Example 1
The following air conditioners in the embodiments of the present invention are all multi-split air conditioner systems, and the multi-split air conditioner system mainly refers to an air conditioner external unit connected to two or more air conditioner internal units through a pipe. Compared with a plurality of air conditioners, the air conditioner has less investment, only one air conditioner external unit is needed, the installation is convenient and attractive, and the control is flexible and convenient. The centralized management of each air conditioner indoor unit can be realized, network control is adopted, one air conditioner indoor unit can be started independently to operate, and a plurality of air conditioner indoor units can be started simultaneously, so that the control is more flexible and energy-saving. The details will be described below.
Fig. 1 is a topological diagram of a multi-split air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, in a PLC communication network, there are a plurality of air conditioner external units (air conditioner external unit 1, air conditioner external unit 2 … … air conditioner external unit N), a plurality of air conditioner internal units (air conditioner internal unit 1, air conditioner internal unit 2, air conditioner internal unit 3 … … air conditioner internal unit N), and a plurality of line controllers (line controller 1, line controller 2, and line controller N), all of which are connected to a power line, each of which has an independent MAC address, and all of which form a network of the multi-split air conditioning system independent of other PLC communication networks through a PLC communication network networking mechanism, wherein one air conditioner external unit can be used as a master control device of the PLC communication network, after a network is formed, the main control device allocates a unique label in the PLC communication network, which can be an IP address, to each air conditioner indoor unit and the wire controller, and is used for identifying each air conditioner indoor unit and each wire controller. All network devices (such as a wire controller, an air conditioner internal unit, an air conditioner external unit and the like) in the PLC communication network can receive and send data through a power line, if a certain device needs to send data to a specific target device, the device firstly sends the data out, the main control device receives the data and then forwards the data to the corresponding target device, and the target device executes corresponding actions after receiving the data of the main control device.
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method embodiment of an air conditioner device pairing method, it is noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system, such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than that presented herein.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an air conditioner device pairing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner device pairing method including the steps of:
and S202, respectively distributing labels for a line controller and an air conditioner internal unit in the power line carrier PLC communication network, wherein Near Field Communication (NFC) modules are arranged in the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit.
In step S202, to control the air conditioner internal unit through the line controller, a corresponding relationship between the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit needs to be established first. Therefore, if a corresponding relationship is to be established between the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit, a tag for identifying the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit needs to be set for the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit, and the tag is mainly used for distinguishing each line controller and each air conditioner internal unit. The tag may be assigned to the above-described line controller-controllable air conditioner indoor unit in the following manner.
For example, if the number "1" is assigned to the wired controller, then the number "11" may be assigned to the air conditioner internal unit to be controlled by the wired controller with the number "1", when the air conditioner is in operation and a user wants to control the air conditioner internal unit through the wired controller, the wired controller may automatically search for the air conditioner internal unit with the same number as the number "1" for pairing, and after pairing is successful, the air conditioner internal unit may be controlled. For another example, the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit may be assigned with IP addresses respectively assigned in the PLC communication network, and paired by addressing.
It should be noted that the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit correspond to a unique tag respectively.
Step S204, receiving a pairing message sent by the line controller, wherein the pairing message carries at least one tag I of the air conditioner internal unit and a tag II of the line controller, which are read by the NFC module of the line controller.
And step S206, generating pairing relation data of the line controller and at least one air conditioner indoor unit according to the first label and the second label.
The pairing relationship data may be in the form of a table, and the pairing relationship data may be stored after the pairing relationship data is generated. The user can check the pairing relation data through the wire controller, and then knows which air conditioner internal machines can be controlled by the wire controller.
And step S208, after the pairing relation data is generated, determining that the pairing between the line controller and at least one air conditioner indoor unit is successful.
Through the steps, NFC modules can be respectively arranged for an air conditioner internal unit, an air conditioner external unit and a wire controller of the air conditioner in the PLC communication network, and the wire controller and the air conditioner internal unit are paired through the NFC modules. Compared with the prior art that when a multi-split air conditioner system is used, because the communication lines are not connected, after wireless networking is carried out, whether an air conditioner internal unit and an air conditioner external unit in a communication network belong to the same refrigeration system or not is difficult to determine, whether the air conditioner internal unit and the air conditioner internal unit in the communication system correspond to the air conditioner internal unit and the air conditioner external unit of an actual refrigeration system one by one or not is difficult to determine, and the like, the air conditioner internal unit and the air conditioner internal unit in the communication system cannot be determined to be matched for use, the air conditioner equipment pairing method provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize the purpose of free networking of the air conditioner internal unit and the air conditioner external unit in the multi-split air conditioner system based on the PLC communication network, also realize the purpose of accurate pairing of the wire controller and the air conditioner internal unit, and achieve the technical effect of improving the accuracy of the networking of the internal and external unit network, therefore, the technical problem that networking of an air conditioner internal unit, an air conditioner external unit and a wire controller in a multi-split system is relatively disordered in the related technology is difficult to achieve is solved, and user experience is improved.
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, before allocating tags to the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit in the power line carrier PLC network, respectively, the air conditioner device pairing method may further include: and determining that the networking of the line controller, the air conditioner internal unit and the air conditioner external unit is successful.
Wherein, confirm that the networking of drive-by-wire ware, air conditioner internal unit and air conditioner outer unit is successful can include: acquiring a first MAC address of an air conditioner internal unit read by an NFC module of a line controller; collecting an MAC address II of the line controller; generating corresponding relation data of the line controller and the air conditioner indoor unit according to the MAC address I and the MAC address II; and after the corresponding relation data is generated, determining that the networking of the line controller, the air conditioner internal unit and the air conditioner external unit is successful.
For example, each device (for example, an air conditioner internal unit, an air conditioner external unit, a wire controller and the like) in a multi-split air conditioning system in a PLC communication network is provided with an NFC module, which air conditioner internal units and an air conditioner external unit can form a network system before networking are determined, after the determination, the NFC module of the wire controller is close to the NFC module of the air conditioner internal unit, the first MAC address of the air conditioner internal unit is read through the NFC module of the wire controller, and meanwhile, which air conditioner internal unit can also be named for the read air conditioner internal unit, for example, "first bedroom", "second bedroom", "living room" and the like, is conveniently identified. In addition, the MAC address one of the air conditioner internal unit needs to be recorded, and then the recorded MAC address one needs to be stored in the air conditioner external unit through the air conditioner external unit NFC module. Certainly, the MAC address two of the line controller needs to be stored in the air conditioner external unit, and the corresponding relationship data between the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit is generated according to the MAC address one and the MAC address two, so that the success in networking the line controller, the air conditioner internal unit, and the air conditioner external unit can be determined, a network system is formed by the line controller, the air conditioner internal unit, and the air conditioner external unit, and the corresponding relationship data can be checked on the line controller.
In addition, the relationship between the air conditioner internal unit or the line controller and the multi-split air conditioning system can be released by deleting the MAC address one or the MAC address two. After the data of the corresponding relationship is changed on the line controller, the changed data of the corresponding relationship needs to be written into the air conditioner external unit again.
Air conditioner equipment pairing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is combined with the accompanying drawings
As an optional embodiment of the present invention, after determining that the pairing between the line controller and the at least one air conditioner internal unit is successful, the air conditioner device pairing method may further include: and adjusting the corresponding relation data.
For example, in a home, there are a plurality of bedrooms, each bedroom is installed with an air conditioner internal unit, the old people live in the bedroom a, the young people live in the bedroom B, and the relative who live in the bedroom C belongs to the people who live temporarily, in the case that no people live in the bedroom C, the wired controller and the air conditioner internal unit in the bedroom C are in a condition that there is no relationship, in the case that the relative needs to live, the wired controller and the air conditioner internal unit in the bedroom C need to be paired, so that the wired controller can control the air conditioner internal unit in the bedroom C, and the pairing relationship between the wired controller and the air conditioner internal unit in the bedroom C can be released after the relative leaves.
Specifically, adjusting the correspondence data may include: deleting the label one of at least one air conditioner indoor unit from the corresponding relation data, and removing the pairing relation between the at least one air conditioner indoor unit and the line controller; and/or adding a new label III corresponding to the air conditioner indoor unit in the corresponding relation data, and adding the air conditioner indoor unit matched with the wire controller.
The pairing between the air conditioner internal unit and the line controller based on the NFC communication method will be described in detail below.
Because air conditioner internal unit and drive-by-wire ware all receive in the same PLC communication network, so if certain drive-by-wire ware sends data out, master control equipment CCO does not know which air conditioner internal unit will be forwarded to, so will pair corresponding air conditioner internal unit and drive-by-wire ware earlier, wherein, explain the following mode of pairing based on the NFC module:
after the air conditioner internal unit, the air conditioner external unit and the line controller are successfully networked, the master control device allocates a label to each air conditioner internal unit and each line controller, wherein the label can be a unique IP address in the PLC communication network, the NFC module of each line controller is close to the NFC module of the air conditioner internal unit, the IP address of each air conditioner internal unit is read, the line controller sends the paired IP addresses of the air conditioner internal units to the master control device, and after the master control device receives pairing information of the line controllers, pairing relation data of the line controllers and the corresponding air conditioner internal units are formed according to the sent IP addresses of the line controllers and the paired IP addresses of the air conditioner internal units, and the pairing relation data can be in a list form. After each wire controller is paired, the main control device stores the pairing relationship data of the air conditioner indoor unit corresponding to each wire controller root, and after the pairing relationship data is established, an IP address list of the paired air conditioner indoor units can be checked on the wire controllers, and the pairing relationship with the air conditioner indoor unit can be deleted by deleting the IP address of the air conditioner indoor unit in the list, or a new air conditioner indoor unit IP address is added to establish the pairing relationship with a new air conditioner indoor unit. After the pairing relationship list is established, the main control device CCO informs that the corresponding line controller and the air conditioner indoor unit are successfully paired, and the control of the line controller on the air conditioner indoor unit can be realized.
It should be noted that the generation and the update of the MAC address and the IP address data of the network device (for example, the air conditioner internal unit, the air conditioner external unit, and the line controller) in the multi-split air conditioning system are completed through the communication mode of the NFC module, and may be replaced by other wireless communication modes, such as an infrared sensor, bluetooth, and the like.
Example 2
The embodiment of the invention also provides an air conditioner equipment pairing device, and it should be noted that the air conditioner equipment pairing device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for executing the air conditioner equipment pairing method provided by the embodiment of the invention. The following describes an air conditioner device pairing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The air conditioner device pairing apparatus will be described in detail below.
And the distribution unit 31 is used for distributing labels for the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit in the power line carrier PLC communication network respectively, wherein the line controller and the air conditioner internal unit are both internally provided with a Near Field Communication (NFC) module.
And a receiving unit 33, connected to the allocating unit 31, configured to receive a pairing message sent by the line controller, where the pairing message carries at least one tag i of the air conditioner internal unit and a tag ii of the line controller itself, which are read by the NFC module of the line controller.
