The transmission mechanism is arranged in the following form: the air door structure is characterized in that a transmission gear A is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the motor and meshed with a transmission gear B, the transmission gear B is arranged on a transmission shaft in a penetrating mode, two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively connected with a speed reducer through a coupler, the speed reducers at two ends are opposite to each other, namely the speed reducer of the air door at one side is a forward speed reducer, and the speed reducer at the other side is a reverse speed reducer.
The speed reducer transmits power to the driving gears, the driving gears are four in number, and the four driving gears correspond to the single air door respectively. The meshing of drive gear is equipped with the arc rack, the arc rack has the curved shape rack form of tooth for the one side, and it has tooth one side and drive gear meshing, every arc rack and single drive gear meshing, and every arc rack one end is articulated with corresponding air door inner face.
And each arc-shaped rack is individually tensioned by a tensioning device so as to ensure the motion track of the arc-shaped rack.
Furthermore, the power mechanism adopts a double-power mode and is provided with standby power.
Further, the standby power setting mode is as follows: the standby power can adopt a pneumatic motor, a transmission gear C is arranged on an output shaft of the pneumatic motor, a transmission gear D is arranged on the transmission shaft corresponding to the transmission gear C, and the transmission gear C is meshed with the transmission gear D. When the motor is damaged, the pneumatic motor can be started to output power.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the single-door single-gear centralized control split type air door of the present invention includes a power mechanism, a transmission mechanism and an air door main body.
The power mechanism can adopt a motor 13, and the motor 13 drives a transmission mechanism to control the air door 1 to be opened and closed simultaneously. The air door main body is a split type inward closing air door in the prior art.
The transmission mechanism is arranged in the following form: the output shaft of the motor 13 is fixedly provided with a transmission gear A7, the transmission gear A7 is meshed with a transmission gear B11, the transmission gear B11 penetrates through the transmission shaft 10, two ends of the transmission shaft 10 are respectively connected with the speed reducers 9 through couplers, the speed reducers 9 at two ends are opposite, namely the speed reducer 9 of the air door 1 at one side is a forward speed reducer 9, and the speed reducer 9 at the other side is a reverse speed reducer 9.
The speed reducer 9 transmits power to the driving gears 4, the number of the driving gears 4 is four, and the four driving gears 4 are respectively arranged corresponding to the single air door 1. The meshing of drive gear 4 is equipped with arc rack 3, arc rack 3 is the curved shape rack form that the tooth has in the one side, and it has tooth one side and drive gear 4 meshing, and every arc rack 3 meshes with single drive gear 4, and 3 one end of every arc rack is articulated with 1 inner face of corresponding air door.
Each arc-shaped rack 3 is individually tensioned by the tensioning device 2 to ensure the movement track thereof.
