Abstract
The invention discloses a stamping device for non-uniform workpieces, which comprises: the upper template reciprocates along the vertical direction; the lower template is arranged on a reciprocating path of the upper template and is suitable for placing a workpiece; the switching mechanism is arranged on the upper template; the first punch is arranged on the switching mechanism and used for punching the workpiece to form a first forming part; the second punch is arranged on the switching mechanism and used for punching the workpiece to form a second forming part; and the control mechanism is respectively electrically connected with the upper die plate and the switching mechanism and controls the switching mechanism to drive the first punch and the second punch to transversely move so that the first punch can punch the workpiece or the second punch can punch the workpiece. The structure is simple, and the processing of inconsistent structures in the workpiece can be effectively realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machining equipment, in particular to stamping equipment for non-uniform workpieces.
Background
In the field of sheet metal processing, most of continuous die blanking is generally small parts or small parts, the structures of the parts are completely the same, but some parts are very long, the structures in the parts are not completely the same, taking an alloy honeycomb belt in a burner assembly of a kitchen range as an example, the part is twenty-five meters long, and due to the requirement of a later rolling brazing process, in the whole long part, the bump structures are increased progressively according to the increasing of the rolled diameter and a certain number of rows. the upper template reciprocates along the vertical direction;

the switching mechanism is arranged on the upper template;
a first punch provided on the switching mechanism, the first punch punching the workpiece to form the first molded portion;
a second punch provided on the switching mechanism, the second punch punching the workpiece to form the second molding portion;
the control mechanism is respectively electrically connected with the upper die plate and the switching mechanism, and controls the switching mechanism to drive the first punch and the second punch to move transversely so that the first punch can punch the workpiece or the second punch can punch the workpiece.
In some embodiments, the switching mechanism includes a removable insert and a drive, wherein the first punch and the second punch are disposed on the removable insert and are offset from each other, and an output of the drive is connected to the removable insert.
In some embodiments, the switching mechanism further includes a void avoiding member disposed on the upper mold plate, and a first void avoiding portion and a second void avoiding portion are disposed on the void avoiding member, respectively, wherein the first void avoiding portion is in fit connection with the first punch to avoid the first punch, and the second void avoiding portion is in fit connection with the second punch to avoid the second punch.
In some embodiments, the switching mechanism further includes a guide rail disposed on the upper mold plate, and the movable insert is slidably connected to the upper mold plate through the guide rail.
In some embodiments, the drive mechanism is a pneumatic cylinder.
In some embodiments, a first station portion and a second station portion are provided on the lower template, the workpiece is placed on the lower template, the first punch is cooperatively connected with the first station portion to punch the first forming portion on the workpiece, and the second punch is cooperatively connected with the second station portion to punch the second forming portion on the workpiece.

and the control mechanism is electrically connected with the upper die plate 2 and the switching mechanism 4 respectively, and controls the switching mechanism 4 to drive the first punch 5 and the second punch 6 to move transversely so that the first punch 5 punches the workpiece 1 or the second punch 6 punches the workpiece 1.
In the embodiment, the workpiece 1 at least has a first forming part 11 and a second forming part 12 which are not identical after being formed, that is, the structures of the first forming part 11 and the second forming part 12 after being formed are different, the distance between the second forming part 12 and the first forming part 11 is increased according to a certain number of rows according to the requirement of coiling and brazing the workpiece 1, a switching mechanism 4 is additionally arranged in the punching device, the switching mechanism 4 is controlled by a PLC program, generally, the maximum first forming part 11 in the workpiece 1 is continuously processed, the second punch 6 is positioned outside the workpiece 1 during the punching process of the workpiece 1 by the first punch 5, so that the second punch 6 cannot punch the workpiece 1, when the second forming part 12 is required to be punched after the first forming part 11 is formed, the PLC program controls 4 to push the second punch 6 to move to the position matched with the workpiece 1 so as to realize the continuous punching of the workpiece 1, still promote first drift 5 simultaneously and advance to the outside of work piece 1 top so that first drift 5 can not carry out the punching press to work piece 1, 12 blanking shaping backs in second forming part, PLC program control switching mechanism 4 promotes second drift 6 outside to work piece 1 top for subsequent use, resume simultaneously and continue to carry out the blanking to first forming part 11, thereby make stamping equipment only need one set of mould can realize the processing of non-uniform structure in the whole work piece 1, its simple structure, and reasonable design, easy operation, can further improve the production efficiency of product.
Further, the switching mechanism 4 includes a movable insert 41 and a driving device 42, wherein the first punch 5 and the second punch 6 are disposed on the movable insert 41 and staggered with each other, and an output end of the driving device 42 is connected to the movable insert 41.
Preferably, the switching mechanism 4 further includes a clearance member 7 disposed on the upper die plate 2, and a first clearance portion 71 and a second clearance portion 71 are respectively disposed on the clearance member 7, wherein the first clearance portion 71 is cooperatively connected with the first punch 5 to avoid the first punch 5, and the second clearance portion 71 is cooperatively connected with the second punch 6 to avoid the second punch 6.
Preferably, the switching mechanism 4 further includes a guide slide rail 43, the guide slide rail 43 is disposed on the upper mold plate 2, and the movable insert 41 is slidably connected to the upper mold plate 2 through the guide slide rail 43, so that the structure is simple, and the moving stability of the movable insert 41 can be further improved.

In the present embodiment, the workpiece 1 is preferably a belt-shaped structure, but not limited to a belt-shaped structure, and the workpiece 1 with a suitable shape may also be selected according to actual requirements. When the workpiece 1 is in a belt-shaped structure, the first forming part 11 and the second forming part 12 are arranged on the workpiece 1 at intervals, the first punch 5 and the second punch 6 are arranged in a staggered manner, namely, the positions of the first punch 5 and the second punch 6 are not on the same straight line, when the first punch 5 and the workpiece 1 are matched for punching, the second punch 6 is positioned outside the upper part of the workpiece 1, and when the second punch 6 and the workpiece 1 are matched for punching, the first punch 5 is positioned outside the upper part of the workpiece 1. The driving device 42 in the present embodiment is preferably, but not limited to, an air cylinder, and other more suitable driving devices 42 may be selected according to actual requirements.
Particularly, a first station part 31 and a second station part 32 are arranged on the lower template 3, the workpiece 1 is placed on the lower template 3, the first punch 5 is connected with the first station part 31 in a matched mode to punch the first forming part 11 on the workpiece 1, and the second punch 6 is connected with the second station part 32 in a matched mode to punch the second forming part 12 on the workpiece 1.
In this embodiment, the punching apparatus may be provided with a feeding mechanism on the working platform, the workpiece 1 is driven to move and position on the lower template by the movement of the feeding mechanism, of course, two workpieces 1 may also be placed on the lower template 3 at the same time, similarly, the first punch 5 and the second punch 6 are both provided with two sets, when the workpiece 1 is in a belt-shaped structure, two rows of the first punch 5 and the second punch 6 which are arranged at an interval are provided on the movable insert 41, of course, the punching apparatus of this embodiment is not limited to punching two workpieces 1 at the same time, and may also be reasonably arranged according to actual requirements.
