本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体为一种便于实验室空气杀菌的空气净化设备。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断发展,人们对于环境的保护的意识也越来越重视,拿实验室空气净化来说,实验室的空气存在各种细菌病毒,这样的空气容易污染环境,不能轻易的排出,空气净化设备,便于净化空气,方便使用,但是该空气净化设备也存在很多的问题,影响人们的使用,例如,空气中的灰尘较多,容易堵塞该设备,同时也不方便快速均匀的净化空气,对于空气不能充分净化,以及排出的空气较干燥,不清新,为了解决市面上的空气净化设备所存在的缺点与不足,目前急需改善空气净化设备的技术,使之更加便捷的供人们使用,提高空气净化设备使用效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种便于实验室空气杀菌的空气净化设备,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于实验室空气杀菌的空气净化设备,包括底座和壳体,所述壳体固定于所述底座顶部,所述壳体的一侧下端连接有进风口,所述进风口内设有若干个引风机,所述壳体的内侧设有除菌箱,所述除菌箱的底部连接有进风管,所述进风管内设有滤尘网,所述进风管的末端内侧底部设有鼓风机,所述进风管顶部连接有净化箱,所述净化箱的内侧从下至上依次安装有金属过滤层、冷触媒过滤层和活性炭过滤层,所述除菌箱的内侧底部设有与所述净化箱相连通的除菌腔室,所述除菌腔室的一侧内壁固定有臭氧喷管,所述臭氧喷管的表面连接有若干个等距离分布的臭氧喷头,所述壳体的内侧底部设有臭氧发生器,所述臭氧发生器的输出端连接有臭氧输送管,所述臭氧输送管的端部贯穿所述除菌箱一侧壁与所述臭氧喷管相连通,所述除菌腔室的顶部连接有除菌净化管,所述除菌箱的两侧内壁均等距离固定有若干个紫外线杀菌灯,所述除菌净化管的顶部延伸至所述除菌箱顶部外壁连接有排气罩,所述排气罩的顶部一侧连接有排气管。

本发明通过设置底座、壳体和除菌箱,首先通过进风口和引风机将外界空气吸入进风管内,并通过风栅和滤尘网对空气进行初步过滤,然后由鼓风机将空气鼓入净化箱内,并依次经过金属过滤层、冷触媒过滤层和活性炭过滤层,从而完成再次过滤并使过滤掉空气绝大部分的粉尘、颗粒物以及化学物质,过滤后的空气接着进入除菌腔室内侧,此时,启动臭氧发生器和加湿器,通过臭氧输送管、臭氧喷管以及臭氧喷头将臭氧输送至除菌腔室内侧,进行初次的消毒杀菌处理,同时加湿器通过加湿管和雾化喷头将湿气通入除菌腔室内与臭氧混合,使其空气中的水分子附着于颗粒表面并结合在一起,然后空气进入除菌净化管内侧,打开紫外线消毒灯,湿润的空气在除菌净化管中流动时,由于路径弯曲较长,方便紫外线消毒灯对空气进行充分的杀菌处理,也便于过滤棉充分吸收掉空气中的颗粒,最后净化后的空气从排气罩和排气管内排出,从而能够达到对实验室内的空气净化目的,并且能够实现自动净化的功能,增加了便捷性以及卫生性,由于净化箱的一侧嵌装有拆卸腔体,净化箱的两侧内壁均固定若干个与金属过滤层、冷触媒过滤层和活性炭过滤层相适配的限位片,拆卸腔体靠近箱门的一侧固定连接有把手,便于安装和拆卸,从而延长设备的实用寿命。

5.根据权利要求1所述一种便于实验室空气杀菌的空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)远离所述进风口(3)的一侧外壁下端铰接有箱门(25),所述净化箱(9)的一侧嵌装有拆卸腔体(26),所述净化箱(9)的两侧内壁均固定若干个与所述金属过滤层(10)、冷触媒过滤层(11)和活性炭过滤层(12)相适配的限位片(27),所述拆卸腔体(25)靠近所述箱门(25)的一侧固定连接有把手(28)。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种便于实验室空气杀菌的空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)的一侧内壁固定有加湿器(29),所述加湿器(29)的输出端连接有加湿管(30),所述加湿管(30)贯穿所述除菌腔室(13)另一侧壁连接有雾化喷头(31)。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种便于实验室空气杀菌的空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(2)的外表面涂有水性阻尼减振吸音涂层。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种便于实验室空气杀菌的空气净化设备,其特征在于:所述臭氧发生器(16)和所述紫外线杀菌灯(19)均通过导线连接电源开关,所述电源开关通过导线与外接电源电性连接。
