Abstract
The invention discloses a construction method for permanently protecting an existing pipeline during road reconstruction, which comprises the following specific steps: firstly, lofting on the spot according to the pipeline position of the water supply steel pipe, breaking a hard layer of a pavement structure, and inserting and driving steel sheet piles on two sides of the water supply steel pipe along the safe distance range of the pipeline; secondly, erecting a plurality of top anchoring supports on the upper parts of the steel sheet piles on the two sides along the length direction, then excavating foundation pits on the outer sides of the steel sheet piles on the two sides, and pouring side walls and cover plates on the outer sides of the steel sheet piles on the two sides in an inserting and driving mode; then backfilling the foundation pit, pulling out the steel sheet pile, and filling gaps of the steel sheet pile by adopting tracking grouting; and finally, covering prefabricated cover plates on the side walls on the two sides to finish the pipeline protection culvert construction of the water supply steel pipes. The application of the invention can not only avoid disturbance to the soil around the pipeline and meet the requirement of water and soil conservation of the special pipeline, but also reduce the span of the slab culvert and backfill materials in the culvert to the maximum extent and greatly save the construction cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of road reconstruction, in particular to a construction method for permanently protecting an existing pipeline during road reconstruction.
Background
In the process of reconstructing a newly-built road or an old road of a current city, the protection of the existing pipeline below the road is realized by the conventional method of slope-releasing, digging the peripheral soil body of the pipeline, exposing a pipe body, building a side wall outside the safe distance of the pipe body, covering a cover plate, and bearing the road structure load, the vehicle load and the peripheral soil side pressure in the structural form of a cover plate culvert, as shown in figure 1.
However, when the protected pipe has special requirements (such as a high-pressure main water supply pipe), and soil around the pipeline within a certain safe distance range cannot be disturbed, the method has many adverse factors such as increased span of the cover plate culvert, increased stress on the cover plate, larger structural size and the like, thereby having great influence on structural safety and construction cost.
Therefore, how to ensure the permanent protection of the existing pipeline in road reconstruction becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above defects of the prior art, the invention provides a construction method for permanently protecting the existing pipeline during road reconstruction, which can not only avoid disturbance to the soil around the pipeline and meet the requirement of water and soil conservation of the special pipeline, but also reduce the span of the slab culvert and backfill materials in the culvert to the greatest extent and greatly save the construction cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a construction method for permanently protecting the existing pipeline during road reconstruction, which comprises the following specific steps:
step one, lofting on the spot according to the pipeline position of the water supply steel pipe, breaking a hard layer of a pavement structure, and inserting and driving steel sheet piles at two sides of the water supply steel pipe along the safe distance range of a pipeline;
secondly, erecting a plurality of top anchoring supports on the upper parts of the steel sheet piles on the two sides along the length direction, then excavating foundation pits on the outer sides of the steel sheet piles on the two sides, and pouring side walls and cover plates on the outer sides of the steel sheet piles on the two sides in an inserting and driving mode;
step three, backfilling the foundation pit after the strength of the cover plate and the side walls on the two sides reaches 100%, pulling out the steel sheet pile after backfilling the foundation pit, and filling gaps of the steel sheet pile by adopting tracking grouting when the steel sheet pile is pulled out;
and step four, covering prefabricated cover plates on the side walls on two sides to finish the pipeline protection culvert construction of the water supply steel pipes.
Preferably, in the second step, the size of the construction covering plate includes side walls on two sides; and the other side of the foundation pit on each side is excavated by slope excavation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the application of the invention can not only avoid disturbance to the soil around the pipeline and meet the requirement of water and soil conservation of the special pipeline, but also reduce the span of the slab culvert and backfill materials in the culvert to the maximum extent and greatly save the construction cost.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the construction method for permanently protecting the existing pipeline during road reconstruction specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, lofting on the spot according to the pipeline position of the water supply steel pipe, breaking a hard layer of a pavement structure, and inserting and driving steel sheet piles at two sides of the water supply steel pipe along the safe distance range of a pipeline;
secondly, erecting a plurality of top anchoring supports on the upper parts of the steel sheet piles on the two sides along the length direction, then excavating foundation pits on the outer sides of the steel sheet piles on the two sides, and pouring side walls and cover plates on the outer sides of the steel sheet piles on the two sides in an inserting and driving mode;

The principle of the invention lies in that when a steel sheet pile supporting and anchor pulling system is applied to the construction of a pipeline protection cover plate culvert, the upper part of the steel sheet pile is restrained by anchor pulling steel bars and an anchor head, so that the disturbance of the soil body around the pipeline is avoided, and the excavation of foundation pits at two sides of the steel sheet pile and the pouring of side walls are realized.
In some embodiments, in the second step, the size of the construction covering plate includes side walls on two sides; and the other side of the foundation pit on each side is excavated by slope excavation.

step three, backfilling the foundation pit after the strength of the cover plate and the side walls on the two sides reaches 100%, pulling out the steel sheet pile after backfilling the foundation pit, and filling gaps of the steel sheet pile by adopting tracking grouting when the steel sheet pile is pulled out;
and step four, covering prefabricated cover plates on the side walls on two sides to finish the pipeline protection culvert construction of the water supply steel pipes.
