When in use, one end of a steam hose is fixed on an air outlet pipe 7, the other end of the steam hose is placed in a region needing humidification, two electrodes in the inner cavity of a humidification barrel 2 are electrified, water is injected into the inner cavity of a water inlet box 3 through a water injection pipe, the water surface of the inner cavity of the humidification barrel 2 is controlled to reach a specified position, the electrodes form a current loop through the water, the water is heated to boil to generate clean steam, the steam enters a steam guide pipe 6 through an exhaust pipe 8, the steam is separated out of condensed water due to the reduction of the temperature in the steam guide pipe 6, the condensed water flows along with the steam in a spiral manner in the steam guide pipe 6, the condensed water is captured by the inner wall of the steam guide pipe 6 and enters the humidification barrel 2 through a through hole, the steam flowing to the air outlet pipe 7 is still clean, the temperature of the inner cavity of the steam guide pipe 6 is close to the temperature of the inner cavity, and then the steam is sprayed out through a spray head on the steam hose.
