After the flywheel is polished, the jacking cylinder 7 drives the flywheel tray 6 to descend, after the flywheel is separated from the polishing rod 5, the reset spring 80 can jack the jacking rod 8, and meanwhile, the one-way air inlet valve 91 admits air until the flywheel tray 6 completely falls on the base platform 1, so that the jacking rod 8 is further lifted relative to the jacking cylinder 9, and finally reset is completed. The return spring 80 serves to facilitate return and cushioning protection.
The top of the working tray 4 is fixedly connected with a connecting cover plate 40, and the connecting cover plate 40 is fixedly connected with the upper supporting plate 2 through a connecting column 21.

the safety valve 92 needs to be set with a proper safety threshold in advance, when the air pressure in the jacking cylinder 9 reaches the threshold, the safety valve 92 is automatically opened to deflate, and when the air pressure in the jacking cylinder 9 returns to the safety value, the safety valve 92 is automatically closed again; therefore, in the process that the jacking cylinder 7 drives the flywheel tray 6 to ascend, when the grinding rod 5 and the flywheel are excessively extruded, the pressure applied to the jacking rod 8 is increased, the air pressure in the jacking cylinder 9 is increased until a threshold value is reached, the safety valve 92 is opened to release air, the pressure is released, and the grinding rod 5 and the flywheel are prevented from being damaged due to excessive extrusion.
