Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a defrosting control method according to the present invention, in this embodiment, the method includes:
step S10, after the defrosting mode is started, acquiring the exhaust temperature of the compressor, and comparing the exhaust temperature with a preset exhaust temperature;
step S20, adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve according to the exhaust temperature comparison result;
at present, most of the main types of air conditioners have a heat exchange function with a cooling and heating mode, and users generally adjust the air conditioner to the heating mode to utilize the air conditioner to increase the temperature of an indoor environment in low-temperature areas or under the weather conditions with heavy wind and snow. In the operation and heating process of the air conditioner, the outdoor heat exchanger of the outdoor unit plays a role of an evaporator absorbing heat from the outdoor environment, and is influenced by the temperature and the humidity of the outdoor environment, more frost is easily condensed on the outdoor heat exchanger, and the heating capacity of the air conditioner is lower and lower after the frost is formed to a certain thickness, so that in order to ensure the heating effect and avoid excessive frost condensation, the outdoor heat exchanger needs to be defrosted, namely the air conditioner starts a defrosting mode and carries out reverse refrigeration and defrosting, a four-way valve is arranged on a refrigeration system, when a control system detects that the defrosting condition is met, the four-way valve is switched to switch from a heating state to a cooling state, the outdoor heat exchanger is in heat dissipation, and the heat exchanger is defrosted by using hot gas. Furthermore, the operation parameters of the electronic expansion valve are adjusted to control the circulation amount of the refrigerant, so that the outdoor heat exchanger is defrosted. In the prior art, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is usually fixed during defrosting, but if the opening is set to be too small, the defrosting time is too long or the phenomenon of incomplete defrosting can occur; however, if the opening is set to be too large, a liquid return phenomenon may occur.
In the embodiment, the circulation amount of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system is controlled by adjusting the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve, and after the air conditioner starts the defrosting mode, the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant in the compressor flows into the outdoor heat exchanger to release heat so as to defrost the outdoor heat exchanger. Firstly, obtaining the exhaust temperature of a compressor, comparing the exhaust temperature of the compressor with a preset exhaust temperature, and when the exhaust temperature of the compressor is too low, indicating that the refrigerant circulation quantity in a refrigeration system is large, the compressor has the possibility of liquid-carrying operation and the risk of liquid compression, so that the exhaust temperature of the compressor cannot reach a normal value, and the refrigerant discharged by the compressor has a low temperature and cannot effectively defrost an outdoor heat exchanger, therefore, the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve is properly reduced, the refrigerant circulation quantity in the refrigeration system is reduced, and the refrigerant discharge quantity of the compressor is further reduced; when the exhaust temperature of the compressor is too high, a large amount of high-temperature refrigerants exist in the compressor, and the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve can be properly increased, so that the refrigerant circulation volume of the refrigerating system can be increased, the refrigerant volume of the compressor flowing into the outdoor heat exchanger is further increased, and defrosting is accelerated. The over-high exhaust temperature of the compressor can cause the overheating of the compressor and has serious influence on the work of the compressor, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted at the moment, so that low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant can flow into the compressor to reduce the temperature of the compressor, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the compressor. The working state of the compressor is further known through the exhaust temperature, and the circulation quantity of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system is controlled by adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve, so that the refrigerant discharge quantity of the compressor is adjusted to ensure the normal defrosting.
And step S30, comparing the exhaust pressure of the compressor with a preset exhaust pressure after a preset time, and adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve according to the exhaust pressure comparison result.
In the embodiment, the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the exhaust temperature of the compressor, defrosting is performed according to the adjusted flow opening, the exhaust pressure of the compressor is obtained after a preset time, the exhaust pressure is compared with the preset exhaust pressure, when the exhaust pressure of the compressor is too low, the pressure of the refrigeration system is low, the compressor is likely to run with liquid, and the risk of liquid compression exists, at the moment, the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve can be reduced, so that the refrigerant circulation quantity in the refrigeration system is adjusted, and the refrigerant quantity flowing into the outdoor heat exchanger by the compressor is further adjusted; when the exhaust pressure of the compressor is too high, the pressure of the refrigeration system is relatively high, a large amount of high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerants exist in the compressor, and the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve can be increased, so that the refrigerant circulation quantity in the refrigeration system is adjusted, and the refrigerant quantity flowing into the outdoor heat exchanger by the compressor is further adjusted. In this embodiment, after the air conditioner is started in the initial mode, the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve is dynamically adjusted according to the exhaust temperature of the compressor and the exhaust pressure of the compressor, so that the refrigerant circulation volume in the refrigeration system is adjusted, and the defrosting time is shortened.
Further, a second embodiment of the defrosting control method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the defrosting control method of the present invention, and in this embodiment, the step S20 includes:
and step S21, when the exhaust temperature is lower than the preset exhaust temperature, adjusting the electronic expansion valve to a first preset opening degree.
In this embodiment, after the defrosting mode is started, the exhaust temperature of the compressor is obtained, when the exhaust temperature of the compressor is lower than the preset exhaust temperature, it is described that the refrigerant flow rate of the refrigeration cycle system is too large, the temperature of the refrigerant discharged by the compressor cannot be effectively defrosted, the compressor has the possibility of liquid-carrying operation, there is a risk of liquid compression, the refrigerant circulation amount in the refrigeration system needs to be adjusted, and the current flow opening degree of the electronic expansion valve at this time needs to be adjusted to a first preset opening degree, where the first preset opening degree is a half-open opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, actually, the refrigerant circulation amount in the whole refrigeration system is reduced, and the refrigerant amount flowing into the outdoor heat exchanger by the compressor is also reduced, and if the flow opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is not adjusted, defrosting is continued to be performed at the current flow opening degree, so as to affect defrosting, the current flow opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced first, and then the exhaust pressure of the compressor is obtained, and the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve is increased after the compressor discharges high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerants, so that the defrosting time is shortened.
Further, step S30 includes:
step S31, when the exhaust pressure is larger than or equal to a preset exhaust pressure, adjusting the electronic expansion valve to a second preset opening degree, wherein the second preset opening degree is larger than the first preset opening degree;
in this embodiment, when the discharge temperature of the compressor is less than the preset discharge temperature, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to a first preset opening, after a preset time, the discharge pressure of the compressor is obtained, the discharge pressure of the compressor is compared with the preset discharge pressure, when the discharge pressure of the compressor is greater than or equal to the preset discharge pressure, it is indicated that the pressure in the refrigeration system is relatively high, it is indicated that a large amount of high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerants exist in the compressor, the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve can be adjusted from the current first preset opening to a second preset opening, where the second preset opening is greater than the first preset opening, the second preset opening is a full opening of the electronic expansion valve, the electronic expansion valve defrosts at the full opening, and the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to a maximum opening, so that the refrigerant circulation amount of the whole refrigeration system can be accelerated, and the high-temperature refrigerant in the compressor can be discharged at a high pressure, The high-pressure refrigerant flows into the outdoor heat exchanger at the maximum flow velocity to achieve the purpose of rapid defrosting, thereby effectively shortening the defrosting time.
And step S32, when the exhaust pressure is smaller than the preset exhaust pressure, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is not adjusted.
In this embodiment, when the exhaust pressure is less than the preset exhaust pressure, it is described that the pressure in the refrigeration system is relatively low, a refrigerant in the compressor does not reach a normal pressure value, there may be a possibility that the compressor may operate with liquid, and there is a risk of liquid compression, at this time, the electronic expansion valve still performs defrosting at the first preset opening, the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve is not adjusted, if it is detected that the exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to the preset exhaust pressure, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted, the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve is dynamically adjusted by the exhaust parameter of the compressor, and compared with defrosting at a fixed opening, the defrosting time can be effectively shortened.
Further, a third embodiment of the defrosting control method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the defrosting control method of the present invention, and in this embodiment, the step S20 further includes:
and step S22, when the exhaust temperature is greater than or equal to the preset exhaust temperature, adjusting the electronic expansion valve to a third preset opening degree.
In this embodiment, after the defrosting mode is started, the discharge temperature of the compressor is obtained, when the discharge temperature of the compressor is greater than or equal to the preset discharge temperature, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant is converted into the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant under the driving of the compressor, so as to effectively defrost, and at this time, the refrigeration cycle amount is low, so as to increase the refrigerant flow of the refrigeration cycle system, and adjust the opening of the electronic expansion valve to a third preset opening, wherein the third preset opening can be set such that the electronic expansion valve is fully opened, the electronic expansion valve performs defrosting with the full opening, the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to a maximum opening, the electronic expansion valve performs defrosting with the full opening, the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to the maximum opening, so as to accelerate the refrigerant circulation amount of the whole refrigeration system, and allow the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant in the compressor to flow into the outdoor heat exchanger at a maximum flow rate, so as to achieve the purpose of quick defrosting and effectively shorten the defrosting time.
Further, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S33, when the exhaust pressure is smaller than a preset exhaust pressure, adjusting the electronic expansion valve to a fourth preset opening degree, wherein the fourth preset opening degree is smaller than the preset third opening degree;
in this embodiment, when the discharge temperature of the compressor is greater than or equal to the preset discharge temperature, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted to a third preset opening, after a preset time, the discharge pressure of the compressor is obtained, the discharge pressure of the compressor is compared with the preset discharge pressure, when the discharge pressure of the compressor is less than the preset discharge pressure, it is indicated that the pressure in the refrigeration system is relatively low, the compressor may operate with liquid, the refrigerant in the compressor does not reach a normal pressure value, the compressor may operate with liquid, and there is a risk of liquid compression, at this time, the opening of the electronic expansion valve may be properly reduced, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted from the third preset opening to a fourth preset opening, wherein the fourth preset opening of the electronic expansion valve may be set to half-open, and the electronic expansion valve performs defrosting with half-open, if the exhaust pressure is detected to be greater than or equal to the preset exhaust pressure, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted, and the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve is dynamically adjusted according to the exhaust parameters of the compressor by detecting the exhaust parameters of the compressor, so that defrosting can be more effectively performed.
And step S34, when the exhaust pressure is greater than or equal to the preset exhaust pressure, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is not adjusted.
In this embodiment, when the discharge pressure of the compressor is greater than or equal to the preset discharge pressure, the opening of the electronic expansion valve is a third preset opening, that is, fully opened, the circulation volume of the entire refrigeration system has been adjusted to the maximum, and the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant in the compressor flows into the outdoor heat exchanger at the maximum flow rate, and at this time, the flow opening of the electronic expansion valve does not need to be adjusted, so that the defrosting can be completed quickly, and at this time, the defrosting effect is good. The flow opening of the electronic expansion valve is dynamically adjusted through the exhaust parameters of the compressor, and compared with defrosting with a fixed opening, the defrosting time can be effectively shortened.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the defrosting control method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the defrosting control method of the present invention, and in this embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S40, obtaining the current defrosting time, and determining whether the current defrosting time reaches the preset defrosting time; if yes, go to step S50; if not, the process returns to step S30.
In step S50, the defrost mode is exited.
In the embodiment, the current defrosting time is obtained, whether the current defrosting time reaches the preset defrosting time is judged, and if the current defrosting time reaches the preset defrosting time, the defrosting mode is exited; if the current defrosting time does not reach the preset defrosting time, the exhaust pressure of the compressor is obtained again, the exhaust pressure of the compressor is compared with the preset exhaust pressure, the flow opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the comparison result, the flow opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is dynamically adjusted according to the exhaust parameters of the compressor, defrosting can be effectively carried out, the flow opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is dynamically adjusted according to the exhaust parameters of the compressor, and compared with defrosting with fixed opening degree, the defrosting time can be effectively shortened.
