Claims (10)

1. Full-automatic membrane guillootine that dashes of film for the film that will lap is seen off and is dashed the membrane and cut, its characterized in that includes:
the film punching device comprises a feeding device (1), a film punching device (2) and a cutting device (3) which are sequentially arranged according to the working procedures; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the feeding device (1) is used for feeding materials and at least comprises an expandable mandrel (110) for supporting a film roll, a tension mechanism for tensioning the film when the film is fed out and a pressing mechanism for pressing the film;
the film punching device (2) at least comprises a movable lower die (25) and a movable upper die (26), and the movable lower die (25) and the movable upper die (26) are matched for working and are used for punching a film;
the cutting device (3) is used for cutting the film after the offset film, and at least comprises a material distribution mechanism (31), a cutting mechanism (32) and a material pulling mechanism (33), wherein the material pulling mechanism (33) is used for tensioning the film, and the material distribution mechanism (31) and the cutting mechanism (32) are respectively used for distributing and cutting the tensioned film.

The full-automatic film punching and cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the film punching device (2) further comprises a servo motor connecting plate (20), a servo motor (22), a lower die top plate (23), a mounting base plate (24), an upper die connecting plate (27) and a pressure cylinder (28); the servo motor (22) is connected to the lower end of the servo motor connecting plate (20), the lower die top plate (23) is connected to the working end of the servo motor (22) through a lead screw pair and a connecting rod (230), and the movable lower die (25) is movably arranged on the mounting substrate (24) and is connected with the lower die top plate (23); the upper die connecting plate (27) is mounted on the mounting base plate (24), a pressure cylinder (28) is arranged on the upper portion of the upper die connecting plate (27), and the working end of the pressure cylinder (28) penetrates through the upper die connecting plate (27) and a movable upper die (26) located below the upper die connecting plate (27) to be connected.
5. The full-automatic film punching and cutting machine according to claim 4, characterized in that the film punching device further comprises a guide unit (29), and the guide unit (29) is respectively arranged on the feeding side or/and the discharging side of the film punching device.
6. The full-automatic film punching and cutting machine according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the cutting device (3) comprises a mounting plate (30) and a guide rail pair (30a) arranged on the mounting plate (20) along the advancing direction of the film;
the material distributing mechanism (31), the cutting mechanism (32) and the material pulling mechanism (33) are arranged on the mounting plate (30) in a sliding mode through the guide rail pair (30 a).
7. The full-automatic film punching and cutting machine according to claim 6, wherein the material distributing mechanism (31) comprises:
a main carriage (310);
a sub carriage (312), the sub carriage (312) is arranged at the upper part of the main carriage (310) in a position-adjustable way, and the sliding direction of the sub carriage (312) is vertical to the sliding direction of the main carriage (310);
the adjustable film pressing unit is arranged on the secondary carriage (312) and comprises a lower supporting plate (312a) fixedly arranged on the secondary carriage (312) and an upper pressing plate (314) which can be driven by the air cylinder (313) to adjust the distance relative to the lower supporting plate (312 a);
the slitting support (315) is provided with a cutter assembly (316), and the position of the cutter assembly (316) relative to the slitting support (315) in the direction vertical to the film is adjustable; the slitting support (315) is arranged on the main carriage (310) and is adjustable in position in the vertical direction relative to the main carriage (310).

The film full-automatic punching and cutting machine according to claim 7, wherein the material distribution mechanism (31) further comprises a chute plate (312b), the chute plate (312b) is installed above the lower supporting plate (312a), and a chute for the film to pass through is formed between the chute plate and the lower supporting plate.

the upper knife assembly (321) is arranged on the cutting frame (320) in a sliding manner;
the lower knife assembly (322) is arranged on the cutting frame (320) in a sliding mode;
wherein the upper knife assembly (321) and the lower knife assembly (322) are in action fit and are used for cutting the thin film.

a drawing frame (330) which is arranged on the mounting plate (30) in a sliding way through a guide rail pair (30 a);
the pneumatic finger cylinder (331) is arranged at the upper part of the material pulling frame (330) in a sliding manner, and the sliding direction of the pneumatic finger cylinder (331) is vertical to that of the material pulling frame (330);
and the clamping jaw (332) is arranged at the working end of the pneumatic finger cylinder (331) and is used for clamping the film when the pneumatic finger cylinder (331) works.
