本发明提供了一种酸枣仁油微囊粉及其制备方法和应用,包括:配制一定浓度的阿拉伯胶、麦芽糊精水溶液,加入酸枣仁油,均质混匀。喷雾干燥仪喷雾干燥即得酸枣仁油微囊粉。本发明工艺简单可行,制备条件容易控制,本发明以阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精为复合壁材,对酸枣仁油进行微囊化,具备较佳的分散性;酸枣仁油终乳液在显微镜下观察显示微囊直径主要分布在3‑20μm之间,且囊球圆整,表面光滑,无裂纹说明该产品的包埋效果好,可长期贮存。本发明酸枣仁油微囊粉可应用在解决失眠,提升睡眠质量,缓解头疼、眩晕、疲惫,舒解紧张、焦虑、抑郁、记忆力减退、神经衰弱等不适症状。

技术领域
本发明涉及微囊粉技术领域,具体涉及一种酸枣仁油微囊粉及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
酸枣仁油是从酸枣仁中提取出来的一种疏水性油类物质,主要成份是棕榈酸、油酸和亚油酸和二十碳烯酸和花生酸等。酸枣仁油的油状液体限制了其制剂剂型选择,市售的制剂剂型为软胶囊,在货架期易发生变色、破裂、粘黏等。同时油状液体与其他活性成分在制剂成型时也存在混合困难等问题。
目前市场作为保健品应用的酸枣仁油制剂,较多的为酸枣仁油软胶囊。酸枣仁油软胶囊面临以下问题:贮存期内崩解变得不合格、胶囊内油脂渗漏、酸值和过氧化值升高等稳定性问题。因此需要开发酸枣仁油口服新剂型。
微胶囊技术是将液体芯材通过壁材包裹起来形成微小颗粒的粉末化技术。微囊化可使液体油脂固体化,固定化微囊具有水溶性,同时可以提高油脂的稳定性,解决了油脂在固体食品和保健品中的应用性,易氧化等问题。目前尚没有关于酸枣仁油的微囊化的报道,其他活性物质的微囊化技术多使用乳化剂,但是每一种活性物质均具有自身特殊的性质,不同的微囊化材料预期作用所表现出的效果是不相同的,现有的微囊化技术应用于酸枣仁油中,可能在水溶性、分散性、稳定性等方面也会存在一定问题。
发明内容
本有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于一种酸枣仁油微囊粉,使得所述微囊粉具备良好的分散性。为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种酸枣仁油微囊粉,包括酸枣仁油和壁材,所述壁材包括阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精,所述壁材和酸枣仁油的质量比为(1:1)~(5:1),所述阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精的质量比为(1:8)~1。
作为优选,一种酸枣仁油微囊粉,包括酸枣仁油和壁材,所述壁材包括阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精,所述壁材和酸枣仁油的质量比为(2:1)~(4:1),所述阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精的质量比为(1:6)~(1:3)。
本发明针对现有技术中缺乏酸枣仁油微囊化技术的现状,提供了一种酸枣仁油微囊粉,以适宜的壁材实现了提高酸枣仁油的水溶性、分散性、稳定性。
一种酸枣仁油微囊粉的制备方法,步骤如下:将壁材加入纯水溶解,得到壁材水溶液,然后加入酸枣仁油,高速搅拌,得到初乳液;所述初乳液均质得到终乳液,终乳液喷雾干燥得到酸枣仁油微囊粉。
进一步地,所述壁材水溶液中壁材的质量浓度百分比为10~50%。
作为优选,在将壁材加入超纯水溶解过程中,可以在20~60℃下加热搅拌溶解,温度可具体选择为20℃、30℃、50℃、或60℃;所述壁材水溶液中壁材的质量浓度百分比为10~50%,在具体实施方式中可选择10%、20%、30%或者50%;所述高速剪切为以200r/min~1000r/min速度剪切,更优选为以700r/min~1000r/min速度剪切,所述速度可具体选择为700r/min、800r/min、900r/min或1000r/min。
进一步地,本发明的制备方法优选在3000rpm~6000rpm速度条件下进行均质,更为优选地在5000rpm速度下进行均质,这样有利于油脂与壁材中亲油基团的接触,增大亲和力,得到均匀稳定的乳化液,从而确保有效的包埋酸枣仁油。
进一步地,本发明的制备方法将乳化均质后的终乳液迅速进行喷雾干燥处理,得到微囊粉产品,这样既能保证所得的终乳液在最稳定的状态下干燥成型,又能保证料液温度,降低能耗。终乳液在此温度下黏度及流动性均为最佳状态,有利于喷雾干燥过程中料液充分雾化,与热空气接触的比表面积增加,进而使水分迅速蒸发和囊壁快速成膜。
进一步地,本发明的制备方法采用喷雾干燥法制备酸枣仁油微囊粉,喷雾干燥处理时的进风温度优选为150℃,出风温度优选为94℃,进料流量优选为2.5mL/min,在此条件下可迅速形成完整致密光滑的微囊粉,所得产品含水率较低,为2.3%(在5%以下),具有良好的分散性、流动性。
一种酸枣仁油微囊粉在解决失眠,提升睡眠质量,缓解头疼、眩晕、疲惫,舒解紧张、焦虑、抑郁、记忆力减退、神经衰弱等不适症状,能帮助人们获得良好的睡眠的药物、食品或保健品中的应用。
本发明有益效果:本发明以阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精为复合壁材,对酸枣仁油进行微囊化,具备较佳的分散性;酸枣仁油终乳液在显微镜下观察显示微囊直径主要分布在3-20μm之间,且囊球圆整,表面光滑,无裂纹说明该产品的包埋效果好,可长期贮存。

本发明公开了一种酸枣仁油微囊粉及其制备方法和应用,本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。本发明所述微囊粉及其制备方法和应用已经通过实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的方法和应用进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。以下就本发明所提供的一种酸枣仁油微囊粉及其制备方法和应用做进一步说明。
实施例1:制备本发明所述酸枣仁油微囊粉
(1)组成
壁材:酸枣仁油=3.5:1,壁材中阿拉伯胶:麦芽糊精=1:6
(2)制备方法
将壁材加入纯水中,50℃下加热搅拌溶解,得到壁材水溶液;其中所述复合壁材水溶液质量浓度为30%;
在上述壁材水溶液中加入酸枣仁油,以800r/min的速度高速剪切2min,得到初乳液;其中,所述复合壁材与酸枣仁油的质量比为2:1;将得到的初乳液以5000rpm速度,均质2次得到均一稳定的终乳液;
将上述均质后的终乳液喷雾干燥得到酸枣仁油微囊粉末,喷雾干燥处理时的进风温度为150℃,出风温度为94℃,进料流量为2.5mL/min。
(3)显微镜检测
本实施例所得到的产品显微镜图如图1所示,从图1可以看出,酸枣仁油终乳液在显微镜下观察显示微囊直径主要分布在3-20μm之间,且囊球圆整,表面光滑,无裂纹说明该产品的包埋效果好,可长期贮存。
实施例2:制备本发明所述酸枣仁油微囊粉
(1)组成
壁材:酸枣仁油=2:1,壁材中阿拉伯胶:麦芽糊精=1:6
(2)制备方法
将壁材加入超纯水中,50℃下加热搅拌溶解,得到壁材水溶液;其中所述壁材水溶液质量浓度为15%;
在上述壁材水溶液中加入酸枣仁油,以700r/min的速度高速剪切2min,得到初乳液;其中,所述壁材与酸枣仁油的质量比为2:1;将得到的初乳液以5000rpm,均质2次得到均一稳定的终乳液;
将上述均质后的终乳液喷雾干燥得到酸枣仁油微囊粉末,喷雾干燥处理时的进风温度为150℃,出风温度为95℃,进料流量为2.5mL/min。
(3)显微镜检测
本实施例所得到的产品显微镜图如图2所示,从图2可以看出,酸枣仁油终乳液在显微镜下观察显示微囊直径主要分布在3-20μm之间,且囊球圆整,表面光滑,无裂纹,说明该产品的包埋效果好,可长期贮存。
实施例3:制备本发明所述酸枣仁油微囊粉
(1)组成
壁材:酸枣仁油=3:1,壁材中阿拉伯胶:麦芽糊精=1:6

实施例5:酸枣仁油微囊粉分散性试验
以实施例1制备方法为基础,按照表1设置的各项参数进行酸枣仁油微囊粉的制备,然后统计各产品以及本发明实施例1-4产品的分散性,结果见表1。
分散性测定实验:称取样品5g,溶于25℃,50mL去离子水中,在恒温磁力搅拌器上以一定的转速搅拌,记录从搅拌开始到乳粉结块组织全部分散所需时间;重复试验3次,取其平均值,此值作为分散时间(s)。
DT=(t1+t2+t3)/3
式中,DT-分散时间,s;t1-第一次分散时间,s;t2-第二次分散时间,s;t3-第三次分散时间,s。

由表1的结果可知,在本发明各工艺参数条件下制备的产品,分散时间为5-8s,分散时间越短表明乳粉在水中不易结团,能够快速的在水中均匀扩散。
实施例6:酸枣仁油微囊粉应用
将实施例1中制备的酸枣仁油微囊粉,与2%的微粉硅胶混匀后,按本领域
内公知的方法灌装硬胶囊,制得含有酸枣仁油微囊粉的胶囊制剂。
实施例7:酸枣仁油微囊粉应用
将实施例1中制备的酸枣仁油微囊粉50g,与25g麦芽糊精,2g硬脂酸镁混
匀后,置于干法制粒机中制粒,按本领域内公知的方法造粒,制得酸枣仁油微囊粉的颗粒剂。
Claims (9)
1.一种酸枣仁油微囊粉,其特征在于:包括酸枣仁油和壁材,所述壁材包括阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精,所述壁材和酸枣仁油的质量比为(1:1)~(5:1),所述阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精的质量比为(1:8)~1。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种酸枣仁油微囊粉,其特征在于:包括酸枣仁油和壁材,所述壁材包括阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精,所述壁材和酸枣仁油的质量比为(2:1)~(4:1),所述阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精的质量比为(1:6)~(1:3)。
3.一种酸枣仁油微囊粉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:将壁材加入纯水溶解,得到壁材水溶液,然后加入酸枣仁油,高速搅拌,得到初乳液;所述初乳液均质得到终乳液,终乳液喷雾干燥得到酸枣仁油微囊粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种酸枣仁油微囊粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述壁材水溶液中壁材的质量浓度百分比为10~50%。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种酸枣仁油微囊粉的制备方法,其特征在于:在将壁材加入超纯水溶解过程中,可以在20~60℃下加热搅拌溶解。
6.根据权利要求3所述一种酸枣仁油微囊粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高速搅拌剪切为以200r/min~1000r/min速度剪切。
7.根据权利要求3所述一种酸枣仁油微囊粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述初乳液均质得到终乳液操作条件为:速度为3000rpm~6000rpm。
8.根据权利要求3所述一种酸枣仁油微囊粉的制备方法,其特征在于:喷雾干燥处理时的进风温度为150℃,出风温度为94℃,进料流量为2.5mL/min。
9.一种酸枣仁油微囊粉在解决失眠,提升睡眠质量,缓解头疼、眩晕、疲惫,舒解紧张、焦虑、抑郁、记忆力减退、神经衰弱等不适症状,能帮助人们获得良好的睡眠的药物、食品或保健品中的应用。
