The use method of the neurological rehabilitation therapy device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of rotating shafts (11-2) are uniformly arranged on the vertical plate (11-1) in the up-down direction for adjusting the height of the handles (11-5) at the two ends of the rotating rope (11-4).
8. The use method of the neurological rehabilitation therapy device according to claim 1, wherein the inner sides of the thigh placing plate (12) and the calf placing plate (13) are provided with placing plate limiting blocks (15) which are positioned above the placing plate rotating shaft (14).
9. The use method of a neurological rehabilitation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the foot extension plate (21) is freely retractable and lockable within the lower leg rest plate (13).
10. The use method of the neurological rehabilitation device according to claim 1, wherein the hip-back rotating shaft (5) and the foot rotating shaft (22) are of a damping type structure and can be locked at any angle.
