A food level children's sole which characterized in that: the sole comprises a sole body, the sole body sequentially comprises a sole area, an arch area and a heel area along the longitudinal direction, the periphery of the upper surface of the sole body extends upwards along the extending part, the extending part and the side surface of the sole body form a sole side wall together, the extending part and the upper surface of the sole body define a first groove together, the bottom surface of the first groove and the side surface of the first groove form a fillet, the cross section of the bottom surface of the first groove in the sole area along the transverse direction is arc-shaped, a toe guard part for preventing kicking is arranged at the upper end of the extending part in the sole area along the longitudinal direction of the sole body in an upwards and backwards bending and extending mode, the toe guard part and the sole body form a cavity capable of containing toe heads of feet, and a first connecting part and a second connecting part are sequentially and alternately arranged around the outer side surface of the sole body and the periphery extending to the bottom surface of the sole body, the first connecting part comprises a first transverse strip protruding along the upper end of the lateral surface of the sole body and first longitudinal strips extending downwards from two free ends of the first transverse strip, the first transverse strip and the two second longitudinal strips jointly define a first accommodating groove, the second connecting part comprises a second transverse strip protruding along the lower end of the lateral surface of the sole body and second longitudinal strips extending downwards from two free ends of the second transverse strip, the second transverse strip and the two second longitudinal strips jointly define a second accommodating groove, two adjacent first longitudinal strips on two adjacent first connecting parts are embedded into the second accommodating groove, two adjacent second longitudinal strips on two adjacent second connecting parts are invaded into the first accommodating groove, strip grooves are formed between two adjacent first connecting parts, two adjacent second connecting parts and between the first connecting part and the second connecting part at intervals, and a protrusion is arranged around the bottom surface of the sole body, an annular groove is formed between the protrusion and the second transverse strip, anti-slip strips are arranged in the annular groove at intervals along the longitudinal direction, a water drainage groove is formed between every two adjacent anti-slip strips, each anti-slip strip comprises a first portion and a second portion which are alternately connected end to end, and the included angle between the first portion and the second portion ranges from 30 degrees to 60 degrees.

A food grade children's shoe sole according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom surface of first recess is located arch of foot district and heel district and all is equipped with the second recess of caving in downwards, the depth dimension of second recess increases from arch of foot portion toward heel portion in proper order, and the depth dimension at second recess middle part is less than the depth dimension of its horizontal both sides, it makes progress the arch respectively to be located arch of foot portion and heel portion in the second recess and forms first check strip and second check strip, separates twelve first check chambeies and four second check chambeies of department respectively with arch of foot portion and heel portion.
3. A food-grade children's shoe sole according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the connection part of the extension part and the toe guard part is concave inwards to form a buffer groove.

A food grade children's shoe sole according to claim 3, wherein: the outer surface of the toe guard portion is provided with a plurality of first raised lines side by side along the longitudinal direction, and the outer surface of the extending portion is provided with a plurality of second protrusions side by side.
5. A food-grade children's shoe sole according to claim 4, wherein: the middle of the bottom surface of the sole body is provided with an identification area used for representing a product trademark.
6. A preparation process of food-grade children soles is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
a. selecting expanded thermoplastic elastomer, stearic acid, zinc stearate, filling material, wear-resisting agent, foaming agent and bridging agent material;
b. the method comprises the following steps of putting an expanded thermoplastic elastomer, a filler, stearic acid, zinc stearate and an abrasion-resistant agent into a mixing mill for the first mixing, then putting a foaming agent and a bridging agent into the mixing mill, stirring for five minutes, carrying out the second mixing, the third mixing and the fourth mixing, keeping the temperature in the mixing mill at 60-70 ℃, and carrying out thinning and granulation after the mixing is finished;
c. b, putting the product prepared in the step b into a stirrer for stirring and drying;
d. c, injection molding the product prepared in the step c, and setting the temperature of an injection molding die to be 170-180 ℃;
e. and d, putting the product prepared in the step d into an oven for drying.

The preparation process of the food-grade children shoe sole according to claim 6, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the expanded thermoplastic elastomer is prepared by forming a supercritical fluid by pressurizing and heating 70-80% of thermoplastic elastomer, adding 20-30% of polyurethane, mixing, penetrating into thermoplastic raw materials, and raising the temperature and reducing the pressure to form a polymer phase system.

The preparation process of the food-grade children shoe sole according to claim 6, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the injection molding die comprises a first upper die, a second upper die and a lower die, wherein the first upper die is arranged on the left side of the second upper die, the lower die is arranged on the lower side of the first upper die and the second upper die, the lower die and the first upper die are matched to form a first die cavity, the lower die and the second upper die are matched to form a second die cavity, the first die cavity and the second die cavity are communicated and define a die cavity with the same shape as a sole, a mounting groove is formed in the concave side of the left side of the second upper die, an ejector block and a sliding block are arranged in the mounting groove, a spring is arranged between the sliding block and the second upper die, the inner end face of the sliding block is arranged into an inclined face, an ejector rod is arranged in the mounting groove, the lower end of the ejector rod.
