Background
The rotary table driving device is an important matched device of a drilling machine and is used for driving a drilling tool in a well to rotate and providing necessary torque and rotating speed; when the casing is put or the drilling is started, the weight of all casing strings or drill strings in the well is borne; when drilling accidents are handled, auxiliary operations such as back-off, screwing-in and the like are carried out.
At present, with the development of drilling equipment and drilling technology such as top drive and the like, the working conditions of drilling by using a turntable driving device are reduced, the use working conditions of the turntable driving device are greatly changed, and the adoption of a hydraulic motor to replace a motor as output power has become one of the choices of the turntable driving device.
However, in the structural form of the turntable hydraulic driving device, the hydraulic motor is arranged on the turntable input shaft, so that the structure that the motor directly drives the turntable is realized, and the hydraulic motor is required to have better low-speed and high-torque performance, and has strict requirements on the performance of the motor and high cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a modular quick-connection turntable hydraulic driving device, which solves the problem that the requirement on the large torque performance of a hydraulic motor is high in the prior art.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the modular quick-connection rotary table hydraulic driving device comprises a brake, a hydraulic motor, a connecting flange and a reduction gearbox which are sequentially connected, wherein an output shaft of the reduction gearbox is of a hollow shaft structure, the output shaft of the reduction gearbox is connected with an input shaft of a rotary table, a shaft end pressing plate is fixedly connected between a shell of the reduction gearbox and a shell of the rotary table, and the hydraulic motor is electrically connected with a control system.

The output shaft of the reduction box is connected with the input shaft of the turntable through a spline.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the turntable hydraulic driving device reduces the harsh requirements on the low-speed and large-torque performance of the motor, can meet the use requirements by adopting the medium-speed motor, and can greatly reduce the cost of the turntable hydraulic driving device;
2) the turntable driving device adopts a modular design, and is convenient for the disassembly, the installation, the maintenance and the like of equipment;
3) the turntable driving device adopts the structure that the output shaft of the reduction gearbox is a hollow shaft, and the input shaft of the turntable is arranged in the output shaft of the reduction gearbox, so that the overall dimension of the turntable hydraulic driving device can be effectively reduced, and the turntable hydraulic driving device is convenient for quick connection.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The invention discloses a modular quick-connection turntable hydraulic driving device, which comprises a brake 1, a hydraulic motor 2, a connecting flange 3 and a reduction gearbox 4 which are sequentially connected as shown in figure 1, wherein an output shaft of the reduction gearbox 4 is of a hollow shaft structure, an output shaft of the reduction gearbox 4 is connected with an input shaft of a turntable 5, a shaft end pressing plate 7 is fixedly connected between the reduction gearbox 4 and a shell of the turntable 5 through a bolt 6, and power transmission between the turntable 5 and the reduction gearbox 4 is realized.
The brake 1 and the hydraulic motor 2 are in integrated design, and when the brake 1 and the hydraulic motor 2 are mounted and dismounted, the brake 1 and the hydraulic motor 2 are mounted and dismounted simultaneously; the brake 1 and the hydraulic motor 2 are arranged at one end, the other end of the connecting flange 3 is connected with the reduction gearbox 4, namely the brake 1 and the hydraulic motor 2 are connected at the connecting flange 3, and the dead weight of the brake 1 and the hydraulic motor 2 and the reaction torque during working are born by the reduction gearbox 4;
as shown in fig. 2, one end of a torsion arm 9 is connected to the shell of the reduction gearbox 4, the other end of the torsion arm 9 is connected to the shell of the turntable 5, the bearing reaction force of the reduction gearbox 4 in the process of power transmission can be transmitted to the turntable 5, finally the turntable 5 bears the bearing reaction force of the brake 1, the hydraulic motor 2, the reduction gearbox 4 and the like, the turntable hydraulic driving device is integrated, and the turntable 5 can be fixed in the using process.
The output shaft of the hydraulic motor 2 is connected with the input shaft of the reduction box 4 through a spline to transmit power; an output shaft of the reduction box 4 is connected with an input shaft of the turntable 5 through a spline to transmit power.
The hydraulic motor 2 is electrically connected with a control system 8, and the control system 8 is the prior art and can realize the control of the hydraulic motor.
The invention relates to a modular quick-connection turntable hydraulic driving device, which has the following working principle: the hydraulic motor 2 provides power for the whole device, when the rotary table 5 needs to act, the control system 8 sends an instruction to command the hydraulic motor 2 to act according to a certain rotating speed and torque, the power is transmitted to the reduction gearbox 4 through a connecting spline between an output shaft of the hydraulic motor 2 and an input shaft of the reduction gearbox 4, after the reduction gearbox 4 reduces the speed and increases the torque, the power is transmitted to the rotary table 5 through a spline between an output shaft of the reduction gearbox 4 and an input shaft of the rotary table 5, finally, the rotary table 5 acts according to the required rotating speed and torque, the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the rotary table 5 are consistent with the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the hydraulic motor 2, and when the hydraulic motor 2 rotates forwards, the rotary table 5 rotates forwards; when the hydraulic motor 2 is reversed, the turntable 5 is reversed.
When the turntable 5 is suddenly stopped in action, the control system 8 sends an instruction to command the brake 1 to act, the brake 1 locks the output shaft of the hydraulic motor 2, and forces the hydraulic motor 2 to stop outputting power, so that the turntable 5 stops acting, and the rotating speed output of the hydraulic motor 2 is controlled to be 0; when the turntable 5 stops during operation, the control system 8 sends out an instruction to command the rotation speed of the hydraulic motor 2 to be reduced to 0, and the turntable 5 can be stopped.
In the hydraulic driving device of the rotary table, the brake 1, the hydraulic motor 2, the reduction gearbox 4, the rotary table 5 and other main parts are all in modular design, so that the installation and the disassembly are convenient, and the quick connection can be realized. In addition, the brake 1 is used as a hydraulic driving device of a rotary table for sudden stop action, and the brake 1 can be selected to meet the requirement whether the device keeps the sudden stop action or not.
The invention relates to a modular quick-connection turntable hydraulic driving device, which has the beneficial effects that: by adopting the medium-speed hydraulic motor as power, the output power of the hydraulic motor is transmitted to the turntable after being reduced in speed and increased in torque through the reduction gearbox, the operation of the turntable is realized, meanwhile, the connection between the turntable and the reduction gearbox and the connection between the reduction gearbox and the hydraulic motor are simplified, and the turntable has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and easiness in realization.
