With further reference to fig. 1 and 2, the primary guide mechanism 24 includes a support bar 241 and a guide wheel 242; one end of the supporting rod 241 is mounted on the supporting seat 10, and the other end of the supporting rod 241 is mounted with the guide wheel 242; the dust-free cloth 200 between the dust-free cloth feeding mechanism 21 and the dust-free cloth collecting mechanism 22 passes through the guide wheel 242; the needle clamping module 30 drives the dust-free cloth 200 wound around the guide wheel 242 to clamp the needle 101 of the dispensing syringe 100, so as to wipe the needle 101 of the dispensing syringe 100.
With further reference to fig. 1 and 2, the primary guide mechanism 24 further includes a sensing tab 243 and a proximity sensor 244; the sensing piece 243 is sleeved on the supporting rod 241, and the sensing piece 243 is provided with at least one light-transmitting groove 2431; the proximity sensor 244 is mounted on the support base 10, and the light beam emitted from the proximity sensor 244 can pass through the light-transmitting groove 2431 on the sensing piece 243.
With further reference to fig. 1 and 2, the auxiliary guiding mechanism 25 includes an auxiliary supporting rod 251 and an auxiliary guiding wheel 252, one end of the auxiliary supporting rod 251 is mounted on the supporting base 10, and the other end of the auxiliary supporting rod 251 is mounted with the auxiliary guiding wheel 252; the dust-free cloth 200 between the dust-free cloth feeding mechanism 21 and the dust-free cloth collecting mechanism 22 passes around the auxiliary guide wheel 252.
With further reference to fig. 1 and 2, the tensioning module 40 includes: a tensioning wheel 41, a damper 42, a tension spring 43 and a pin 44; the tensioning wheel 41 is assembled with the dust-free cloth rolling and discharging mechanism 21; the damper 42 is installed on the supporting base 10 and surrounds the tension wheel 41; one end of the tension spring 43 is assembled with the damper 42, and the other end of the tension spring 43 is assembled with the pin 44; the pin 44 is arranged on the supporting seat 10; the elastic force of the tension spring 43 acts on the damper 42, so that the damper 42 presses the tension wheel 41 to provide a certain resistance to the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module 20.
With further reference to fig. 1 and 2, the needle clamping module 30 includes: a clamping cylinder 31, a left clamping block 32, a right clamping block 33 and an electromagnetic valve 34; the clamping cylinder 31 is arranged on the supporting frame 10, and the left clamping block 32 and the right clamping block 33 are assembled with two clamping jaws of the clamping cylinder 31; the electromagnetic valve 34 is connected with the clamping cylinder 31 in a gas path manner, and the electromagnetic valve 34 is used for controlling the clamping cylinder 31 to clamp or unclamp the needle 101 of the dispensing syringe 100.
With further reference to fig. 1 and 2, the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module 20 further includes a dust-free sensor 26, where the dust-free sensor 26 is configured to sense the dust-free cloth 200, and the dust-free sensor 26 triggers the stepping motor 231 to stop driving the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism 22 when the dust-free cloth 200 is not present in the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module 20.

A cleaning device for a needle for cleaning a dispensing needle, comprising: the device comprises a supporting seat (10), a dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module (20), a needle clamping module (30) and a tensioning module (40); wherein the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module (20), the needle clamping module (30) and the tensioning module (40) are assembled on the supporting seat (10); the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module (20) is used for releasing clean dust-free cloth and collecting used dust-free cloth after the dispensing needle head is cleaned; the needle clamping module (30) is used for driving dust-free cloth in the dust-free cloth rolling and unwinding module (20) to clamp the dispensing needle and wiping the dispensing needle; the tensioning module (40) is used for providing a certain resistance for the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module (20) so that the dust-free cloth in the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module (20) is kept in a tensioning state;
The dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module (20) comprises: a dust-free cloth feeding mechanism (21), a dust-free cloth collecting mechanism (22), a driving mechanism (23), a main guiding mechanism (24) and a plurality of auxiliary guiding mechanisms (25); the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism (21), the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism (22), the driving mechanism (23), the main guide mechanism (24) and the auxiliary guide mechanisms (25) are assembled on the supporting seat (10), wherein the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism (22) is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism (23), the driving mechanism (23) drives the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism (22) to pull the dust-free cloth, and the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism (21) releases the dust-free cloth and simultaneously the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism (22) collects the dust-free cloth; the auxiliary guide mechanisms (25) are distributed on two sides of the main guide mechanism (24), and the dust-free cloth between the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism (21) and the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism (22) is wound on the auxiliary guide mechanisms (25) and the main guide mechanism (24);
The dust-free cloth rolling and discharging mechanism (21) comprises a tensioning shaft (211) and a new dust-free cloth roll (212), and the dust-free cloth rolling and discharging mechanism (22) comprises a driving shaft (221) and an old dust-free cloth roll (222); one end of the tensioning shaft (211) is arranged on the supporting seat (10), and the other end of the tensioning shaft (211) is provided with the new dust-free cloth roll (212); one end of the driving shaft (221) is arranged on the supporting seat (10) and is in transmission connection with the driving mechanism (23); the other end of the driving shaft (221) is provided with the old dust-free cloth roll (222); the dust-free cloth is released by the new dust-free cloth roll (212) and is collected by the old dust-free cloth roll (222);
The drive mechanism (23) includes: a stepping motor (231), a driving wheel (232), a driven wheel (233) and a synchronous belt (234); the stepping motor (231) is arranged on the supporting seat (10), the driving wheel (232) is assembled with the stepping motor (231), the driven wheel (233) is assembled with the dust-free cloth rolling and collecting mechanism (22), and the synchronous belt (234) is arranged on the driving wheel (232) and the driven wheel (233); the stepping motor (231) drives the synchronous belt (234) and the driven wheel (233) to move through the driving wheel (232), so as to drive the dust-free cloth rolling and collecting mechanism (22).

A needle cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the main guiding mechanism (24) comprises a support bar (241) and a guiding wheel (242); one end of the supporting rod (241) is arranged on the supporting seat (10), and the other end of the supporting rod (241) is provided with the guide wheel (242); the dust-free cloth between the dust-free cloth feeding mechanism (21) and the dust-free cloth collecting mechanism (22) is wound around the guide wheel (242); the needle clamping module (30) drives the dust-free rolling cloth which winds the guide wheel (242) to clamp the dispensing needle so as to wipe the dispensing needle.

The needle cleaning device of claim 2, further comprising an inductive pad (243) and a proximity sensor (244); the sensing piece (243) is fixed on the supporting rod (241), and the sensing piece (243) is provided with at least one light-transmitting groove (2431); the proximity sensor (244) is mounted on the support base (10), and a light beam emitted by the proximity sensor (244) can pass through a light-transmitting groove (2431) on the sensing piece (243).

The needle cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary guiding mechanism (25) comprises an auxiliary supporting rod (251) and an auxiliary guiding wheel (252), one end of the auxiliary supporting rod (251) is arranged on the supporting seat (10), and the other end of the auxiliary supporting rod (251) is provided with the auxiliary guiding wheel (252); the dust-free cloth between the dust-free cloth feeding mechanism (21) and the dust-free cloth collecting mechanism (22) winds around the auxiliary guide wheel (252).

Needle cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that said tensioning module (40) comprises: a tensioning wheel (41), a damper (42), a tension spring (43) and a pin (44); the tensioning wheel (41) is assembled with the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding mechanism (21); the damper (42) is arranged on the supporting seat (10) and surrounds the tensioning wheel (41); one end of the tension spring (43) is assembled with the damper (42), and the other end of the tension spring (43) is assembled with the pin shaft (44); the pin shaft (44) is arranged on the supporting seat (10); the elasticity of the tension spring (43) acts on the damper (42) to enable the damper (42) to press the tensioning wheel (41) to provide certain resistance for the dust-free cloth winding and unwinding module (20).
