The invention belongs to the field of aramid fiber rope dipping treatment, and particularly relates to a dipping treatment technology of a dipped aramid fiber rope for a polyurethane synchronous belt.
Background
The gum dipping aramid fiber cord is one of main framework materials of the polyurethane synchronous belt and is used for enhancing the strength and the durability of the polyurethane synchronous belt. Because the gum dipping film formed by the special treating agent is arranged on the reinforced gum dipping aramid fiber rope, the adhesion between the fiber and the matrix of the polyurethane product can be improved, the gum dipping film plays a role in protecting the aramid fiber protofilament, and the durability of the polyurethane product is further improved.
Generally, the adhesion between the dipped aramid cord and the polyurethane is mainly completed by a dipped film, wherein one end of the dipped film is bonded with aramid fibers, and the other end of the dipped film is bonded with the polyurethane to form an aramid-glue film-polyurethane bridging mode. However, in the production process of the polyurethane synchronous belt, bubbles are easily generated due to moisture, strand stranding gaps, base material filling gaps and the like, so that the yield is reduced, and great troubles are brought to polyurethane synchronous belt manufacturers.
The prior art is mostly improved from a polyurethane synchronous belt production process, and the problem cannot be thoroughly solved.

Further, the invention also provides a method for preparing the dipped aramid cord by using the treated solution of the dipped aramid cord, and the specific scheme is as follows:
carrying out primary twisting and secondary twisting on the aramid fiber, then passing through a dipping tank filled with pretreatment liquid, and quickly drying through an oven at 200-250 ℃; and (3) dipping the treated yarn in a dipping tank filled with a two-bath treatment solution, and quickly drying the treated yarn in an oven at 100-160 ℃ to dry the treatment agent, so that the dipped aramid fiber rope is obtained.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) because the pretreatment liquid for the gum dipping aramid fiber rope contains 1-25 parts of isocyanate, 5-30 parts of polyester polyol and 100-200 parts of toluene, the treatment liquid adopts a creative combination mode, so that the prepared gum dipping aramid fiber rope is dried and then deeply penetrates into aramid fibers to form a pretreatment layer with strong chemical activity.
(2) Because the two-bath treatment solution for the dipped aramid fiber rope contains 10-80 parts of deionized water, 1-50 parts of diethanolamine modified polyurethane, 1-50 parts of sulfonate polyether diol modified polyurethane and 1-50 parts of trihydroxymethyl acrylate modified polyurethane, the two-bath dipping layer of the dipped aramid fiber rope and polyurethane form a multilayer structure of aramid fiber-pretreatment glue film-two-bath dipping film-polyurethane, and the layers are highly crosslinked to form a high-strength bonding structure, so that the bonding force between the aramid fiber and the polyurethane is enhanced.
(3) The trihydroxymethyl acrylate modified polyurethane in the gum dipping aramid fiber cord two-bath treatment liquid forms a compact and hydrophobic adhesive film after drying, intermolecular gaps of the adhesive film are extremely small, water molecules cannot penetrate through the adhesive film, the water molecules cannot be attached to the surface of the adhesive film due to the hydrophobicity of the adhesive film, when the aramid fiber cord is dried, the water inside the aramid fiber cord is removed, and at the moment, the aramid fiber can be effectively prevented from absorbing the water in the air due to the existence of the two-bath adhesive film, and the generation of bubbles due to the evaporation of the water in the production process of the polyurethane synchronous belt is prevented.
(4) Meanwhile, the diethanolamine modified polyurethane in the gum dipping aramid fiber cord two-bath treatment solution can be dissolved along with a high-temperature part in the production process of the synchronous belt, so that gaps between cords and gaps between the filler and the cords are filled, and bubbles generated by air existing between materials in the production process of the polyurethane synchronous belt are prevented.
(5) The dipping treatment liquid is used for preparing the gumming aramid fiber rope for the polyurethane synchronous belt, the prepared aramid fiber rope can greatly improve the bonding strength of the aramid fiber rope and polyurethane, and after the aramid fiber hard rope is applied to a polyurethane product, bubbles generated by moisture regain of the rope and gaps among materials are avoided, and the yield and the quality of the production of the polyurethane synchronous belt are improved.

Preparing a two-bath treatment solution for the gum dipping aramid fiber ropes: taking raw materials, 30 parts of deionized water, 20 parts of diethanolamine modified polyurethane, 30 parts of sulfonate polyether glycol modified polyurethane and 10 parts of trihydroxymethyl acrylate modified polyurethane, adding the deionized water into a container under the condition of normal temperature, adding the diethanolamine modified polyurethane while stirring, stirring for 1-5 minutes, uniformly mixing, adding the sulfonate polyether glycol modified polyurethane, stirring for 2-8 minutes, uniformly mixing, adding the trihydroxymethyl acrylate modified polyurethane, stirring for 10 minutes, and completely dissolving to obtain the gum dipping aramid cord two-bath treatment liquid.
After the aramid fiber is subjected to primary twisting and secondary twisting, the aramid fiber is dried by a 220 ℃ oven at a speed of 20-35 meters per minute through a dipping tank filled with a pre-treatment liquid of dipped aramid fiber ropes; and (3) dipping the treated cord in a dipping tank filled with a two-bath treatment solution of the dipped aramid cord, drying the treated cord in an oven at 150 ℃ at a speed of 20-35 m per minute, and drying the treatment agent to obtain the dipped aramid cord.

Test example 1
