mixing a sodium silicate solution with the mass fraction of 30% and a hydrochloric acid solution with the concentration of 0.5mol/L according to the mass ratio of 5:1 to obtain a mixed solution, transferring the mixed solution into a reaction kettle, heating to 160-190 ℃, stirring at the rotating speed of 200-300 r/min for reaction for 1-2 hours to obtain an orthosilicic acid gel;
(4) preparing fine denier polypropylene fiber slices:
weighing 70-80 parts by weight of colored fine denier polypropylene fiber forming resin, 5-8 parts by weight of rabbit hair keratin powder, 5-10 parts by weight of orthosilicic acid gel, 3-5 parts by weight of XZJ01 dispersing agent and 1-2 parts by weight of antistatic agent XZJ11, mixing, then blending by twin screws, extruding and cutting into fine denier polypropylene fiber slices, wherein the blending temperature is 180-200 ℃, and the screw rotation speed is 150-160 rpm;
(5) preparing the colorful polypropylene fiber for the high-sun clothes:
the colored polypropylene fiber for the high-sun-cured clothes is prepared by taking fine-denier polypropylene fiber slices as raw materials through the process routes of feeding in a storage bin, extruding by a screw extruder, filtering by a prefilter, spinning by a spinning assembly, cooling by side air blowing, oiling by an oil tanker and winding.
