The controller can also be used for controlling the input and output time of high-temperature steam and cold water cooling decoration entering the hot pressing plate and the opening-cutting cycle process, and completing the cycle processes of temperature rise, pressure maintaining, heat preservation and rapid cooling.
The steam in the steam heating equipment can be self-produced, for example, a steam heating boiler is used for providing hot steam, an external heating station can also be adopted, and the temperature of the steam entering the straw plate hot press is 160-220 ℃.
As shown in fig. 1, when using the straw board hot press system, pre-pressing the straw board 13, respectively stacking a layer of pre-pressed straw board 13 between two hot press boards 12, respectively, the control device 2 distributing the steam in the steam heating device 3 to the steam input pipeline 31 of each layer of hot press board, the steam in the steam input pipeline 31 of each layer of hot press board enters into the corresponding hot press board 12, inputting high temperature steam to each layer of hot press board 12, introducing high temperature steam first to heat the hot press board 12, maintaining the pressure after the straw board hot press 1 is pressurized to a certain pressure, controlling the steam flow valve 23 on the steam input pipeline 31 by the control device 2 according to the feedback of the temperature measuring element 211 on the hot press board, distributing steam with different flow rates, keeping the hot press board 12 at a certain high temperature and maintaining the pressure, and accelerating the curing reaction process of the cementing material in the straw board, after the pressure maintaining time reaches the set time, under the condition of maintaining the pressure, the steam controller 22 controls the steam flow control valve 23 to cut off steam supply, and simultaneously controls the cold water pump 43 on the cold water cooling device 4 to feed cold water into the pipeline of the hot pressing plate through the cold water pipeline 41, so that the cooling process of the hot pressing plate 12 and the overlapped straw plate 13 is accelerated, the plate explosion and deformation of the straw plate after the pressure is released in the high-temperature process are prevented, and after the pressure is reduced to a certain temperature, if the temperature is lower than 90 ℃, the pressure is released by the straw plate hot press 1, the straw plate 13 is turned out to other positions for curing, and one-time plate making process circulation is completed.
When the straw board 13 is pressed, the control device 2 controls the input and output time of high-temperature steam and cold water entering the hot pressing plate 12 and the circulation processes of opening and cutting off, and the circulation processes of temperature rise, pressure maintaining and heat preservation and rapid temperature reduction are completed.
Meanwhile, when the cold water of the cold water cooling device 4 circulates in the hot pressing plate, the heat of the high-temperature steam is absorbed through heat exchange to become warm water, the warm water flows out of the hot pressing plate and enters the circulation recovery device 5 through the warm water pipeline 42, the hot steam is cooled and condensed through the cold water and also flows into the circulation recovery device 5 through the output pipeline 32, and is supplied to the steam heating device 3 through the water pump 53 and the water supply pipeline 51, so that the heat in the warm water is fully utilized, and the energy consumption is reduced.

the steam heating device is respectively connected with the inlet of the steam pipeline of each layer of hot pressing plate, and provides required steam for the straw board hot press so that each layer of hot pressing plate is heated to the required temperature;
the cold water cooling device is respectively connected with the inlet of the cold water pipeline of each layer of hot pressing plate and used for providing required cold water for the straw board hot press so as to reduce the temperature of each layer of hot pressing plate to the required temperature;
and the control device comprises a steam controller, the steam controller is connected with the steam pipeline and is used for controlling the steam flow of the steam in the steam heating device entering each layer of hot pressing plate, so that the steam flow entering the two side layers of the multilayer hot pressing plates is larger than the steam flow in the middle layer.
2. The straw board hot press system of claim 1, wherein the flow rate of steam entering the middle layer hot press board is 70-100% of the flow rate of steam entering the two side layer hot press boards.
3. The straw board hot press system of claim 1, wherein the flow rate of steam entering the middle layer hot press board is 80-90% of the flow rate of steam entering the two side layer hot press boards.
4. The straw board hot press system of claim 1, wherein the steam flow entering the middle layer hot press board is 85% of the steam flow entering the two side layer hot press boards.
5. The straw board hot press system of claim 1, further comprising:
the circulating recovery device is respectively connected with the outlet of the steam pipeline of each layer of hot pressing plate and the outlet of the cold water pipeline and is used for recovering steam condensate water in the steam pipeline and cold water after heat exchange in the cold water pipeline; the circulation recovery device is also connected with the steam heating device and provides a water source for the steam heating device.
6. The straw panel hot press system of claim 1, further comprising a temperature sensing element disposed on the plurality of layers of hot press plates for sensing a temperature in each layer of hot press plates.

The straw board hot press system according to claim 6, wherein a steam flow control valve is respectively arranged at an inlet of the steam pipeline of each layer of hot press board, the steam flow control valve is connected with the steam controller, and the steam controller adjusts the steam flow control valve through temperature feedback received from the temperature detection element so as to adjust the steam flow of the steam entering the steam pipeline of each layer of hot press board.
8. The straw board hot press system according to claim 7, wherein a flow meter is provided at an inlet of the steam pipeline of each hot press plate to measure a flow rate of steam entering each hot press plate.
9. The straw board hot press system of claim 1,
the cold water cooling device is provided with a cold water control valve which is arranged in front of the inlet of the cold water pipeline of each layer of hot pressing plate;
the control device further comprises a cold water controller, and the cold water controller is connected with the cold water control valve and controls the on-off of the cold water control valve.
10. The straw board hot press system of claim 1, wherein the steam conduit and the cold water conduit are arranged in parallel on each hot platen, and the steam flow direction in the steam conduit is opposite to the cold water flow direction in the cold water conduit.
