The upper part of the hopper is provided with an opening and is detachably connected with an upper cover, the top of the upper cover is provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet is connected with an air suction pipe; contact portion is provided with the sealing rubber ring on upper cover and the hopper, inside parcel filter screen, the aspiration channel other end connects gradually cartridge filter, fan, the fan exit is provided with the wind pressure sensor, fan, desicator, contact switch and the two-way UNICOM of microcomputer control unit. The invention has the advantages of overload alarm and material shortage alarm, high safety, capability of avoiding the condition that the work efficiency of waste products is reduced due to material shortage and the like, and capability of avoiding the pollution to the work environment.

Last generation injection molding machine needs the manual work to material loading in the hopper, and because the hopper setting consumes the manual work at injection molding machine upper portion eminence, consequently the injection molding machine disposes auto sucking machine more and more, auto sucking machine conveying capacity is strong, and production is stable, is the auxiliary assembly who realizes full automated production. The existing suction machine uses vacuum negative pressure to suck the granules in the storage box into the hopper, but still has the following problems:
1. dust and scrap iron can be attached to the granules, and the working environment can be polluted by the direct discharge of a fan of the material suction machine;
2. when a fan or a material suction pipeline is in failure and blocked, overload can occur, and if the fan or the material suction pipeline is not processed, equipment can be damaged;
3. the auto sucking machine always operates, can consume power too big, consequently can the stage nature operation, and if control starts improperly, can lead to the injection molding machine to lack the material, influences work efficiency, causes the defective work.

the bottom of the transition cylinder is connected with a dryer, the bottom of the dryer is connected with a granule inlet of an injection molding machine,
the upper part of the hopper is provided with an opening and is detachably connected with an upper cover, the top of the upper cover is provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet is connected with an air suction pipe; the contact part of the upper cover and the upper edge of the hopper is provided with a sealing rubber ring, the sealing rubber ring is annular, a filter screen is wrapped inside the annular, the diameter of the meshes of the filter screen is smaller than that of the granules,
the other end of the aspiration channel is connected with the filter cartridge and the fan in sequence, a wind pressure sensor is arranged at the outlet of the fan,
the wind pressure sensor, the fan, the dryer and the contact switch are in two-way communication with the microcomputer control unit.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the invention forms a certain negative pressure in the hopper cavity to suck the material into the hopper, and the working process is as follows: when the material in the hopper is short, a feeler lever switch for detecting the material sends a signal to a microcomputer control unit of the material suction machine, the microcomputer control unit sends a signal to start the motor to operate for vacuumizing, the material suction is started when the closed system reaches a certain vacuum degree, the material is discharged into the hopper after the material suction is finished, and the next circulation process is carried out after a certain preparation time after the material discharge is finished.
The air outlet of the fan is provided with a wind pressure sensor which can monitor the overload condition of the fan and the pipeline, and if the overload occurs, whether the pipeline is blocked or not is firstly checked, so that the load is overlarge; secondly, whether the fan is blocked is checked, whether the resistance of the fan is normal or not and whether the power supply voltage is normal or not is measured, whether the contactor and the thermal relay are normal or not is checked, and finally whether the exhaust valve and the selection valve of the fan are normal or not is checked.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention has the advantages of overload alarm, motor burnout prevention and higher safety;
2. the invention has the function of material shortage alarm, the position of the material shortage sensor is reasonably and effectively arranged, and the condition that the work efficiency of waste products is reduced due to material shortage can be avoided.
3. The filter cylinder is arranged in front of the fan, so that impurities such as dust, scrap iron and the like in the granules can be filtered, the working environment is prevented from being polluted, and the injection molding defect caused by the dust is also avoided; a filter screen is arranged in the hopper cavity to prevent the granular materials from entering the fan and damaging elements; a sealing rubber ring is arranged between the hopper and the upper cover, so that the vacuum degree is improved.

as shown in fig. 2, the hopper 6 is opened at the upper part and detachably connected with the upper cover 3, an air outlet 12 is arranged at the top of the upper cover 3, and the air outlet 12 is connected with an air suction pipe 10; a sealing rubber ring 13 is arranged at the contact part of the upper cover 3 and the upper edge of the hopper 6, the sealing rubber ring 13 is annular, a filter screen 14 is wrapped inside the annular, the diameter of the meshes of the filter screen 14 is smaller than that of the granules,
the other end of the aspiration channel 10 is connected with the filter cartridge 7 and the fan 8 in sequence, the outlet of the fan 8 is provided with a wind pressure sensor 11,
the wind pressure sensor 11, the fan 8, the dryer 16 and the contact switch 4 are in two-way communication with the microcomputer control unit 9.
In practical application, the sealing rubber ring 13 is made of a silica gel material.
In practical application, a sealing cushion is connected between the transition cylinder 17 and the dryer 16.
