The specific embodiment
With reference now to accompanying drawing, describe the present invention, wherein similarly Reference numeral is used to refer to identical or functionally similar element.Though described specific structure and configuration, should be understood that this just for purposes of illustration. One of skill in the art will recognize that structure and the configuration that can use other, and without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Those of ordinary skills will be clear that the present invention also can be used for multiple other application.
Sole 200 can comprise having at the wavy middle end 202, this wavy crest 204 and trough 206 alternately that have.In certain embodiments, the wavy sine wave that is roughly at the middle end 202, one or more thus crests and/or trough can be roundings. In other embodiments, one or more crests and/or trough can have generally flat end face, and be for example shown in Figure 34.In other embodiments, the wavy of the middle end 202 can be zigzag, and one or more thus crests and/or trough are sharp. In certain embodiments, crest 204 can roughly equidistantly be located between adjacent trough 206, and similarly, trough 206 can roughly equidistantly be located between adjacent peaks.Between each crest 204 and each trough 206, can be wall 208.Do not have the gap 210 of material to may reside between the adjacent peaks 204 and above trough 206, do not have the gap 212 of material to may reside between the trough 206 and below crest 204.Gap 210 and gap 212 can be extended on the whole width at the middle end 202.In alternate embodiments, gap 210 and gap 212 can only be extended along the part at the middle end 202.In one embodiment, the wavy sine wave that roughly is similar at the middle end 202.Distance between adjacent peaks 204 or the adjacent trough 206 can be roughly the same, perhaps can be along the length variations at the middle end 202, and the perhaps combination of these situations.
In the end 202 can be designed so that each trough 206 the user with its own ability walking, run or carry out contacting respectively or being engaged to when other move ground. When each trough 206 contacts or is engaged to ground,, apply the compression stress of the warpage that causes the gap 210 that is positioned at the trough top owing to be connected to the vertical curve of the wall 208 of trough 206.Compression stress also can make the warpage in the gap 212 on trough 206 either sides, with increase contact or be engaged to the trough 206 on ground and the trough that is adjacent between distance.Be applied to shearing force at the end 202 and can have the identical effect of warpage that makes that wall 208 is crooked and make gap 210 and 212.
Therefore, be used for the material at the end 202 must be enough softness, allowing described bending and distortion, thereby provide enough bufferings. The material that is fit to that is used for the end 202 can include but is not limited to foam and thermo-plastic polyurethane. In the middle of the end 202 when being foam, foam can for example be based on ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) or based on polyurethane (PU), and foam can be open celled foam or closed-cell foam.In other embodiments, the middle end 202 can be elastomer, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), foam-like plastics (for example
Foam or
Foam) and the gel plastics.
Individually or in combination, the various aspects that absorb compression stress and shearing force uniquely at the middle end 202 can comprise: height of (1) wall 208 and thin shape, (2) angle between the adjacent wall 208 at the wavy middle end 202, the gap 210 and 212 of the no material of (3) wall 208 either sides; And/or the compression of (4) foam (except the sole geometry variation) itself.Because wall 208 is high and thin, bending can occur. When load, the crooked and/or distortion of the material at the end 202 during no material portion or gap 210,212 can allow. The end 202 contact condition on the ground can be footwear new walking sensation is provided in the mesopodium zone.Compare with typical running shoes, the impact of heel can spend the longer time, and this can make maximum weighted reduce. In power is applied to during the end, not only in the bottom material compression, and the physical form at the middle end also can change, to absorb compression stress and shearing force.Because no material portion or gap 210,212 on the either side of the high and thin shape of wall 212, the angle between the wall 208 at the wavy middle end 202 and/or wall 208, can appear in shape physical change and/or bending (can comprise wall 208, described wall 208 is expanded in one of no material portion or gap 210,212) on the either side of wall 208.For the individual, compare with more traditional running shoe, unique shape, in the mesopodium zone in the contact condition on the end and ground, and/or material can make the time quantum that spends in each stage of paces circulation change, thereby may reduce the individual maximum weighted of being experienced.
202 above-mentioned influence can cause wearer's health to exert oneself more at the bottom of compression stress and the shearing force centering.Exert oneself the exercise that footwear can strengthen muscle (for example muscle of wearer's calf, thigh, lower back portion, buttocks and/or belly) more by the health that forces the wearer.Since this extra firmly, when the wearer advance given apart from the time, affected muscle have walked greater than give set a distance apart from the time used power sensation, increase wearer's amount of exercise thus.In another embodiment, the power that acts on can cause wearer's health not too to exert oneself at middle the end 202.For example, the middle end 202, can be used for by stored energy in its compression process and natural elasticity and the energy giving back energy increase pin in its expansion process are given back ability. Therefore, employed muscle can stand less strain in the active procedure.
For the buffering effect that changes, wall 208 can be formed, so that gap 210 and the gap 212 with multiple shape to be provided. In one embodiment, example as shown in figs. 1 and 6, gap 210 can be roughly V-arrangement.The angle that is provided with between the adjacent wall 208 can be suitable for the shock-absorbing capacity that provides required. For example, in one embodiment, the angle between the adjacent wall 208 can be spent in the scope of about 50 degree about 10, for example spends about 40 from about 10 and spends, and perhaps about 15 spend about 35 degree. In one embodiment, the angle between the adjacent wall is along the length variations at the middle end 202.For example, in one embodiment, this angle is bigger between can the one or more pairs of adjacent walls 208 in the s heel portion at the middle end 202, and less between the one or more pairs of adjacent walls 208 in forefoot portion. For example, in certain embodiments, the angle between the wall 208 in the forefoot portion can be spent about 40 degree from about 30.In certain embodiments, the angle between the adjacent wall in the s heel portion 208 can be spent about 25 degree from about 15.In another embodiment, for example shown in Figure 1, gap 212 can roughly be configured as inverted V-arrangement.
The gap 210 and 212 the degree of depth also can change, so that required shock-absorbing capacity is provided. In one embodiment, for example shown in Figure 1, the degree of depth in gap 210 can be along the length variations at the middle end 202.For example, gap 210 can be darker in the heel area at the middle end 202, and become more and more shallow towards the forefoot region at the middle end 202.
In another embodiment, for example shown in Fig. 3 and 5, gap 212 can be roughly Omega shape (Ω), make each gap 212 have the top section of rounding and narrow bottom section, wherein form at 212 bottoms, gap places and towards between the surface of two walls 208 in each gap 212 apart from d1 be shorter than in the gap 212 mid portion apart from d2.Described embodiment is exemplary, and gap 210 and gap 212 can have the combination of the Any shape that any those of ordinary skills understand. For example, in one embodiment, the middle end 202, can comprise the combination in V-arrangement and shape gap, Omega.
