A noise reduction and vibration reduction device for a diesel generating set is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, a vibration reduction device, a noise reduction device and a diesel generating set, wherein the vibration reduction device is arranged above the bottom plate, the diesel generating set is arranged above the vibration reduction device, the noise reduction device is arranged above the bottom plate, the vibration reduction device and the diesel generating set are positioned in the noise reduction device, the noise reduction device comprises a first box body, a second box body, a sound absorption material and a noise elimination plate, the first box body and the second box body are respectively arranged at two sides of the diesel generating set, the bottoms of the first box body and the second box body are arranged on the bottom plate, the inner sides of the first box body and the second box body are respectively provided with the noise elimination plate, the inner sides of the noise elimination plate are provided with the sound absorption material, the noise reduction device is provided with a sliding device, the sliding device, the connecting rod sets up respectively in first box, second box both sides, the slider sets up in the tip of connecting rod, bottom plate top both sides are equipped with the recess, the guide arm sets up in the recess, slider slidable mounting is on the guide arm, electric telescopic handle sets up respectively in first box, second box one end and electric telescopic handle's expansion end and first box, second box end connection.
