When attendance on duty, the outworker S punches the card in the preset attendance position range and the preset attendance time range, so that the attendance authority is possessed, otherwise, the attendance authority is absent, and when the attendance authority is possessed, because the current positioning time is earlier than a first preset time period, no historical activity track is generated, and no corresponding preset activity track is generated. And determining that the field staff is on time to work or arrive late according to the actual time of punching the card.

The embodiment provides a processing device of attendance information, which acquires current positioning information sent by a mobile terminal; if the current positioning information is in a preset information range, determining that the user has attendance authority; after the attendance checking authority is determined, acquiring a plurality of historical positioning information of a preset time period sent by the mobile terminal, and generating a historical activity track; and comparing the historical activity track with a preset activity track to determine the attendance checking result of the user. The preset positioning information is freely determined according to the attendance data declared in advance, so that the flexibility of mobile attendance is improved; when the attendance checking authority is possessed, the historical activity track of the user in the preset time period is obtained, so that the activity range of the user for executing the field attendance is determined, whether the activity range conforms to the preset activity track is judged, whether the user normally executes the field attendance task is further determined, and the accuracy of the attendance checking result is improved.
In an embodiment, the attendance authority determination module 120 includes a first attendance authority determination unit; the first attendance authority determining unit is used for matching the current positioning time with a preset time range, and if the current positioning time is within the preset time range, determining that the user has attendance authority.
In an embodiment, the attendance authority determination module 120 includes a second attendance authority determination unit; the second attendance authority determining unit is used for matching a current positioning position with a preset position range, wherein the current positioning position is in the preset position range, and the user is determined to have attendance authority.
In one embodiment, the historical activity track generation module 130 includes: the device comprises a historical positioning information acquisition unit and a historical activity track generation unit.
The mobile terminal comprises a historical positioning information acquisition unit, a positioning information processing unit and a positioning information processing unit, wherein the historical positioning information acquisition unit is used for acquiring a plurality of pieces of historical positioning information periodically sent by the mobile terminal in the preset time period; and the historical activity track generating unit is used for sequentially connecting the positioning positions in the historical positioning information according to the positioning time sequence in the historical positioning information by the current activity to generate the historical activity track.
In an embodiment, the attendance result determination module 140 includes: and an attendance checking passing unit.
And the attendance checking passing unit is used for determining that the attendance of the user passes if the contact ratio of the historical activity track and the preset activity track is not less than a preset threshold value.
In an embodiment, the apparatus for processing attendance information further includes: the attendance checking system comprises an attendance checking data acquisition unit and a preset information determination unit.
The attendance checking data acquisition unit is used for acquiring the pre-configured attendance checking data of the user in the background attendance checking system; and the preset information determining unit is used for determining the preset information range and the preset movement track of the preset time period according to the attendance data.
In an embodiment, the apparatus for processing attendance information further includes: and an association relationship establishing module.
And the incidence relation establishing module is used for acquiring the identity of the user, establishing the incidence relation between the identity and the attendance checking result and storing the incidence relation in a specified directory.
When the provided processing device for attendance information executes the processing method for attendance information provided by any embodiment, the processing device has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the computer apparatus includes: a processor 60, a memory 61, a display 62, an input device 63, an output device 64, and a communication device 65. The number of the processors 60 in the computer device may be one or more, and one processor 60 is taken as an example in fig. 6. The processor 60, the memory 61, the display 62, the input means 63, the output means 64 and the communication means 65 of the computer device may be connected by a bus or other means, as exemplified by the bus connection in fig. 6.
The memory 61 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the processing method of attendance information according to any embodiment of the present application (for example, the processing device of attendance information includes a current positioning information obtaining module 110, an attendance authority determining module 120, a historical activity track generating module 130, and an attendance result determining module 140). The processor 60 executes various functional applications and data processing of the device by running software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 61, that is, implements the above-described processing method of the attendance information.
The memory 61 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the device, and the like. Further, the memory 61 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 61 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 60, which may be connected to the device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
In general, the display screen 62 is used for displaying data according to instructions from the processor 60, and is also used for receiving touch operations applied to the display screen 62 and sending corresponding signals to the processor 60 or other devices.
The communication device 65 is used for establishing a communication connection with other devices, and may be a wired communication device and/or a wireless communication device.
The input means 63 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the computer device, and may also be a camera for acquiring images and a sound pickup device for acquiring audio data. The output device 64 may include an audio device such as a speaker. It should be noted that the specific composition of the input device 63 and the output device 64 can be set according to actual conditions.
The computer equipment provided by the above can be used for executing the processing method of attendance data provided by any of the above embodiments, and has corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to perform a method for processing attendance information, including:
receiving an attendance instruction, and responding to the attendance instruction to acquire current positioning information sent by a mobile terminal;
matching the current positioning information with a preset information range, and determining that the user has attendance authority if the current positioning information is in the preset information range;
after the attendance checking authority is determined, acquiring a plurality of historical positioning information of a preset time period sent by the mobile terminal, and generating a historical activity track according to the historical positioning information;
and comparing the historical activity track with a preset activity track to determine the attendance checking result of the user.
Of course, the storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application includes computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the operations of the processing method of attendance information described above, and may also perform related operations in the processing method of attendance information provided in any embodiments of the present application, and have corresponding functions and advantages.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly can be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, where the computer software product may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk, or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a robot, a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the processing method of the attendance information according to any embodiment of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing attendance information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an attendance instruction, and responding to the attendance instruction to acquire current positioning information sent by a mobile terminal;
matching the current positioning information with a preset information range, and determining that the user has attendance authority if the current positioning information is in the preset information range;
after the attendance checking authority is determined, acquiring a plurality of historical positioning information sent by the mobile terminal within a preset time period, and generating a historical activity track according to the historical positioning information;
and comparing the historical activity track with a preset activity track to determine the attendance checking result of the user.
2. The method for processing attendance information according to claim 1, wherein the step of matching the current positioning information with a preset information range and determining that the user has attendance authority if the current positioning information is in the preset information range comprises:
and matching the current positioning time with a preset time range, and determining that the user has attendance authority if the current positioning time is within the preset time range.
3. The method for processing attendance information according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of matching the current positioning information with a preset information range and determining that the user has attendance authority if the current positioning information is in the preset information range comprises:
and matching the current positioning position with a preset position range, wherein the current positioning position is in the preset position range, and determining that the user has attendance authority.
4. The method for processing attendance information according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring a plurality of historical positioning information of a preset time period and generating a historical activity track according to the historical positioning information comprises:
acquiring a plurality of pieces of historical positioning information periodically sent by the mobile terminal in the preset time period;
and sequentially connecting the positioning positions in the historical positioning information according to the positioning time sequence in the historical positioning information to generate the historical activity track.
5. The method for processing attendance information according to claim 1, wherein the step of comparing the historical activity track with a preset activity track and determining the attendance result of the user comprises:
and if the coincidence degree of the historical activity track and the preset activity track is not smaller than a preset threshold value, determining that the attendance of the user passes.
6. The method for processing attendance information according to claim 1, wherein before the step of matching the current positioning information with a preset information range, the method further comprises:
acquiring pre-configured attendance data of the user in a background attendance system;
and determining the preset information range and the preset movement track of a preset time period according to the attendance data.
7. The method for processing attendance information according to claim 1, wherein after the step of determining the attendance result of the user, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the identity of the user, establishing an association relationship between the identity and the attendance checking result, and storing the association relationship in a specified directory.
8. An attendance information processing apparatus, comprising:
the current positioning information acquisition module is used for receiving an attendance instruction and responding to the attendance instruction to acquire current positioning information sent by the mobile terminal;
the attendance authority determining module is used for matching the current positioning information with a preset information range, and determining that the user has attendance authority if the current positioning information is in the preset information range;
the historical activity track generation module is used for acquiring a plurality of historical positioning information sent by the mobile terminal in a preset time period after the attendance authority is determined, and generating a historical activity track according to the historical positioning information;
and the attendance result determining module is used for comparing the historical activity track with a preset activity track and determining the attendance result of the user.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of processing attendance information as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
10. A storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, perform the method of processing attendance information as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7.
