdown may be delayed by 5 minutes, 30 minutes, or the like.
Step S205: the car machine detects that the sound exceeds a certain decibel and frequency at the sound source, and triggers a rescue mode;
specifically, the car machine periodically detects a sound source, and when the sound is detected to exceed a certain decibel and frequency, a rescue mode is triggered
Step S206: the car machine starts a rescue mode, controls the car window to be half-opened, simultaneously sends the short message to the car owner again to prompt the child to be in the car, and executes the shutdown operation.
Step S207: the car machine immediately executes the shutdown operation.
Specifically, the car machine immediately executes the shutdown operation when detecting that no child is in the car.
In summary, in the alarm method provided in the above embodiment, whether a child is present in the vehicle is detected by the in-vehicle camera and the sound source, and when the recognized sound source meets the preset decibel threshold and the frequency threshold, the rescue mode is automatically triggered, the window is half opened, and meanwhile, a short message is sent to the vehicle owner, so that the safety of the child in the vehicle is improved. That is to say, the alarm method provided by the embodiment improves the recognition rate of the scene of the child in the vehicle through the audio and image double detection, and greatly improves the safety through two times of early warning and rescue modes.
