9) Repeating the steps 6) to 8), and continuously producing.

The integrated device for punching, flanging and trademark punching shown in fig. 1 to 4 comprises a base plate 1, wherein a cylinder 3 for pushing a station block 2 to horizontally reciprocate is fixedly arranged on the base plate 1, a punching and flanging station 4 and a trademark punching station 5 are sequentially and fixedly arranged on one side of the station block 2 in the length direction and along the pushing direction of the cylinder 3, three stations for placing workpieces are arranged on the station block 2, and the distance between two adjacent stations is equal to the distance from the punching and flanging station 4 to the trademark punching station 5; the length edge vertical to the station block 2 is fixedly provided with a pushing mechanism for pushing a workpiece on the station into the punching flanging station 4 and the trademark punching station 5, and a material returning mechanism for taking out a processed workpiece from the punching flanging station 4 and the trademark punching station 5, wherein the pushing mechanism comprises a punching flanging feeding cylinder 6 and a trademark punching pushing cylinder 7, the material returning mechanism comprises a punching flanging material returning cylinder 8 and a trademark punching material returning cylinder 9, the punching flanging feeding cylinder 6 and the punching flanging material returning cylinder 8 are respectively and fixedly arranged at two sides of the punching flanging station 4, the punching flanging feeding cylinder 6 is used for pushing the workpiece in the station block 2 into the punching flanging station 4, the punching flanging material returning cylinder 8 is used for pushing the workpiece which is processed once in the punching flanging station 4 into the corresponding station, the trademark punching pushing cylinder 7 and the trademark punching material returning cylinder 9 are respectively and fixedly arranged at two sides of the trademark punching station 5, the trademark punching feeding cylinder 7 is used for pushing the workpiece which is processed once in the station block 2 into the trademark punching station 5, and the trademark returning cylinder 9 is used for pushing the workpiece which is processed once into the corresponding station 5.
In order to reduce resistance and facilitate sliding, the working block 2 slides on the sliding rail 10, and adjusting parts 11 for fine adjusting the angle of the sliding rail 10 are arranged at two ends of the sliding rail 10.
In order to increase the feeding speed, the feeding station 12 is arranged on the push-out side of the punch-and-turn feeding cylinder 6.
The specific processing technology comprises the following steps:
firstly, checking the pushing-out and retraction distance of the cylinder 3 for the first time, specifically checking whether the working block 2 and the sliding rail 10 excessively rub or not while checking the cylinder 3 through electric signal adjustment, if the resistance is found to be excessively large, performing fine adjustment through the adjusting part 11, then manually testing pressure, mounting a trademark punching die head 17 to be punched on the upper die plate 19, and mounting the punching flanging trademark punching integrated device on a punch press for preparation after all preparation is finished;

3) Pushing out the punching flanging feeding cylinder 6 to push one workpiece in the feeding station 12 into the punching flanging station 4, retracting the punching flanging feeding cylinder 6 to the original position, punching by a punching machine to finish one-time processing of the workpiece in the punching flanging station 4, and punching by the punching machine to finish punching flanging on the workpiece by a punching flanging thimble 16 upwards from the bottom of the substrate 1;
4) Resetting the punch press, pushing out the punched flanging material returning cylinder 8 to push the workpiece which is finished in one time into the second station 14, and retracting the punched flanging material returning cylinder 8;
5) The cylinder 3 is pushed out, the first station 13 is positioned at the middle positions of the punching flanging feeding cylinder 6 and the punching flanging material returning cylinder 8, and the second station 14 is positioned at the middle positions of the trademark punching pushing cylinder 7 and the trademark punching material returning cylinder 9;
6) The punching and flanging feeding cylinder 6 and the trademark punching and pushing cylinder 7 are pushed out simultaneously, one workpiece in the feeding station 12 is pushed into the punching and flanging station 4 by the punching and flanging feeding cylinder 6, the primary processing workpiece is pushed into the trademark punching station 5 by the trademark punching and pushing cylinder 7, then the punching and flanging feeding cylinder 6 and the trademark punching and pushing cylinder 7 are retracted to the original position simultaneously, and punching is carried out by a punching machine, so that the workpiece in the punching and flanging station 4 is processed once, and the workpiece in the trademark punching station 5 is processed for the second time; when the workpiece in the trademark punching station 5 is pressed down on the upper die plate 19, the trademark punching die head 17 mounted on the upper die plate 19 completes secondary processing on the workpiece completed with the primary processing, namely, the trademark punching is completed.
7) Resetting the punching machine, retracting the air cylinder 3, enabling the second station 14 to be positioned at the middle positions of the punching flanging feeding air cylinder 6 and the punching flanging material returning air cylinder 8, enabling the third station 15 to be positioned at the middle positions of the trademark punching pushing air cylinder 7 and the trademark punching material returning air cylinder 9, pushing out the punching flanging material returning air cylinder 8 and the trademark punching material returning air cylinder 9 simultaneously, respectively pushing the workpiece which is processed once in the punching flanging station 4 into the second station 14, pushing the workpiece which is processed twice in the trademark punching station 5 into the third station 15, and simultaneously retracting the punching flanging material returning air cylinder 8 and the trademark punching material returning air cylinder 9;
8) The cylinder 3 is pushed out, the first station 13 is positioned at the middle positions of the punching flanging feeding cylinder 6 and the punching flanging material returning cylinder 8, and the second station 14 is positioned at the middle positions of the trademark punching pushing cylinder 7 and the trademark punching material returning cylinder 9; the workpiece which is processed for the second time in the third station 15 slides into a collector, and the collector can be a basket frame and the like;
9) Repeating steps 6) to 8), and continuously producing
