Description

Shampoo containing silicone oil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of personal care, and particularly relates to shampoo containing silicone oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Silicone oil is a kind of oily matter with siloxane structure and chain structure with different polymerization degrees, also called silicone. In the last 70 th century, people have made great progress in the research on silicone oil and derivatives thereof and gradually applied the silicone oil and derivatives thereof to personal care products, most commonly shampoo products. The common knowledge is generally acknowledged that the silicone oil can be easily adsorbed on the hair to form a layer of protective film on the hair upper hair scales, so that the hair upper hair scales and the damaged positions thereof are protected, the smoothness of the hair is improved, and the effect of protecting the hair is achieved; the silicone oil can simultaneously improve the combing property, the glossiness and the toughness of the hair; finally, silicone oil also repairs hair damage caused by perming and the like, so that uneven hair scales tend to be flat. Therefore, shampoo containing silicone oil is always the mainstream formulation in shampoo, and is favored by merchants and consumers for a long time.
However, shampoos containing silicone oils also have significant disadvantages, mainly in that if one uses a shampoo containing silicone oils for a long time, the silicone oils accumulate on the hair, resulting in unnatural, heavy, greasy, slumped, dry hair, and possibly also hair loss. Due to the above negative effects, shampoo without silicone oil should be produced. However, the efficacy of the shampoo without silicone oil is still difficult to compare favorably with the shampoo containing silicone oil in the aspect of hair improvement, and the shampoo containing silicone oil cannot be replaced for a while so far.
Therefore, there is a need to find a shampoo formulation containing silicon which can reduce the harm and negative effects to hair while maintaining the advantages of hair care, so that consumers can use the shampoo containing silicone oil more confidently.

Example 5
The shampoos containing silicone oils described in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were tested for detergency, hair care on the subjects, post-wash feeling of the subjects, and formulation stability. The test method is as follows:
(1) stain removal performance test method: the shampoos containing silicone oils described in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 were subjected to a sebum stain removal test according to the method described in GB/T13174-.
(2) Hair combing test method: preparing a plurality of wig hair bundles with the weight of 40g, uniformly coating 4g of the shampoos of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 on the hair bundles, standing for 5 minutes, rinsing with tap water, and naturally drying.
Then, the combing performance of the hair bundle is graded by a sensory evaluation method, which specifically comprises the following steps: the subjects manually combed the tresses and felt the smoothness of the tresses and whether there was a hair tangle, dryness and dryness, and scored each tress as follows:
1 minute: the phenomena of hair entanglement, hair dryness and dryness are serious during combing, and the hair cannot be combed to the end easily;
and 2, dividing: the phenomenon of dry and dry hair exists during combing, the phenomenon of hair entanglement is basically avoided, but the hair cannot be combed to the end easily;
and 3, dividing: occasionally, the hair is dry and dry during combing, the hair is not tangled, and occasionally, one comb can be used for combing the hair to the end;
and 4, dividing: the phenomena of hair tangling, hair dryness and dryness do not exist during combing, and the hair can feel smooth and light and can be combed to the end basically;
and 5, dividing: the hair is not tangled, dried and dry when combing, and the hair can be obviously smooth and light and can be combed to the end.
The scores of the combing properties of the above hair tresses were then collected from 20 subjects and averaged as the final result of the hair combing test method.
(3) Method for testing after-washing feeling of hair: the 8 shampoos of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were divided into 8 groups of 1 shampoo sample per group, and 3 subjects were tried. The specific method comprises the following steps: 100g of shampoo samples were distributed to each subject and allowed to be used after washing hair home with a usage cycle of 20 days and a usage frequency of 0.5-1 day/time. Then, the next day after each use, hair feel was recorded. Then, the using effect of the period is scored by a sensory evaluation method, and the specific scoring detailed formula is as follows:
1 minute: after washing for 24 hours, the hair feels easy to tangle, dry and split, and the scalp feels thick;
and 2, dividing: after washing for 24 hours, the hair feels easier to dry and split, less tangled and slightly heavy;
and 3, dividing: after washing for 24h, the hair feels occasionally dry and split, almost no tangle exists, and the scalp feels slightly thick;
and 4, dividing: after washing for 24 hours, the hair is hardly tangled, dried and split, and is relatively fresh and cool;
and 5, dividing: after washing for 24 hours, the hair was not tangled, dried and split, the scalp was not heavy and was refreshing.
(4) And (3) stability testing: 500ml of each of the 8 shampoos of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 was taken, packaged in a transparent PE bottle and sealed, and the 8 samples were placed in an oven at 40 ℃ for 48 hours and then in a refrigerator at 0 ℃ for 48 hours; the above steps are cycled for three times. The sample was then removed and allowed to stand for visual inspection.
The results of the above stain removal performance test, hair combing test, feel test after hair washing, and stability test are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 statistics of the relevant Effect of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4
Figure RE-GDA0002395157040000101
Figure RE-GDA0002395157040000111
As can be seen from the above table, the samples in examples 1-4 have little difference in the detergency for sebum compared with the corresponding samples in comparative examples 1-4, which shows that the addition of the carboxyl silicone oil derivative in the shampoo of the silicone oil disclosed in the present invention does not cause a significant decrease in the detergency of the shampoo formulation, so that the technical effect in terms of the detergency of the shampoo containing the silicone oil disclosed in the present invention can be ensured.
The formulas described in examples 1-4, however, had significantly higher subject statistical scores than the formulas described in comparative examples 1-4 in terms of the statistical effect of the hair combing test and the post-hair feel test. On the one hand, the formulations of examples 1-2 scored higher on hair combing and after-hair feel than the formulations of comparative examples 1-2, which indicates that the carboxy silicone oil derivatives disclosed in the present invention have better hair care effects than the conventional dimethyl silicone oil and amino silicone oil; on the other hand, the formula of example 3 has a higher hair combing performance and hair after-washing feeling score than the formula of comparative example 3, which shows that the carboxyl silicone oil derivative and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether disclosed by the invention have a synergistic effect, so that the cleaning and caring effects on hair are enhanced. While the effect of example 4 is significantly better than that of comparative example 4, which shows that the carboxy silicone oil derivative is a very critical component in the hair care effect, and the shampoo formula lacking the carboxy silicone oil derivative has a great loss of the effect in the hair care aspect.
According to the statistics of the stability test effect of the formula, the formula containing the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether has a remarkable hydrogen bonding effect with the carboxyl silicone oil derivative, so that the compatibility and the dispersibility of the carboxyl silicone oil derivative in the formula of the shampoo can be improved, and the carboxyl silicone oil derivative cannot be separated out from the formula even after the shampoo is subjected to multiple high-low temperature cycle experiments, so that the formula is kept in a homogeneous phase, and the efficacy of the shampoo is also kept; in contrast, in comparative example 3, the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether was removed from the formulation, which resulted in poor compatibility between the carboxy silicone oil derivative and the shampoo formulation, and white precipitates were precipitated in the formulation after high-low temperature cycles. The combination of the carboxyl silicone oil derivative and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether proves that the compatibility of the formula is greatly influenced.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
