Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, people pay more and more attention to physical health, and physical exercise in gymnasiums becomes a part of work and life of many people. To enhance the user's fitness experience, many web platform-based fitness management systems may provide fitness information for the fitness user to select for reference. However, the exercise training plan management mode of the existing exercise management system is as follows: the fitness coach releases the fitness class schedule in one way, and the user selects courses for learning according to the fitness content and the time arrangement on the class schedule; alternatively, for a fitness training program, the fitness trainer records a video to allow the user to simulate the action of the video himself.
Therefore, in the prior art, the fitness training plan management based on the network platform, on one hand, a user acquires the fitness training plan through the method, the class schedule content issued by a fitness coach in a single direction and the time flexibility of the user are passively considered, and the selected course content does not necessarily meet the exercise requirement of the user; on the other hand, the body-building user exercises by looking at the screen, whether the body-building plan is finished or not and whether the completion degree reaches the standard or not cannot be judged. That is to say, the management method of the fitness training plan based on the network platform in the prior art cannot monitor and score the fitness completion degree and the fitness quality of the user, and cannot enable a fitness coach to customize and adjust the fitness training plan for the user in due time according to the actual fitness condition of the user.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems, the present invention provides a fitness training plan management system and method, which can provide an interface for a fitness trainer to formulate a fitness training plan of a user, and push the fitness training plan to a corresponding fitness user, further can obtain fitness training data of the user when the user exercises based on the fitness training plan, perform statistical analysis on real data of training quality and completion degree of the user, feed back an analysis result to the fitness trainer, so that the fitness trainer can evaluate fitness conditions of the fitness user, and timely reformulate or adjust the fitness training plan for the user, so as to achieve the purpose of scientific fitness training plan management.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a fitness training plan management system, comprising:
opening the platform;
the open platform public page is used for acquiring a fitness training plan of a user;
the third-party application is used for accessing the public page of the open platform;
the third party application comprises: a first interface unit and a second interface unit in communication with the open platform;
the first interface unit is used for carrying out pushing management on the user fitness training plan based on a first operation instruction when the first operation instruction is received;
the second interface unit is used for collecting user fitness training data and uploading the user fitness training data to the open platform when a fitness user exercises based on a user fitness training plan;
the open platform is used for analyzing and processing the user fitness training data, obtaining user fitness quality and completion evaluation data, and pushing the user fitness quality and completion evaluation data to a third party for a fitness coach to check.

after the third-party application is nested and accessed into the public page of the open platform, a fitness training plan of a user is obtained based on the third-party application and uploaded to the open platform for storage;
when a first operation instruction is received, pushing and managing the user fitness training plan based on the first operation instruction;
when the fitness user exercises based on the fitness training plan of the user, collecting fitness training data of the user and uploading the data to the open platform;
analyzing and processing the user fitness training data through the open platform to obtain user fitness quality and completion evaluation data, and pushing the user fitness quality and completion evaluation data to a third party for a fitness coach to check.
Optionally, the method for managing a fitness training plan further includes:
and acquiring a user fitness training plan updated by the fitness coach based on the user fitness quality and completion evaluation data, and uploading the user fitness training plan to the open platform for storage.
In summary, the present invention provides a fitness training plan management system and method, wherein a fitness training plan added by a fitness trainer for a user is obtained through an open platform public page, so that the fitness trainer pushes the fitness training plan to the corresponding fitness user through a third-party application, meanwhile, when the user exercises, the open platform collects fitness training data of the user in real time through the third-party application, statistics and analysis are performed on the actual data of the fitness training quality and the completion degree of the user, and the fitness training data analysis result of the user is fed back to the fitness trainer for viewing through an interface of the fitness trainer by the third-party application, so that the fitness trainer adjusts the fitness training plan of the user. The fitness training plan management scheme associates the formulation and addition of the fitness training plan, the acquisition of fitness training data and the evaluation of fitness training quality and completeness together, dynamically manages the training plan of a fitness user, masters the fitness effect of the user based on the training plan in real time and realizes scientific fitness management of the fitness user.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the following description will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some examples of the invention, and that for a person skilled in the art, other drawings and embodiments can be derived from them without inventive effort.
For the sake of simplicity, the drawings only schematically show the parts relevant to the present invention, and they do not represent the actual structure as a product. In addition, in order to make the drawings concise and understandable, components having the same structure or function in some of the drawings are only schematically illustrated or only labeled. The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail with specific examples below.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a fitness training plan management system, including: the system comprises an open platform 1, an open platform public page 2 and a third party application 3; the open platform public page 2 is used for acquiring a fitness training plan of a user; the third-party application 3 is used for accessing the public page 2 of the open platform; the third-party application 3 accesses the public page 2 of the open platform through software development toolkit technology (such as sdk, software development kit), and a method for interacting with the open platform 1 is encapsulated in sdk, so that the difficulty and the workload of access are reduced.
The third-party application 3 includes: a first interface unit 31 and a second interface unit 32 communicating with the open platform 1; wherein:
the first interface unit 31 is configured to, when receiving a first operation instruction, perform push management on the user fitness training plan based on the first operation instruction;
the second interface unit 32 is used for collecting the user fitness training data when the fitness user exercises based on the user fitness training plan and uploading the user fitness training data to the open platform 1;
and the open platform 1 is used for analyzing and processing the user fitness training data, acquiring user fitness quality and completion evaluation data, and pushing the user fitness quality and completion evaluation data to a third-party application 3 for a fitness coach to check.
In the scheme of the application, two aspects are mainly included: adding and pushing a user fitness training plan, and acquiring and evaluating user fitness training data.
(1) User fitness plan adding and pushing
In the specific implementation process, after the third-party application 3 is nested into the open platform public page 2, the open platform operator or the fitness trainer inputs the fitness training plan of the user through the first interface unit 31.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the open platform 1 includes: the first storage unit 11 is used for storing the user fitness training plan. Specifically, the user's fitness training plan input by the open platform operator or fitness trainer through the first interface unit 31 is stored in the first storage unit 11.
Further, still referring to fig. 2, the open platform 1 includes: the second storage unit 12 is configured to store mapping relationship data between the fitness training plan of the user and identity information of each fitness user. Specifically, the open platform operator or the fitness trainer inputs the user fitness training plans corresponding to the users one by one through the first interface unit 31 based on the mapping relationship between the user fitness training plans stored in the second storage unit 12 and the identity information of the fitness users, and stores the user fitness training plans in the open platform 1.
In a specific implementation process, referring to fig. 2, the fitness training plan management system further includes: a third-party application management background 4; the third-party application 3 is accessed to the open platform public page 2 through the third-party application management background 4. The first interface unit 31 includes: the first login module 311 is configured to identify the user identity information currently logged in the open platform 1 through the first interface unit 31, and give a corresponding right after the identification is completed.
In a specific implementation process, the open platform 1 is a functional platform, the third-party application 3 can be an android ios applet, a fitness trainer end and a fitness user end are arranged for different user groups, the first interface unit 31 corresponds to the fitness trainer end, the fitness trainer requests to log in the open platform 1 at the fitness trainer end of the third-party application 3, the third-party application 3 calls the first interface unit 31 to log in the open platform 1, in the process, user identity information (namely, the unique identifier openid _1) of the fitness trainer is generated at the open platform 1, and all data interaction between the fitness trainer end of the third-party application 3 and the open platform 1 is completed based on openid _ 1.
In a specific implementation process, after the user fitness training plan is input, a fitness trainer can call the first interface unit 31 to log in the open platform 1 through a fitness trainer end of the third-party application 3, check the user fitness training plan, and further send a first operation instruction to the open platform 1, so that the user fitness training plan is pushed and managed based on the first operation instruction and pushed to a corresponding fitness user.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the third-party application 3 further includes a third interface unit 33 (corresponding to the exercise user end) for identifying the identity information of the current exercise user when acquiring the viewing request from the exercise user, and acquiring exercise training plan data corresponding to the identity information of the current exercise user from the open platform 1. Specifically, the third interface unit 33 includes: the third login module 331 is configured to identify the user identity information currently logged in the open platform 1 through the third interface unit 33, and give a corresponding right after the identification is completed. When the fitness user requests to log in the open platform 1 through the third-party application 3, the third-party application 3 calls the third interface unit 33 to log in the open platform 1, in the process, user identity information (namely, the unique identifier openid _2) of the fitness user is generated on the open platform 1, and all data interaction between the fitness user side of the third-party application 3 and the open platform 1 is completed based on the openid _ 2.
(2) User fitness training data acquisition and assessment
In a specific implementation process, please refer to fig. 3, the third-party application 3 further provides an interface (i.e., a second interface unit 32) for collecting the fitness training data of the user, and is directly or indirectly connected to the fitness training data collecting module 5, so as to collect the fitness training data of the user during the fitness process of the user. Specifically, the following two ways are included for collecting the fitness training data of the user:
the first mode is as follows: the body-building equipment is provided with sensors, and when a user builds up the body according to a body-building training plan, the sensors directly or indirectly transmit the acquired data to a third-party application associated with the body-building equipment; specifically, the exercise machine is an intelligently modified machine, and the collected exercise training data of the user is transmitted to sdk through a protocol. In the process, the current fitness equipment is bound with the fitness user, and after the fitness equipment collects fitness training data of the user, the fitness training data of the user are uploaded to the open platform 1.
The second mode is as follows: the fitness user carries with portable data acquisition device (such as bracelet, armband etc.), when the user is according to body-building training plan body-building, gathers user's body-building training data, is equipped with third party application (supporting sdk technique) in the bracelet, saves the user body-building training data of gathering in real time, and portable data acquisition device (such as bracelet, armband etc.) transmits the user body-building training data of gathering to sdk through the agreement. In the process, the portable data acquisition device (such as a bracelet, an arm band and the like) is bound with the fitness user, and after the portable data acquisition device acquires the fitness training data of the user, the fitness training data of the user is uploaded to the open platform 1.
In a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 3, a fitness training data acquisition module 5 (such as a sensor, a bracelet, an arm band, etc.) for acquiring fitness training data of a user may be included in the fitness training plan management system of the present scheme.
In a specific implementation process, the open platform 1 analyzes and processes the fitness training data of the user after receiving the fitness training data, so as to obtain fitness quality and completion evaluation data of the user, further, the first interface unit 31 is further configured to receive the fitness quality and completion evaluation data of the user pushed by the open platform 1 for a fitness coach to check, and simultaneously obtain a fitness training plan of the user updated by the fitness coach based on the fitness quality and completion evaluation data of the user, and upload the fitness training plan to the open platform 1 for storage.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the fitness user can log in the open platform 1 through the third interface unit 33 (corresponding to the fitness user side) of the third-party application 3 to check the pushed fitness training plan data and plan update data, and can also check the historical fitness completion condition of the user, thereby better knowing the fitness condition of the user.
In summary, the present invention provides a fitness training plan management system, which obtains a fitness training plan added by a fitness trainer for a user through an open platform public page, so that the fitness trainer pushes the fitness training plan to a corresponding fitness user through a third-party application, and meanwhile, when the user exercises, the open platform collects fitness training data of the user in real time through the third-party application, counts and analyzes real data of fitness training quality and completion of the user, and feeds back an analysis result of the fitness training data of the user to the fitness trainer through an interface of the third-party application to the fitness trainer for viewing, so that the fitness trainer adjusts the fitness training plan of the user. The fitness training plan management scheme associates the formulation and addition of the fitness training plan, the acquisition of fitness training data and the evaluation of fitness training quality and completeness together, dynamically manages the training plan of a fitness user, masters the fitness effect of the user based on the training plan in real time and realizes scientific fitness management of the fitness user.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a fitness training plan management method, which is applied to the fitness training plan management system described in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
s1, after the third-party application 3 is nested and accessed into the public page 2 of the open platform, a user fitness training plan is obtained based on the third-party application 3 and uploaded to the open platform 1 for storage;
s2, when a first operation instruction is received, pushing and managing the user fitness training plan based on the first operation instruction;
s3, when the fitness user exercises based on the fitness training plan of the user, collecting fitness training data of the user and uploading the data to the open platform 1;
s4, analyzing and processing the user fitness training data through the open platform 1 to obtain user fitness quality and completion evaluation data, and pushing the user fitness quality and completion evaluation data to a third-party application 3 for a fitness coach to check.
Further, the method further comprises:
and S5, acquiring a user fitness training plan updated by the fitness trainer based on the user fitness quality and completion evaluation data, and uploading the user fitness training plan to the open platform 1 for storage.
