Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application, presented in the accompanying drawings, is not intended to limit the scope of the claimed application, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the application. Every other embodiment that can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present application falls within the protection scope of the present application.
First, an application scenario to which the present application is applicable will be described. The method and the device can be applied to the technical field of personnel management, after a received personnel circulation instruction is received, the target circulation personnel and the corresponding circulation path are determined, the initial management cluster and the target management cluster which are associated with the target circulation personnel are determined on the circulation path, according to the circulation actual situation of the target circulation personnel, the personnel information of the target circulation personnel is removed/moved into the initial management cluster and the target management cluster correspondingly, and the personnel information of the initial management cluster and the personnel information of the target management cluster are updated.
Generally, in the context of big data, the management of personnel information needs to have real-time performance, so that in the process of personnel movement, personnel movement can be better mastered, personnel can enter a certain jurisdiction every moment, meanwhile, personnel belonging to the jurisdiction can leave the jurisdiction due to development requirements of the personnel, and the like, and for the jurisdiction, the information of the personnel entering and leaving needs to be collated, the personnel data information of the jurisdiction is updated, and the personnel information of the personnel in the jurisdiction is accurately mastered and managed.
At present, personnel-based management is mostly on a big data side, personnel are monitored according to updating of personnel data sources corresponding to the personnel, or the corresponding personnel are divided into corresponding management clusters within corresponding management interval ranges based on manual checking, data are easily missed due to uncertainty of personnel flow, delay or advance of personnel residence time, too long time of manual checking, and pure manual checking under the condition of large data volume, so that the accuracy of personnel flow monitoring is influenced due to misjudgment of time delay and a home location based on a home location after flowing of the flowing personnel and personnel updating of personnel change clusters.
Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a staff flow allocation method, a corresponding flow path is generated in real time according to a staff flow instruction after staff flow, a corresponding management group is updated according to an instruction of the flow path, the management group corresponding to the staff in the flow can be updated in real time when the staff in the flow starts to flow, delay of staff attribution updating is avoided, and timeliness and accuracy of staff management are improved.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a personnel flow allocation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the blending method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes:
step 101, determining target flowing personnel and a flow path corresponding to the target flowing personnel from the received personnel circulation instruction.
In the step, a personnel circulation instruction is received, the received personnel circulation instruction is analyzed, and a target circulation person with a circulation requirement and a circulation path corresponding to the target circulation person are obtained from the personnel circulation instruction.
The received personnel circulation instruction can be determined by the system according to the update information of the data source corresponding to the personnel, and can also be a circulation instruction sent by the management personnel according to the flow condition of the personnel in the district. For example, for the same person to be managed, if the data source corresponding to the person to be managed indicates that the attribution of the person to be managed changes (for example, the attribution is from "beijing" to "shanghai"), the system considers that the person information of the person to be managed needs to be forwarded, the person to be managed needs to be circulated, and at this time, the discovery system sends a person circulation instruction; or the manager finds that a person enters (leaves) the district, the information of the person in the district needs to be updated, and a person circulation instruction can be manually input.
Here, the information of the person to be managed determined from the person circulation instruction may be to determine the corresponding target circulation person according to the unique person identification information (identity card number, etc.) carried in the person circulation instruction or determine which person in which management cluster is specified in the person circulation instruction to circulate, and the format of the specified area information may be "XX area XX in XX city", for example, "hu xi X in xu hui district in shang hai city", and then determine hu X in xu hui district in shanhai city as the target circulation person according to the specified area information.
When the number of the target circulation personnel carried in the personnel circulation instruction is multiple, the circulation time corresponding to each target circulation personnel can be increased in the instruction, the target circulation personnel processed simultaneously or each target circulation personnel is sorted according to the circulation time corresponding to each target circulation personnel, and each target circulation personnel is processed according to the time sequence.
Here, the circulation path may indicate a personnel flow direction of the target personnel, and more than one personnel circulation may be indicated in the circulation path, for example, for a certain person, the person may be transferred from X city to Y city within a period of time, and then transferred from Y city to Z city, where the corresponding circulation path of a certain person may be "X city-Y city-Z city".
Step 102, determining an initial management cluster and a target management cluster associated with the target floating staff based on the flow path.
In this step, an initial management cluster and a target management cluster associated with the target migrator in the flow direction indicated by the flow path are determined according to the area indicated by the flow path to which the target migrator is going and the area where the target migrator is located before moving.
Here, the initial management cluster may refer to a jurisdiction to which the target migrant person belongs before performing the corresponding movement, and the target management cluster may refer to a jurisdiction to which the target migrant person belongs after performing the corresponding movement.
For the flow direction of the target flowing person indicated by the circulation path, there may be two indication modes: an initial management cluster and a target management cluster for directly indicating the target migrator, i.e., where the target migrator is going from, e.g., a certain target migrator, determined from the flow path, a certain target migrator is going from Y zone X city to M zone Z city, then the initial management cluster associated with a certain target migrator a is Y zone X city, and the target management cluster associated with a certain target migrator a is M zone Z city; another is to indicate a unique identifier corresponding to the target migrant person and a destination to which the migrant person corresponding to the unique identifier is going in the migration path, for example, a person with the number 007 goes to city W, and then the target management cluster associated with the target migrant person with the number 007 is city W; and the place where the target migrator with the current number 007 belongs needs to be found according to the index in the system with the number 007, and after query, the area where the target migrator with the current number 007 belongs is city B, so that the initial management cluster corresponding to the target migrator with the number 007 is city B.
103, receiving a feedback instruction of the target management cluster, and updating corresponding personnel information in the initial management cluster and the target management cluster when the feedback instruction indicates that the target management cluster successfully receives the target mobile personnel.
In this step, after the target migrant personnel reach the target management cluster corresponding to the migration path, a feedback instruction sent by the target management cluster is received, after the corresponding instruction is received and checked, after the target migrant personnel are determined to finish the circulation correctly, personnel information in an initial management cluster and a target management cluster corresponding to the target migrant personnel is updated, for the initial management cluster, information of migrant personnel who have successfully migrated is deleted, and for the target management cluster, information of migrant personnel who have migrated into the management area is added.
Here, when receiving that a floating staff is about to enter the current jurisdiction, the target management cluster needs to check whether the flow path corresponding to the floating staff indicates that the floating staff is about to enter the current management area and whether the current management area can receive the floating staff, and if the flow path corresponding to the floating staff indicates that the floating staff is about to enter the current management area and the current management area can receive the floating staff, a flow success instruction is issued.
The criterion for determining whether the target management cluster can receive the floating staff may be attribute information of the target management cluster, for example, if the target floating staff is an adult, the target floating staff may not receive the adult for a kindergarten management cluster.
According to the personnel flow allocation method provided by the embodiment of the application, a target flowing personnel and a flow path corresponding to the target flowing personnel are determined from a received personnel flow instruction; determining an initial management cluster and a target management cluster associated with the target mobilizer based on the flow path; and receiving a feedback instruction of the target management cluster, and updating corresponding personnel information in the initial management cluster and the target management cluster when the feedback instruction indicates that the target management cluster successfully receives the target mobile personnel.
Therefore, after a personnel circulation instruction is received, a corresponding target flowing personnel and a corresponding flow path are determined, an initial management cluster and a target management cluster which are associated with the target flowing personnel are determined according to the flow path, and after the target flowing personnel are determined to flow successfully, the corresponding initial management cluster and the corresponding target management cluster are updated.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for allocating people flow according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method for allocating staff flow provided by the embodiment of the present application includes:
step 201, based on the obtained initial personnel attribution information of each to-be-managed personnel, dividing each to-be-managed personnel into corresponding initial management clusters, wherein the to-be-managed personnel comprise the target mobile personnel.
In this step, for the big data system, the personnel information of each person to be managed may be acquired, and converted into corresponding personnel data, and a plurality of pieces of personnel data are stored in a pre-established resource pool, where the attribution indicated by the initial personnel attribution information of each person to be managed and associated with the person to be managed may be seen in the resource pool, and each person to be managed is divided into corresponding initial management clusters according to the management information of each person to be managed.
Here, the person to be managed may refer to a person who flows between large management groups, they may belong to any one of the management groups, the person information of the person to be managed may be stored in a preset resource pool, and when the person to be managed flows in a different management cluster, the person to be managed may also be referred to as a floating person, and it is necessary to confirm the attribution information of the floating person again, that is, the floating person exists on the basis of the person to be managed, and the target floating person belongs to the person to be managed.
The resource pool refers to a collection of various hardware and software related in the cloud computing data center, and can be divided into computing resources, storage resources and network resources according to the types of the hardware and the software. The pool members in the resource pool exist independently of any project group and can quickly form a group, and when one resource is used up, the resource pool clears the busy mark of the related resource so as to show that the resource can be used by the next request.
The person attribution information may show an attribution of the person to be managed, for example, a certain Z in city B, and then the attribution information of the certain Z is "belonging to city B". The attribution information of a person to be managed may show the multi-level attribution place associated with the person to be managed, and for the above example, Z belongs to a H-zone of the lower unit of the city B and also belongs to a Z country of the upper unit of the city B.
Here, each initial management cluster is capable of acquiring all data of the upper and lower initial management clusters directly related to the initial management cluster, and for example, taking a company as an example, there may be a plurality of sub-companies, a plurality of departments may exist in each sub-company, and a plurality of groups may be set under each department. Therefore, after an initial management cluster obtains a to-be-managed person divided into the local jurisdiction, whether the to-be-managed person belongs to the initial management cluster needs to be checked, if the to-be-managed person does not belong to the initial management cluster, the person information of the to-be-managed person needs to be thrown to a superior initial management cluster associated with the initial management cluster, after the superior initial management cluster is checked, the to-be-managed person is determined to belong to the initial management cluster, the to-be-managed person is received and not to be thrown to the superior initial management cluster, and so on, if the highest management cluster determines that the to-be-managed person does not belong to the superior initial management cluster, the to-be-managed person needs to be returned to a resource pool for further confirmation.
Step 202, determining a target flowing person and a flow path corresponding to the target flowing person from the received personnel circulation instruction.
Step 203, determining an initial management cluster and a target management cluster associated with the target mobilizer based on the flow path.
And 204, receiving a feedback instruction of the target management cluster, and updating corresponding personnel information in the initial management cluster and the target management cluster when the feedback instruction indicates that the target management cluster successfully receives the target mobile personnel.
The descriptions of step 202 to step 204 may refer to the descriptions of step 101 to step 103, and the same technical effects can be achieved, which is not described in detail herein.
Further, after step 204, the blending method further includes: and when the feedback instruction indicates that the target management cluster fails to receive the target flow staff, sending a checking instruction to the initial management cluster, and determining an updated flow path corresponding to the target flow staff and a corresponding updated target management cluster.
Receiving a feedback instruction which is sent by the target management cluster and corresponds to the target mobile personnel after the target mobile personnel are received, wherein the feedback instruction reflects the receiving condition of the target management cluster on the target mobile personnel, and when the feedback instruction indicates that the target mobile personnel are successfully received, confirming that the target mobile personnel are successfully circulated; if the feedback instruction feeds back that the target management cluster does not receive the target mobile personnel, a checking instruction needs to be sent to the initial management set, and the real destination of the target mobile personnel and the corresponding update management set are further determined.
Here, the case that the target management cluster does not receive the target migrator may be that the corresponding target migrator does not enter the target management cluster, or that the attribute of the target management cluster determines that the target management cluster cannot receive the target migrator. The initial management collectively verifies, for a first instance, whether the target floating crew is actually going to another destination on the way of the flow; for the second case, the initial administration is required to collectively verify that the target floating person is actually the destination to which it is going.
For example, for a first situation, a certain area a belongs to a Y area in a city B, because of work and family reasons of the certain area a, the certain area a needs to be transferred to an X area in a city S for living, the X area in the city S checks whether certain information of the certain area a appears in the local jurisdiction after receiving a certain circulation instruction of the certain area a, it is found that the certain area a has not received the certain area a after checking, at this time, the true going direction of the certain area a needs to be checked from the Y area in the city B, and through tracking check of a certain unique identity (identity number and the like) of the certain area a, the certain area a now lives in a C area in the city C, then a certain corresponding target management cluster of the certain area a needs to be updated to be; in the second case, B is a traffic accident wounded person, and the C-county hospital needs to transfer B due to limited medical conditions, but the L nursing home confirms that the transfer instruction of B is received and requests the L nursing home to receive B, and since the L nursing home cannot provide complete medical conditions for B, the L nursing home needs to send a verification instruction for B to the C-county hospital, and after verification, the C-county hospital plans the direction of B again and sends B to the C-county hospital.
Further, the personnel information in the initial management cluster and the target management cluster is updated through the following steps: for the initial management cluster indicated by the corresponding flow path, removing the personnel information of the target circulation personnel from the initial management cluster; and transferring the personnel information of the target circulation personnel to the corresponding target management cluster aiming at the target management cluster indicated by the corresponding flow path.
In this step, when it is determined that the target migrator migrant personnel successfully migrate, it is determined that the target migrator migrant personnel successfully migrate (have arrived at the correct destination), the personnel information in the initial management cluster and the target management cluster associated with the target migrant personnel is updated, and the personnel information of the target migrant personnel is moved out of the initial management cluster and moved into the target management cluster.
Here, for the initial management cluster, after determining that the target circulation personnel has successfully arrived at the corresponding target management cluster, the information of the target personnel is removed, or if the target circulation personnel leaves the initial management cluster only for a short time, the personnel information of the target circulation personnel can also be optionally sealed for a short time, so that the subsequent target circulation personnel returns to the initial management cluster to be started again; for a target management cluster, after determining that the target circulation personnel enters the management cluster, receiving all information corresponding to the target circulation personnel, and enabling the information of the target circulation personnel and the personnel to be managed having an association relationship (relationship) with the target circulation personnel to be conveniently managed in a unified manner.
For example, if C works in B ten years later, it will return to its own hometown S city, after it is determined that C arrives in S city and S city receives C, B city deletes C information, and S city receives all C information, and optionally stores C information and C parent information in a position close to each other for management.
Here, after the target migrator completes the migration and the personnel information of both the initial management cluster and the target management cluster is updated, the attribution information of the target manager also needs to be updated.
For the above example, before the flow is performed, the attribution information of C is stored as "belonging to B city", and after C has successfully passed the flow and the personnel information of B city and S city has been successfully updated, the attribution information of C is modified as "belonging to S city".
Further, after step 204, the blending method further includes: detecting whether a person to be managed moving out of a preset management area exists or not according to a preset time interval; if the personnel to be managed moving out of the preset management area exists, generating a personnel removal instruction corresponding to the personnel to be managed; and determining a management cluster corresponding to the personnel to be managed based on the personnel removing instruction, removing personnel information corresponding to the personnel to be managed from the management cluster, and updating the personnel information of the corresponding management cluster, wherein the management cluster comprises the initial management cluster and the target management cluster.
In the step, whether a person to be managed which has moved out of a preset management area exists is detected according to a preset time interval, if the person to be managed which has moved out of the preset management area exists, a person removal instruction is generated, whether the person to be managed which is indicated by the person removal instruction does not belong to a corresponding management cluster is checked for the management cluster which is indicated by the person removal instruction, it is determined that the person to be managed does not belong to the management cluster, and person information corresponding to the person removal instruction is removed from the management cluster.
The preset time interval may be a maximum value of temporary flowing of people, for example, one month or half a year, and the preset management area is a maximum unit of management, for example, for a company, leaving a company is flowing out of the preset management area; for a citizen, after moving the citizen, the citizen moves out of the preset management area for the country before the citizen.
Here, the sent personnel removal instruction may be that after the data source of the personnel data of each to-be-managed personnel is updated, the indicated to-be-managed personnel is not in the preset management area, and then the system sends the personnel removal instruction; or the manager of each management cluster finds that the personnel flow out of the preset management area and manually inputs a personnel removal instruction to the system.
For example, company D issues a leave request to company S, and when receiving the leave request, a person removal instruction for company D is generated, and after receiving the person removal instruction for company D, company S checks that company D determines that company D has left, and removes the person information for company D from the company; if the D certain person leaves the S company due to some inefficacy force factors after the D certain person leaves the S company, the S company checks that the D certain person does not leave the S company after receiving the D certain person removing instruction, automatically ignores the D certain person removing instruction, and keeps D certain person information.
According to the staff mobility allocation method provided by the embodiment of the application, each to-be-managed staff is divided into corresponding initial management clusters based on the acquired initial staff attribution information of each to-be-managed staff, wherein the to-be-managed staff comprises the target mobile staff; determining target flowing personnel and a flow path corresponding to the target flowing personnel from the received personnel circulation instruction; determining an initial management cluster and a target management cluster associated with the target mobilizer based on the flow path; and receiving a feedback instruction of the target management cluster, and updating corresponding personnel information in the initial management cluster and the target management cluster when the feedback instruction indicates that the target management cluster successfully receives the target mobile personnel.
