The travelling mechanism 2 is a tire-type travelling mechanism (namely, contains tires) and is arranged at the lower end of the portal frame component 1 and used for driving the whole waterproof board trolley to travel. The steering wheel is linearly moved by the steering cylinder 2.6 to drive the slewing bearing 2.7 to rotate at a certain angle, so that the steering of the tire is realized.
The rotary power mechanism 3 comprises a rotary power member and a chain wheel and chain transmission member, wherein the chain wheel and chain transmission member comprises two groups of transmission single members 3.2 (here, chain wheel and chain transmission single members) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the telescopic arms 4.2; the rotary power member comprises a group of motor transmission single pieces 3.1, wherein the motor transmission single pieces 3.1 are arranged on the portal frame assembly 1 and used for providing traction force for the transmission single pieces 3.2, and the details are shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, and specifically are as follows:
The motor transmission single piece 3.1 comprises a motor 3.11, a transmission rod 3.12, a cross-shaped package type universal shaft coupler 3.13 and a reduction gearbox 3.14, the transmission single piece 3.2 comprises a driving chain wheel 3.21, a transmission chain 3.22 and a driven wheel 3.25, the driving chain wheel 3.21 is arranged on a beam of the portal frame assembly 1, the transmission chain 3.22 is sleeved on the driving chain wheel 3.21 and the driven wheel 3.25 at the same time, the transmission chain 3.22 is driven to reciprocate through the driving chain wheel 3.21, a guide wheel 3.23 and a transition wheel 3.24 are arranged between the driving chain wheel 3.21 and the driven wheel 3.25, the number of the guide wheel 3.23 and the transition wheel 3.24 is selected according to actual requirements, and a common corner position is provided with the driven wheel or the transition wheel. The arch frame is also provided with a limit baffle 3.26 for limiting; the motor 3.11 is arranged on a middle longitudinal beam of the portal frame assembly 1, an output shaft of the motor 3.11 is connected with driving sprockets 3.21 in two groups of single transmission parts 3.2 through transmission rods 3.12 respectively, or the output shaft of the motor 3.11 is connected with the driving sprockets 3.21 correspondingly arranged through the transmission rods 3.12, and one end, connected with the driving sprockets 3.21, of the transmission rods 3.12 is sequentially provided with a cross-shaped wrapped universal shaft coupler 3.13 and a reduction gearbox 3.14.
Preferably, a portal beam of the portal frame assembly 1 is provided with a connecting rod 3.27, grooves for accommodating the transmission chain 3.22 are formed in the connecting rod 3.27 and the arch 4.1, a cover plate capable of opening and sealing the grooves is arranged at the opening of the grooves, and the cover plate and the grooves form a closed structure for accommodating the transmission chain; and a visual area is arranged on the cover plate.

The arm support mechanism 4 comprises an arch frame group, a telescopic arm group and a waterproof board installation compacting assembly, and specifically comprises:
The arch frame group comprises two groups of arch frames 4.1 which are arranged in parallel, the arch frames 4.1 comprise at least two arch frame sections 4.11 (the section 4 is shown in the embodiment) which are arranged in series, the adjacent two arch frame sections 4.11 are connected in an adjustable mode, and preferably, the arch frame sections 4.11 are of standard length and radian; two adjacent sections of arch frame sections 4.11 are hinged by adopting a pin shaft, and spigot structures are arranged at the connection transition positions of the two adjacent sections of arch frame sections 4.11, so that the height, radian and width of the whole arch frame can be adjusted according to the section of a tunnel. The two groups of arches 4.1 are provided with walking tracks 4.5. The two groups of arches 4.1 are arranged on the portal frame component 1 through mounting frames; the mounting frame is of a shaft sleeve type structure, and the distance between the two groups of arches 4.1 is convenient to adjust. The connection of two adjacent arch segments 4.11 is provided with an auxiliary connection plate for fixing and reinforcing the connection of two adjacent arch segments 4.11. The two ends of the portal beam 1.11 and the upper end of the vertical supporting beam 1.14 are respectively provided with a plurality of groups of mounting hole sites along the length and width directions of the waterproof board trolley, so that the arch centering is convenient to mount and adjust.
The telescopic boom group comprises two groups of telescopic booms 4.2 which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the arches 4.1, the telescopic booms 4.2 are of a boom structure with adjustable length, and the telescopic booms 4.2 can be arranged on the walking track 4.5 in a reciprocating mode through the rotary power mechanism 3. Preferably, the telescopic arm 4.2 comprises a fixed section 4.21 and a telescopic section 4.22 which are arranged in series, as shown in fig. 6, a base 4.23 is arranged at a first end of the fixed section 4.21, travelling wheels 4.24 matched with the travelling rails 4.5 are arranged on the base 4.23, and the base 4.23 is arranged on the travelling rails 4.5 in a reciprocating manner through a transmission single piece 3.2; the second end of the fixed section 4.21 is connected with the first end of the telescopic section 4.22, and the distance D from the second end of the telescopic section 4.22 to the second end of the fixed section 4.21 is adjustable. Preferably, the fixed section and the telescopic section are connected in an adjustable way by adopting a telescopic oil cylinder or a telescopic air cylinder. The fixed section and the telescopic section can be single-section or multi-section, and the connection between the adjacent fixed section and the adjacent telescopic section can be selected according to actual requirements.
The waterproof board installation compacting assembly comprises a connecting beam 4.3, a waterproof board supporting piece 4.4 for clamping a waterproof board and a waterproof board compacting piece for compacting the waterproof board, wherein two ends of the connecting beam 4.3 are connected with two groups of telescopic arms 4.2, and the waterproof board supporting piece and the waterproof board compacting piece are all arranged on the connecting beam 4.3. The ventilation pipe is wrapped by the U-shaped tubular supporting structure and the liner pipe, so that the ventilation pipe is prevented from being damaged in the travelling process of the waterproof board trolley.
The waterproof board trolley applying the embodiment specifically comprises: the travelling mechanism drives the whole portal frame assembly to travel to a certain position; assembling parts such as a rotary power mechanism, a cantilever crane mechanism and the like; mounting the waterproof board reel to the reel mounting rod; one end of the waterproof board is fixed, and the two groups of telescopic arms are synchronously driven by the motor to walk along a walking track on the arch frame, so that the waterproof board is paved. The waterproof board is lifted to a proper position by adopting the lifting mechanism, so that the waterproof board is convenient to install.
The waterproof board trolley of the embodiment has the following effects: the standardization degree of the waterproof board trolley is improved, the arch-shaped size of the profiling steel paved by the waterproof board is adjustable, and the waterproof board trolley is applicable to construction of the same type and different section sizes; the unique design of the waterproof board supporting piece can adapt to the installation of waterproof boards with different specifications; the design that a plurality of waterproof plates are independent to each other is adopted, when the waterproof plates pass through an uneven primary support base surface, the waterproof plates at corresponding positions can be pressed by the waterproof plate pressing single piece, so that the waterproof plates in various areas with uneven heights can be closely adhered to the base surface, and the installation quality of the waterproof plates is improved; the rotary system is more stable and reliable; the tire type walking mechanism realizes quick walking and steering, and the walking mechanism is flexible; the ladder platform is more humanized in design; the telescopic sliding platform can meet construction requirements of different sections, so that operators are safer; the lifting mechanism reduces the labor investment, shortens the construction period and improves the installation efficiency of the waterproof board.
