When the needle point of the needle tube 5 continuously retreats to the rear baffle plate part 302 of the spring clip 3, the annular bulge 502 of the needle tube 5 is blocked by the stop needle hole 306 on the rear baffle plate part 302, so that the needle point of the needle tube 5 is shielded in the needle shield 1, and at this time, the product enters a self-destruction state and cannot be used any more. when the needle base is pulled backwards, the remaining needle is triggered to perform self-destruction, the needle base drives the needle tube to retreat along the axial direction, when the needle point of the needle tube retreats from the eccentric hole of the eccentric separation blade, the eccentric separation blade without the support of the needle tube freely moves in the cavity of the needle protection sleeve until reaching a balanced state, the eccentric separation blade at the moment is in contact with the inner wall of the cavity of the needle protection sleeve through more than 2 support points of the outer contour to keep balance, the solid surface of the eccentric separation blade completely blocks the front end of the front section of the needle through hole of the needle protection sleeve, the blind hole of the eccentric separation blade prevents the needle point of the needle tube from entering the eccentric hole, and when the needle point of the needle tube retreats continuously, the annular bulge of the needle tube is blocked by the stop needle hole; the elastic cantilever part of the spring clamping piece recovers deformation, a buckle at the front end of the elastic cantilever part is disengaged from a bayonet of a catheter seat of the catheter seat assembly, and the catheter seat assembly can be taken down from the front end of the needle protection sleeve.
