The invention discloses a shaft sleeve-free full-suspension magnetic stirrer which comprises a driving device, a speed reducer and an inner driving shaft, wherein a rack and a sealing sleeve are sequentially sleeved outside the inner driving shaft from bottom to top, and the sealing sleeve is connected with the rack through a welding chassis; a lower magnetic suspension sleeve, a driving magnetic cylinder and an upper magnetic suspension sleeve are sequentially sleeved outside the sealing sleeve from bottom to top, stirring blades are arranged outside the upper magnetic suspension sleeve, the driving magnetic cylinder and the lower magnetic suspension sleeve, and the upper ends of the stirring blades are fixed on a magnetic suspension positioning sleeve at the top end of the inner driving shaft; the inner walls of the lower inner magnetic suspension sleeve and the lower outer magnetic suspension sleeve are respectively provided with lower magnetic rings with opposite polarities; the inner walls of the upper inner magnetic suspension sleeve and the upper outer magnetic suspension sleeve are respectively provided with upper magnetic rings with opposite polarities; and magnets are arranged on the inner walls of the inner driving magnetic cylinder and the outer driving magnetic cylinder. The invention aims to provide a shaft sleeve-free full-suspension magnetic stirrer, which solves the problem that grinding dust generated by magnetic stirring of a shaft sleeve pollutes liquid medicine, has a simple and durable structure, prolongs the service life of the stirrer and improves the stirring quality of the liquid medicine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a shaft sleeve-free full-suspension magnetic stirrer which comprises a driving device, a speed reducer connected with the driving device and an inner driving shaft connected with the speed reducer, wherein a rack and a sealing sleeve are sequentially sleeved outside the inner driving shaft from bottom to top, and the sealing sleeve is connected with the rack through a welding chassis;
a lower magnetic suspension sleeve, a driving magnetic cylinder and an upper magnetic suspension sleeve are sequentially sleeved outside the sealing sleeve from bottom to top, stirring blades are arranged outside the upper magnetic suspension sleeve, the driving magnetic cylinder and the lower magnetic suspension sleeve, and the upper ends of the stirring blades are fixed on a magnetic suspension positioning sleeve at the top end of the inner driving shaft;
the lower magnetic suspension sleeve comprises a lower outer magnetic suspension sleeve and a lower inner magnetic suspension sleeve arranged inside the lower outer magnetic suspension sleeve, and the inner walls of the lower inner magnetic suspension sleeve and the lower outer magnetic suspension sleeve are respectively provided with lower magnetic rings with opposite polarities;
the upper magnetic suspension sleeve comprises an upper outer magnetic suspension sleeve and an upper inner magnetic suspension sleeve arranged inside the upper outer magnetic suspension sleeve, and the inner walls of the upper inner magnetic suspension sleeve and the upper outer magnetic suspension sleeve are respectively provided with upper magnetic rings with opposite polarities;

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a shaftless fully-suspended magnetic stirrer, and as shown in the drawing, the shaftless fully-suspended magnetic stirrer provided by the invention comprises a driving device 1, a speed reducer 2 connected with the driving device 1 and an inner driving shaft connected with the speed reducer 2, wherein a rack 3 and a sealing sleeve 4 are sequentially sleeved outside the inner driving shaft from bottom to top, and the sealing sleeve 4 is connected with the rack 3 through a welding chassis 5; the outer part of the sealing sleeve 4 is sequentially sleeved with a lower magnetic suspension sleeve 6, a driving magnetic cylinder 7 and an upper magnetic suspension sleeve 8 from bottom to top, the outer parts of the upper magnetic suspension sleeve 8, the driving magnetic cylinder 7 and the lower magnetic suspension sleeve 6 are provided with stirring blades 9, and the upper ends of the stirring blades 9 are fixed on a magnetic suspension positioning sleeve 10 at the top end of the inner driving shaft. The magnetic stirrer is not provided with the shaft sleeve, so that abrasive dust falling due to friction of the shaft sleeve can be prevented from polluting liquid medicine, the driving motor drives the inner driving shaft to rotate through the speed reducer after being started, so that the sealing sleeve is driven to rotate, the sealing sleeve drives the upper magnetic suspension sleeve, the driving magnetic cylinder and the lower magnetic suspension sleeve to rotate, and the stirring paddle blade is driven to rotate, so that the liquid medicine is stirred.
The lower magnetic suspension sleeve 6 comprises a lower outer magnetic suspension sleeve 61 and a lower inner magnetic suspension sleeve 62 arranged inside the lower outer magnetic suspension sleeve 61, and the inner walls of the lower inner magnetic suspension sleeve 62 and the lower outer magnetic suspension sleeve 61 are respectively provided with lower magnetic rings with opposite polarities; the upper magnetic suspension sleeve 8 comprises an upper outer magnetic suspension sleeve 81 and an upper inner magnetic suspension sleeve 82 arranged inside the upper outer magnetic suspension sleeve 81, and the inner walls of the upper inner magnetic suspension sleeve 82 and the upper outer magnetic suspension sleeve 81 are respectively provided with upper magnetic rings with opposite polarities; the drive cylinder 7 includes an outer drive cylinder 71 and an inner drive cylinder 72 disposed inside the outer drive cylinder 71, and magnets are disposed on inner walls of both the inner drive cylinder 72 and the outer drive cylinder 71.
The side walls of the magnetic suspension positioning sleeve 10, the upper outer magnetic suspension sleeve 81, the outer driving magnetic cylinder 71 and the lower outer magnetic suspension sleeve 61 are all provided with grooves for inserting the stirring blades 9. Stirring paddle 9 sets up four groups, and evenly distributed, and stirring paddle 9's inboard and tip are provided with the arch 11 that the recess suited. The stirring paddle 9 consists of a vertical part 91 and an inclined part 92, the inclined part 92 and the vertical part 91 are of an integrally formed structure, the bottom end of the inclined part 92 is flush with the top end of the sealing sleeve 4, and the diameter of the sealing sleeve 4 is larger than that of the magnetic suspension positioning sleeve 10.
The diameters of the upper outer magnetic suspension sleeve 81, the outer driving magnetic cylinder 71 and the lower outer magnetic suspension sleeve 61 are the same, a sharp corner 12 is arranged above the top of the magnetic suspension positioning sleeve 10, and two bottom ends of the sharp corner 12 are respectively fixed on the inclined parts 92 of the two opposite stirring blades 9. The sharp corner 12 and the two opposite stirring blades 9 are of an integrated structure, so that liquid medicine is prevented from entering the stirrer to influence use.
The bottom end of the speed reducer 2 is provided with a rotating speed sensor 13, and the driving device 1 is a driving motor.
Therefore, the shaft sleeve-free full-suspension magnetic stirrer adopting the structure solves the problem that the grinding dust generated by magnetic stirring of the shaft sleeve pollutes the liquid medicine, has a simple and durable structure, prolongs the service life of the stirrer and improves the liquid medicine stirring quality.
