Assembling the remaining needle:
as shown in figure 17, the puncture component is assembled, firstly the needle tube is fixedly connected with the needle bar, the puncture inclined plane of the needle tube is approximately the same side with the inner chord plane on the needle bar, then the small end of the locking connecting piece is sleeved into the needle bar towards the needle tube direction, then the needle bar is inserted into the fixedly connecting hole on the needle base, and the glue is dispensed and fixedly connected. Then the open end of the sliding slot of the wrapping sleeve faces the needle base, the needle tube, the needle rod and the locking connecting piece are sleeved, the sliding slot is arranged along the connecting rib on the needle base and slides towards the rear part of the needle base until the rear end face of the arc piece on the wrapping sleeve touches the front end face of the vertical push handle on the needle base, the needed catheter assembly is sleeved, the rear end of the catheter assembly is inserted into a frustum at the front end of the wrapping sleeve and an annular gap between the arc piece and the frustum, the convex clamp on the arc piece hooks the flange at the rear end of the catheter base, and finally, the open end of a blood return cavity on the needle base is plugged into an exhaust plug, so that the assembly of the indwelling needle is completed, as shown in fig. 3.
The use of an indwelling needle:
after the indwelling needle is successfully punctured and cannulated, the needle base is pulled to drive the puncture assembly to be far away from the catheter assembly, the puncture assembly gradually moves backwards along the inner cavity of the wrapping sleeve, the needle base slides out of the wrapping sleeve, then the needle rod also gradually exposes out of the sleeve, when the step shoulder at the front end of the needle rod touches the elastic convex card on the locking connecting piece, the connecting piece is driven to slide in the sleeve, the connecting piece touches the elastic convex card on the sleeve along with the backward movement of the needle rod to the big end face, at the moment, the needle base is continuously pulled, the cylindrical convex part at the front end of the needle rod climbs the elastic convex card, the cylindrical convex part enters the locking clamping groove, the front end face of the needle rod touches and is clamped with the rear end face of the elastic convex card, the step shoulder of the needle. Meanwhile, the large-head cylindrical surface on the connecting piece also climbs over the elastic convex card on the sleeve, the convex points on the elastic convex card slide into the rectangular hole on the large head of the connecting piece, and the front and rear vertical surfaces of the convex points of the elastic convex card contact with the wall of the rectangular hole to stop the sliding of the connecting piece, as shown in fig. 20 and 21. Pulling on the needle hub causes the tabs on the arcuate tab at the forward end of the cannula to disengage from the catheter assembly as shown in fig. 18. At this point, withdrawal of the needle cannula is completed, with the needle cannula also completely encased within the cannula.
The parts not described in the present embodiment are the same as those in the prior art.
Example two:
referring to fig. 22-28, the locking connection of the packing sleeve to the locking connection member may be a snap-fit connection with a male snap.
The elastic convex card on the wrapping sleeve can be shown in figures 1 and 2, the stop convex card is composed of two convex cards 4.1.6 and 4.1.7 with certain axial distance, the top surfaces of the convex cards are higher than the outer surface of the sleeve, the two convex cards can be on the same straight line and can also be arranged around the axial direction in a staggered manner, the locking connecting piece is shown in figures 3, 4 and 5, a circular ring 4.2.6 with rectangular cross section is arranged at a certain distance from the outer peripheral surface of the big end, and the circular ring and the outer periphery of the connecting piece are connected into a whole through a rib 4.2.7. After the indwelling needle is withdrawn, the front raised card vertical surface on the wrapping sleeve touches the front vertical surface of the locking connecting piece ring, the locking connecting piece moves forwards, the rear raised card vertical surface on the wrapping sleeve touches the rear vertical surface of the locking connecting piece ring, and the locking connecting piece slides out of the wrapping sleeve, as shown in fig. 6 and 7.
After the locking connecting piece is locked by each rod piece, the circular ring can also play a role in limiting the opening of the slot on the wrapping sleeve, so that the artificial swing amplitude of the needle rod is greatly reduced, and the needle tube is wrapped more reliably.
The parts of this embodiment not described are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Example three:
referring to fig. 29-35, the wrap sleeve may be a split construction, consisting of a front section 4.1.8 and a body 4.1.9. The front section is provided with a stepped snap hole 4.1.8.1 and a corresponding snap receptacle 4.1.8.2. The front end of the body is provided with a buckling convex card 4.1.9.1 correspondingly matched with the stepped buckling hole 4.1.8.1 and the buckling insertion hole 4.1.8.2, and is buckled with the stepped buckling hole 4.1.8.1 through the buckling insertion hole 4.1.8.2. The rear end of the body outer ring is provided with a shoulder 4.1.9.2 for stopping the ring from separating to form a stop flange clip, and the rear end of the sliding slot on the body is provided with an elastic clip 4.1.9.3 as a stop elastic clip, and the distance between the elastic clip and the shoulder is matched with the thickness of the ring 4.2.6 (see figure 24). So that when the needle is withdrawn, the ring on the locking connector just falls into it, in a state in which it is both limited front and back, as shown in fig. 35.

The embodiment is the same as the embodiment except for the above-mentioned portions.

Claims (12)

1.
