Then, the core rod 3 is broken off from the notch of the core rod 3, at this time, the front part of the core rod 3, the elastic support clamping piece 6, the needle seat 5, the needle tube 7 and the piston 4 are remained in the needle cylinder 1, the needle tube 7 is completely shielded, and the pull-back type injector is in a complete self-destruction state.
In addition, the number of the eccentric blocking pieces 2 in the present embodiment is 3, and the number of the eccentric blocking pieces 2 may be more or less as long as the needle through hole 107 of the needle cylinder 1 can be blocked. The 3-piece eccentric retainer 2 has 2 postures in a balanced state in the neck front chamber 102 of the cylinder 1, see fig. 9 and 10. In a posture of the 3 eccentric flaps 2 shown in fig. 9 in a balanced state, the center distance between the eccentric hole 201 of the eccentric flap 2 and the needle through hole 107 of the cylinder 1 is L1, and the movement locus of the eccentric hole 201 is a circle having a radius of R1 (R1 = L1); in the other posture of the 3 eccentric flaps 2 in the balanced state shown in fig. 10, the center distance between the eccentric hole 201 of the eccentric flap 2 and the needle through hole 107 of the cylinder 1 is L2, and the movement locus of the eccentric hole 201 is a circle having a radius of R2 (R2 = L2). Wherein, the diameter of the eccentric hole 201 of the eccentric baffle 2 is D, the diameter of the needle through hole 107 of the needle cylinder 1 is D, L1 > (D + D)/2, L2 > (D + D)/2, and L1 (R1) and L2(R2) can be the same or different. Thus, the eccentric hole 201 of the eccentric cam 2 is kept in a state of not intersecting with and overlapping with the needle through hole 107 of the needle cylinder 1 in a balanced state, and the edge of the eccentric hole 201 can shield the needle hole of the needle tube 7.
It should be noted that many variations and modifications of the embodiments of the present invention fully described are possible and are not to be considered as limited to the specific examples of the above embodiments. Claims (8)
1. A pull-back injector with an eccentric baffle of a shielding needle comprises a needle cylinder, a core rod, a piston, a needle seat, an elastic supporting clamping piece and a needle tube, and is characterized in that,
an inner partition plate with a central opening is arranged in the cylinder neck at the front end of the cylinder, the inner cavity of the cylinder neck of the cylinder is divided into a cylinder neck front cavity and a cylinder neck rear cavity by the inner partition plate, the cylinder neck front cavity is communicated with the needle through hole at the front end of the cylinder, and a needle seat is arranged in the cylinder neck rear cavity; the inner wall of the rear part of the needle cylinder is provided with an annular stop step protruding along the circumferential direction, the outer wall of the front part of the core bar is provided with a blocking piece and an elastic barb which are arranged in front and back, and the blocking piece and the elastic barb are matched with the annular stop step of the needle cylinder;
the needle cylinder is characterized by further comprising eccentric blocking pieces, wherein the eccentric blocking pieces are installed in a cylinder neck front cavity of the needle cylinder, are arranged along the radial surface and are axially limited by an inner structure of the cylinder neck front cavity and an inner partition plate, the number of the eccentric blocking pieces is more than 1, eccentric holes are formed in the eccentric blocking pieces, a plurality of blind holes arranged on the peripheral sides of the eccentric holes along the circumferential direction are formed in the rear end surfaces of the eccentric blocking pieces, and more than 2 supporting points are arranged on the outer contour of each eccentric blocking piece; the rear end of the needle tube is fixed on the needle base, and the needle point at the front end of the needle tube is exposed after passing through the eccentric hole of the eccentric baffle and the needle through hole of the needle cylinder;
when the core rod is pulled back to drive the needle point of the needle tube to exit the eccentric hole of the eccentric block piece, the eccentric block piece without the support of the needle tube can freely move along the radial surface in the front cavity of the cylinder neck of the needle tube until reaching a balanced state, the eccentric block piece in the balanced state is contacted with the inner wall of the front cavity of the cylinder neck of the needle tube through a fulcrum on the outer contour to keep balance, the solid surface of the eccentric block piece blocks the needle through hole of the needle tube, and the needle point of the blind hole on the peripheral side of the eccentric hole avoids entering the eccentric hole;
when the elastic barb of the pulled-back core rod passes over the annular stop step of the needle cylinder, the annular stop step of the needle cylinder is clamped between the blocking piece of the core rod and the elastic barb to limit the axial movement of the core rod.

The retractable syringe with the shielding needle eccentric baffle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the rear cavity of the neck of the needle cylinder is provided with a convex tooth sleeve in front, and the outer wall of the middle part of the needle seat is provided with a tooth hub matched with the tooth sleeve of the needle cylinder.

The retractable syringe with the shielding needle eccentric baffle according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the back cavity of the syringe neck is provided with an annular retaining groove which is inwards concave along the circumferential direction, and the rear part of the elastic support fastener is disc-shaped and matched with the annular retaining groove of the syringe.

The retractable syringe with the shielding needle eccentric baffle according to claim 1, wherein the front outer wall of the core rod is provided with an inverse buckle, the front part of the elastic support clamping piece is installed in the cavity at the rear part of the needle seat through a buckle type fit, the front part of the elastic support clamping piece is in a hollow cylindrical shape, and the inner wall of the front part of the elastic support clamping piece is provided with a buckle matched with the inverse buckle of the core rod.

The pull-back syringe with the shielding needle eccentric baffle according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the rear part of the needle seat is provided with a sealing ring installation groove which is inwards concave along the circumferential direction, and a sealing ring is installed in the sealing ring installation groove.
6. The retractable syringe with the shielding needle eccentric baffle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front outer wall of the core rod is provided with an elastic support body, and the elastic support body is matched with the rear end surface and the inner wall of the piston.
7. The retractable syringe with the shielding needle eccentric baffle plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rear outer wall of the core rod is provided with a safety plate, and the safety plate is matched with the rear end surface and the inner wall of the syringe.
8. The retractable syringe with the eccentric shielding plate of shielding needle as set forth in claim 1, wherein the eccentric hole of the eccentric shielding plate is provided with a rounded corner along the edge.
