The water tank 1-1 is used for containing water and discharging the water through a drain valve at the lower part of the water tank 1-1, the supporting legs 1-2 are used for supporting the device, a cloth supporting roller 1-5 to be washed is used for placing a textile cloth raw material cloth roll, a supporting roller I1-6 is used for guiding the cloth, transverse plates 1-7 and sliding columns 1-8 are used for installing an extrusion draining mechanism 8, inclined plates 1-9 are used for guiding water dropped from the washed cloth into the water tank 1-1, and supporting rollers II 1-10 are used for supporting the cloth and facilitating drying. The water pump device 3 leads high-pressure water into the circular pipes 2-1, high-pressure spraying is carried out through the water spraying long holes 2-3, the circular pipes 2-1 rotate along with winding movement of the cloth, and high-pressure washing is carried out on the front side and the back side of the cloth through the water spraying long holes 2-3, so that the aim of cleaning the cloth is fulfilled. Water in the water tank 1-1 flows into the filter tank 4-2 through gravity, is filtered by the semicircular filter plate 4-6, is pumped out by the water pump 3-3, is sent into the circular pipe 2-1 through the connecting end pipe 3-1 under high pressure, and the semicircular filter plate 4-6 can be pulled out for cleaning or replacement through the handle I4-4. The stirring motor 5-1 drives the stirring plate 5-3 to stir in the semicircular filter plate 4-6 through the stirring shaft 5-2, so that impurities in water are prevented from blocking the semicircular filter plate 4-6. The power device 10 drives the rewinding roller 6-1 to rotate, and the washed and dried cloth is rewound. The drying device 7-1 can rotate on the supporting main frame 1 through the rotating shaft 7-2, so that the cloth can be wound initially. The clamping roller 8-1 is tightly propped against the supporting draining roller 9-1 through the elastic force of the spring 8-4, so that the cloth passing between the clamping roller 8-1 and the supporting draining roller 9-1 is clamped and drained for drying, and the handle III 8-5 is used for pulling up the clamping roller 8-1 for winding the cloth initially. The power device 10 drives the support draining roller 9-1 to rotate, so that the cloth rotating power is increased, and the cloth is prevented from being inconveniently twined when the clamping roller 8-1 and the support draining roller 9-1 are matched to clamp the cloth for draining.
