when a user uses a kitchen knife to cut vegetables, receiving kitchen knife information of a kitchen knife executing a vegetable cutting action and first position information corresponding to a hand not using the kitchen knife, wherein the first position information comprises position information of a finger of the hand not using the kitchen knife relative to a cutting board;
determining a matching result according to the kitchen knife information, the first position information and preset vegetable cutting information;
and outputting vegetable cutting reminding information according to the matching result and a preset matching result so as to assist a user in cutting vegetables safely.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (8)
1. An auxiliary method for cutting vegetables, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a user uses a kitchen knife to cut vegetables, receiving kitchen knife information of a kitchen knife executing a vegetable cutting action and first position information corresponding to a hand not using the kitchen knife, wherein the first position information comprises position information of a finger of the hand not using the kitchen knife relative to a cutting board;
determining a matching result according to the kitchen knife information, the first position information and preset vegetable cutting information;
outputting vegetable cutting reminding information according to the matching result and a preset matching result to assist a user in cutting vegetables safely, wherein the kitchen knife information comprises a cutting edge drop point and a cutting edge inclination angle, and the matching result comprises a distance matching result; according to the kitchen knife information, the first position information and the preset vegetable cutting information, determining a matching result comprises:
determining distance information between the hand not using the kitchen knife and the knife edge of the kitchen knife according to the knife edge drop point, the knife edge inclination angle and the first position information;
matching the distance information with preset distance information to obtain a distance matching result;
or the kitchen knife information comprises a knife edge inclination angle and a knife edge force, and the matching result comprises an operation matching result; according to the kitchen knife information, the first position information and the preset vegetable cutting information, determining a matching result comprises:
determining the operation information of the user for cutting the vegetable by using the kitchen knife according to the blade inclination angle, the blade force and the first position information;
and matching the operation information with preset operation information to obtain an operation matching result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining distance information of a hand not using a kitchen knife from a knife edge of the kitchen knife based on the edge drop point, the edge tilt angle, and the first position information comprises:
according to the cutting edge drop point and the cutting edge inclination angle, second position information corresponding to any point on the cutting edge line on the chopping board is obtained;
and calculating the difference value between the second position information and the first position information to obtain the distance information between the finger of the hand not using the kitchen knife and the knife edge of the kitchen knife.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein outputting a vegetable cutting reminding message according to the matching result and a preset matching result to assist a user in cutting vegetables safely comprises:
and when the distance matching result is smaller than a preset distance matching result, outputting first reminding information, wherein the first reminding information is used for reminding a user to increase the distance between the finger of the hand not using the kitchen knife and the kitchen knife.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein when the kitchen knife information includes a knife edge inclination angle and a knife edge force, the matching result includes an operation matching result, and the outputting of the vegetable cutting reminding information according to the matching result and a preset matching result to assist a user in cutting vegetables safely comprises:
and when the operation matching result is smaller than the preset operation matching result, outputting second reminding information, wherein the second reminding information is used for reminding a user of a mode of cutting the vegetable by using a kitchen knife.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving the kitchen knife information of the kitchen knife performing the cutting action and the first position information corresponding to the hand not using the kitchen knife when the user cuts the vegetable using the kitchen knife, the method further comprises:
and entering a safe vegetable cutting mode according to the received starting information.
6. An auxiliary device for cutting vegetables, characterized in that said device comprises:
the device comprises a receiving module, a processing module and a control module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving kitchen knife information of a kitchen knife executing a vegetable cutting action and first position information corresponding to a hand not using the kitchen knife when a user cuts vegetables by using the kitchen knife;
the matching module is used for determining a matching result according to the kitchen knife information, the first position information and preset vegetable cutting information, wherein the kitchen knife information comprises a cutting edge drop point and a cutting edge inclination angle, and the matching result comprises a distance matching result; according to the kitchen knife information, the first position information and the preset vegetable cutting information, determining a matching result comprises:
determining distance information between the hand not using the kitchen knife and the knife edge of the kitchen knife according to the knife edge drop point, the knife edge inclination angle and the first position information;
matching the distance information with preset distance information to obtain a distance matching result;
or the kitchen knife information comprises a knife edge inclination angle and a knife edge force, and the matching result comprises an operation matching result; according to the kitchen knife information, the first position information and the preset vegetable cutting information, determining a matching result comprises:
determining the operation information of the user for cutting the vegetable by using the kitchen knife according to the blade inclination angle, the blade force and the first position information;
matching the operation information with preset operation information to obtain an operation matching result;
and the output module is used for outputting the vegetable cutting reminding information according to the matching result and a preset matching result so as to assist a user in safely cutting vegetables.
7. An anvil, wherein said anvil comprises said device of claim 6.
8. A storage medium having a program stored thereon, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
