Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a wiper arm, a hidden rear wiper facilitating replacement of wiper blades and an automobile, and effectively solves the technical problems that the wiper arm is limited in position and the wiper blades are inconvenient to replace.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a wiper arm, including: the first end of the arm seat is provided with a connector, and the second end of the arm seat is provided with a rotating shaft and at least one limiting part; the scraping arm comprises a scraping arm body, wherein one end of the scraping arm body is provided with a slotted hole and at least one abutting part, the rotating shaft is connected with the slotted hole, and the abutting part is movably abutted with the limiting part to limit the position of the abutting part; the wiper arm body is provided with a connecting part connected with the wiper blade; the first end of the elastic component is connected with the scraping arm body, and the second end of the elastic component is connected with the arm seat.

Furthermore, elastic component includes location bolt and extension spring, the both ends of location bolt constitute elastic component's second end, the one end of extension spring with the location bolt links to each other, the other end of extension spring constitutes elastic component's first end.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a hidden rear wiper with a wiper blade convenient to replace, which comprises a wiper blade, a wiper motor, a controller and any one of the wiper arms, wherein an output shaft of the wiper motor is fixedly connected with the connector, the controller is used for controlling the wiper motor, and the controller comprises: the main control module is used for sending a reset signal and an operation signal; the reset module is connected with the main control module and used for receiving the reset signal and sending a reset instruction to the wiper motor; the operation module is connected with the main control module and used for receiving the operation signal and sending an operation instruction to the wiper motor; the reset instruction is used for controlling the wiper motor to delay the preset time to stop, and the running instruction is used for controlling the wiper motor to rotate so as to drive the wiper blade.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an automobile which comprises the hidden rear windscreen wiper with the wiper blade convenient to replace.
Further, the automobile is provided with a spoiler, and the hidden rear wiper convenient for replacing the wiper blade is arranged below the spoiler.
The implementation of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the hidden rear windscreen wiper with the wiper arm and the wiper blade convenient to replace and the automobile provided by the invention have the advantages that: the slotted hole with the pivot cooperation makes scrape the arm body and can wind the arm seat rotates to provide the operating space who changes the windscreen wiper piece, scrape the arm body simultaneously around the arm seat pivoted in-process, butt portion with spacing portion butt, with the restriction turned angle, avoid scrape the arm body and take place to interfere with other structures of automobile body, for example the spoiler. According to the hidden rear wiper convenient for replacing the wiper blade and the automobile setting controller, the wiper motor is controlled to be stopped at the fixed position for delaying the preset time through the reset instruction of the controller so as to be convenient to maintain, and the wiper motor is enabled to rotate to drive the wiper blade to normally work through the operation instruction after the maintenance is finished. According to the technical scheme, the convenience of wiper blade replacement is improved, and the operation experience of a user is improved.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a wiper arm according to an embodiment of the present invention, the wiper arm includes: arm seat (1), the first end of arm seat (1) is equipped with connector (11), the connector is used for with the automobile body coupling, the one side that is close to the automobile body of connector is smooth plane, avoids the connector to drive to scrape the arm body and rotates the scraping automobile body.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along a direction a-a in fig. 1, in this embodiment, a second end of the arm base (1) is provided with a rotating shaft (12) and at least one limiting portion (13); the rotating shaft (12) can be independently arranged or can be processed with the arm base (1) in an integrated forming mode, two ends of the rotating shaft (12) can be connected with other parts of the arm base (1), or one end of the rotating shaft (12) can be connected with other parts of the arm base (1), and the other end of the rotating shaft is arranged in a suspended mode; the shape of the rotating shaft may be a cylinder, a tetrahedron, a hexahedron or other irregular structures, which is not limited in the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the scraping arm body (2) is provided with a slot (21) and at least one abutting portion (22) at one end of the scraping arm body (2), the rotating shaft (12) is connected with the slot (21), and the scraping arm body (2) can rotate around the rotating shaft (12) by taking the abutting surface of the slot (21) and the rotating shaft (12) as a support; fig. 3 is a schematic view showing the wiper arm body (2) rotated to a certain position around the rotation shaft (12) against the tension of the elastic member, and fig. 4 is a bottom view of fig. 3;
the abutting part (22) is movably abutted with the limiting part (13) to limit the position of the abutting part (22); when the wiper arm body (2) rotates around the rotating shaft (12) to a fixed position, the abutting part (22) interferes with the position of the limiting part (13), and the limiting part (13) stops the rotation of the wiper arm body (2) around the rotating shaft (12), as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the wiper arm provided by the embodiment of the invention when the abutting part (22) abuts against the limiting part (13), namely a boundary of a rotation range of the wiper arm body around the rotating shaft (12), and a position where the wiper arm body (2) is lifted relative to the rotation of the arm base (1) is limited.
As shown in fig. 4, the wiper arm body is provided with a connecting portion (23) connected to the wiper blade; the connecting portion (23) is provided with a clamping groove or a buckle to realize detachable connection of the wiper blade and the wiper arm body, and other detachable connection modes can be used for the detachable connection mode, which is not limited in the invention. Elastic component (3), the first end of elastic component (3) with scrape this body coupling of arm, the second end of elastic component (3) with arm seat (1) are connected, scrape arm body (2) under elastic component (3)'s effect, realized hugging closely with automobile body rear portion surface and with the connection of arm seat (1).
The second end of the elastic component (3) is connected with the limiting part (13). The limiting part 13 provides a fixing structure for connecting the elastic component with the arm seat (1).
Elastic component (3) are including location bolt (31) and extension spring (32), spacing portion (13) are equipped with the confession location bolt (31) insert with the fixed orifices of fixing location bolt (31), the tip of location bolt (31) is fixed in the fixed orifices. The tip of location bolt (31) constitutes the second end of elastic component (3), the one end of extension spring (32) with location bolt (31) link to each other, the other end of extension spring (32) constitutes the first end of elastic component (3).
Continuing as shown in fig. 4, the scraping arm body is provided with a clamping portion (24), and the clamping portion (24) is connected with the first end of the elastic component (3). The second end of the arm seat (1) is a U-shaped opening end.
Continuing as shown in fig. 4, the limiting portion (13) includes a first limiting portion (131) and a second limiting portion (132), and the first limiting portion (131) and the second limiting portion (132) are both disposed at the U-shaped opening end and are symmetrical along a center line of the U-shaped opening end.
The connector (11) is provided with a connecting hole (111). The connecting hole (111) is used for being connected with a power part to drive the wiper arm.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a hidden rear wiper convenient for blade replacement, which comprises a wiper blade, a wiper motor, a controller (400) and any one of the wiper arms, wherein an output shaft of the wiper motor is fixedly connected with the connector (11), as shown in fig. 6, a module diagram of the controller provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown, the controller (400) is used for controlling the wiper motor, and the controller (400) comprises: the main control module (420) is used for sending a reset signal and a running signal; the reset module (410) is connected with the main control module (420) and is used for receiving the reset signal and sending a reset instruction to the wiper motor; the operation module (430) is connected with the main control module (420) and is used for receiving the operation signal and sending an operation instruction to the wiper motor; the reset instruction is used for controlling the wiper motor to delay the preset time to stop, and the running instruction is used for controlling the wiper motor to rotate so as to drive the wiper blade. The specific structure of the wiper arm is as described above, and is not described herein again.
The controller (400) can be a vehicle body controller, a wiper switch is turned ON, the vehicle body controller sends an operation signal to the operation module (430) through the main control module (420), the operation module (430) sends an operation instruction to the wiper motor, and the wiper motor rotates to drive the wiper blade and the rear wiper to normally wipe. When the wiper blade needs to be replaced, the vehicle body controller sends an operation signal to the reset module (410) through the main control module (420), the reset module (410) sends a reset instruction to the wiper motor (700), the wiper motor is stopped after delaying for a preset time, and as shown in fig. 8, the wiper stops at a maintenance position (900).
As shown in fig. 7, in the circuit structure diagram of the controller provided in the embodiment of the present invention, pin 1 is a negative electrode of the wiper motor (700), pin 2 is a maintenance gear signal, pin 3 is a positive electrode of the wiper power supply, pin a is a reset signal input terminal, pin b is an output terminal of the wiper relay (600), pin J is a relay, the wiper switch is turned ON, the body controller (500) controls the relay J to pull in through pin b to supply power to the rear wiper motor (700), and the rear wiper is normally wiped. When the wiper switch is switched to a maintenance gear, the rear wiper motor (700) sends a low level signal to an a end of the automobile body controller (500) through a maintenance gear signal 2, after the automobile body controller (500) receives the low level signal, a T1 time is delayed through a pin b (the T1 time is determined through calibration) to disconnect a relay J, a pin 3 of the rear wiper motor (700) is grounded, as shown in fig. 8, the wiper is stopped at a maintenance position (900), and the T1 time is determined by referring to the rotating speed of the wiper motor and the convenient maintenance position.
After the wiper arm is stopped at the maintenance position (900), the wiper arm body 2 can be manually lifted, the wiper arm body 2 is abutted with the limiting part (13) through the abutting part (22) for limiting, and the wiper arm body 2 is prevented from interfering with the spoiler after being lifted; after the wiper blade is replaced, the wiper switch is turned OFF, the wiper blade returns to the stop position (800), and the wiper blade is replaced.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an automobile which comprises the hidden rear windscreen wiper with the wiper blade convenient to replace. The automobile is provided with a spoiler, and the hidden rear windscreen wiper with the wiper blades convenient to replace is arranged below the spoiler. The specific structure of the hidden rear wiper convenient for replacing the wiper blade is as described above, and is not described in detail herein.
