All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The coding equipment on the production line is positioned at different stations to realize coding of products. In the traditional batch code assigning method, a worker needs to operate and replace the logistics codes of different batches of products on each code assigning device, so that batch code assigning is realized. This requires that each code assigning device is provided with a worker, or that the worker moves to different code assigning devices to realize the entry of code assigning information of multiple code assigning devices. Therefore, the method cannot uniformly manage a plurality of code assigning devices, consumes a large amount of human resources, and has low code assigning efficiency.
Therefore, the embodiments of the present application provide a batch coding method, where different coding devices and a one-key batch exchanging device have adaptive ports and protocols, and when a product needs to be coded in batches, the one-key batch exchanging device obtains a port identifier connected to a target coding device, where the target coding device is a device used for coding a target production batch. And then, determining a communication protocol matched with the port identifier, and sending a coding instruction to the target coding device according to the communication protocol, wherein the coding instruction comprises coding information of the target production batch product, so that the target coding device can code the target production batch product according to the coding information. According to the method, the code assigning equipment is uniformly managed through the one-key batch changing equipment, the one-key batch changing equipment can be automatically connected with the target code assigning equipment used by each production batch, the code assigning information is issued to the target code assigning equipment at one time, a large amount of human resources are avoided being consumed, and the code assigning efficiency is improved.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the present application, the batch code assigning method provided in the embodiment of the present application is introduced below in combination with an actual application scenario.
Referring to fig. 1, the application scenario includes a one-key appropriating device 101 and a plurality of code assigning devices 102 (e.g., code assigning device 1, code assigning device 2, … …, code assigning device N), the one-key appropriating device 101 is configured to manage the plurality of code assigning devices 102, and the plurality of code assigning devices 102 are configured to assign codes to products.
Different coding devices and one-key batch equipment have adaptive ports and communication protocols, when products need to be coded in batches, the one-key batch equipment 101 can acquire port identifiers connected with target coding devices, and the target coding devices are devices used for target production batch coding. The target code assigning device may be all or part of the plurality of code assigning devices 102.
The push to batch device 101 may then determine a communication protocol that matches the port identification to establish a communication connection with the target encoded device according to the communication protocol.
The one-key batch device 101 sends a coding instruction to a target coding device (the target coding device may be a plurality of coding devices 102) according to a communication protocol, where the coding instruction includes coding information of a target production batch product, so that the target coding device can code the target production batch product by using the coding information.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a signaling interaction diagram of a batch coding method, the method comprising:
s201, acquiring a port identifier connected with the target coding device by one-key batch changing equipment.
The one-key batch replacing device can be connected with a plurality of code endowing devices, different code endowing devices have respectively adaptive ports and communication protocols due to different brands and models of the code endowing devices, and the one-key batch replacing device is in communication connection with the one-key batch replacing device through the adaptive ports and the communication protocols. The one-key batch device can support various communication interfaces, for example, one or more combinations of an internet port, a Serial port and a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port are supported, and the code assigning device is connected to the one-key batch device through the internet port, the Serial port or the USB port.
The one-key batch replacing device can be seen from fig. 3, a wall hanging hole (as shown in 301) is designed on a shell of the one-key batch replacing device, the one-key batch replacing device can be fixed by hanging on any wall, the surface is smooth and fine, and the design of a buckling position clamping groove is complete.
In this embodiment, the target code assigning apparatus is an apparatus used for assigning codes to target production lots. A plurality of code assigning devices may be arranged on the production line, and the target code assigning device is all or part of the code assigning devices arranged on the production line.
It can be understood that the one-key batch device may store a correspondence between the device identifier of the coding device and the port identifier, and the one-key batch device may determine the port identifier connected to the target device according to the correspondence.
In some cases, when a product is coded for one production lot, all coding devices are sometimes required, and only some coding devices are sometimes required. When partial code endowing equipment is needed, the needed code endowing equipment is in a working state, the code endowing equipment which is not needed to be used can be in a disconnected state, and whether the code endowing equipment is in the working state can be embodied through the state information of the code endowing equipment. In this case, one implementation manner of the S201 for obtaining the port identifier connected to the target code assigning device may be that the one-key batch changing device obtains status information of each code assigning device on the production line, and the status information may show whether the corresponding code assigning device is in a working state. And the one-key batch replacing equipment determines target coding equipment according to the state information, and further determines a port identifier corresponding to the equipment identifier according to the corresponding relation.
For example, 10 code assigning devices are arranged on the production line, the device identifiers are the code assigning devices 1 and 2 … … 10, and if the state information of the code assigning devices 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 indicates that the code assigning devices 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are in the working state, the one-key batcher determines that the code assigning devices 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are target code assigning devices, and the port identifiers corresponding to the code assigning devices 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are acquired according to the corresponding relationship.
S202, the one-key batch replacing equipment determines a communication protocol matched with the port identification.
The one-key batch replacing device can be provided with an adaptive port and a communication protocol of each coding device, and after the port identification is determined, the one-key batch replacing device can automatically adapt to the communication protocol, namely the communication protocol matched with the port identification can be determined, so that the communication connection with the target coding device is established through the communication protocol.
S203, the one-key batch changing equipment sends a coding instruction to the target coding equipment according to the communication protocol.
Wherein, the code assigning instruction comprises code assigning information of the target production batch of products. The coding information may include production information related to a variety of products, such as a product name, a production lot, a production date, an expiration date, and the like.
And S204, the target code assigning equipment assigns codes to the products of the target production batch according to the code assigning information.
And after the target code assigning equipment receives the code assigning instruction sent by the one-key batch replacing equipment, the target code assigning equipment can assign codes to the products of the target production batch according to the code assigning information in the code assigning instruction, and spray printing is completed.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application is applied to one-key batch changing equipment, different coding equipment and the one-key batch changing equipment are provided with adaptive ports and protocols, when products need to be subjected to batch coding, the one-key batch changing equipment acquires the port identification connected with target coding equipment, and the target coding equipment is used for target production batch coding.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the assigning information of the products in the same production batch is the same, and when switching to a different production batch, the products are assigned with codes according to the assigning information corresponding to the production batch. The code assigning information of one production batch can be input into the one-key batch changing equipment every time, so that when the code assigning is required to be carried out on the products of the production batch, the code assigning information in the one-key batch changing equipment can be directly sent to the target code assigning equipment. Of course, the code assigning information of a plurality of production batches can be simultaneously recorded in the one-key batch changing equipment, and the code assigning information corresponding to the production batches can be determined to assign codes to products when the production batches are changed.
It should be noted that switching production lots can be achieved in various ways. The first way may be implemented by the one-touch batch changing device receiving the batch changing instruction, where the batch changing instruction includes the batch identifier of the next production batch, so that the one-touch batch changing device may use the next production batch as the target production batch, and repeatedly execute the step of obtaining the port identifier connected to the target coding device in S201.
The batch change instruction may be manually triggered, for example, by clicking a "switch" button of the batch changing device.
The second mode can be automatically switched by one-key batch changing equipment according to preset conditions at the beginning of production. For example, the products to be produced in each production lot are fixed, the preset number of products (i.e. the preset condition) in each production lot may be included in the production instruction when starting production. Therefore, the one-key batch changing equipment acquires the production instruction comprising the preset product quantity of each production batch, and can know the number of the products to be coded for each production batch according to the production instruction. For a certain production batch, for example, a target production batch, the one-key batch changing device may count the number of target products to which the target production batch has been assigned, and if the number of target products reaches the preset product data of the target production batch, which indicates that the assignment of the products of one production batch has been completed, the next production batch may be entered, the production batch is changed, the changed production batch is used as the target production batch, and the step of acquiring the port identifier connected to the target code assigning device in S201 is executed again.
For example, 10 production batches are stored in the one-key batch device, and the corresponding relationship between each production batch and the code assigning information is stored, and the preset number of products in each production batch is 1000, after the one-key batch device acquires the production instruction, the one-key batch device determines the code assigning information corresponding to the first production batch (target production batch) through the corresponding relationship, so that after communication with the target code assigning device is established, the code assigning instruction including the code assigning information corresponding to the first production batch is sent to the target code assigning device, so that the target code assigning device can assign codes to the products in the first production batch. The batch-changing equipment with one key can count the number of target products which are assigned with codes, if the number of the target products reaches 1000, the production batch is switched, and the steps of S201-S204 are executed again to assign codes to the products of the second production batch (the target production batch).
