本发明涉及蝶阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种可调节轴孔密封填料结构。
背景技术
阀体轴孔是密封的重要部位,如果密封不好的话,则会发生严重的漏液现象,现有技术中的阀门上轴孔主要采用填料函的结构,这种填料结构长时间使用情况下会发生磨损,由于填料不能够调节,所以磨损越大,泄露就越明显。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种可调节轴孔密封填料结构,防止外漏。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种可调节轴孔密封填料结构,其特征在于:包括压板、压套、密封填料以及压紧螺栓;所述密封填料安装在阀轴与阀体之间的轴孔内,所述压套套在所述阀轴上并压在所述密封填料的上部,所述压板设置在所述压套上,所述压紧螺栓穿过所述压板外侧并与所述阀体的顶部螺纹连接。
优选地,所述压紧螺栓的顶部设有螺母,所述螺母与所述压板之间设有弹簧,弹簧套在所述压紧螺栓上。
优选地,所述压板与所述压套之间的接触面为倾斜面。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置通过压套压紧密封填料,通过压紧螺栓带动压板向下压紧压套,从而能够调节密封填料的紧实程度,当密封填料磨损后,通过调节压紧螺栓调节密封填料的,通过弹簧,可以使密封填料始终都有一个向下的力,从而提高密封填料的密封性能。

下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1所示,一种可调节轴孔密封填料结构,包括压板1、压套2、密封填料3以及压紧螺栓4;所述密封填料安装在阀轴5与阀体6之间的轴孔内,所述压套套在所述阀轴上并压在所述密封填料的上部,所述压板设置在所述压套上,所述压紧螺栓穿过所述压板外侧并与所述阀体的顶部螺纹连接。所述压紧螺栓的顶部设有螺母,所述螺母与所述压板之间设有弹簧7,弹簧套在所述压紧螺栓上。弹簧始终给压板一个向下的力,始终保持压套向下压紧密封填料,从而提高密封填料的密封性。在本发明中,所述压板与所述压套之间的接触面为倾斜面。
本装置通过压套压紧密封填料,通过压紧螺栓带动压板向下压紧压套,从而能够调节密封填料的紧实程度,当密封填料磨损后,通过调节压紧螺栓调节密封填料的,通过弹簧,可以使密封填料始终都有一个向下的力,从而提高密封填料的密封性能。
