Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal feed additives, in particular to a natural compound antioxidant for animal feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the feed production, the raw materials with higher fat content are added to meet the energy and nutrition requirements of animals in different growth stages, but substances such as fat-soluble vitamin feed additives, pigments, flavoring agents and the like contained in the feed with high fat content are easily oxidized and rancid in the whole process of mixing, processing, storing, feeding and digesting, can be in contact with oxygen in the air to generate oxidation reaction, aldehyde and ketone harmful substances are generated, the feed quality is reduced, the harm such as reduction of the feed intake of animals, diarrhea, liver swelling and the like is caused, and even the lives of livestock and poultry are threatened when rancid is serious. The prior antioxidants mainly used in the feed industry are synthetic antioxidants, including Ethoxyquinoline (EQ), Butylhydroxyanisole (BHA), dibutylhydroxytoluene (BHT) and the like, but reports show that the antioxidants have carcinogenic and genetic toxicity to animals, can cause residue and enrichment in meat products, and cause food safety hazards to endanger human health, and the G/SPS/EU/190 bulletin issued by the European Union in 2017 in 2 months; stopping adding EQ into the feed; also, BHT and BHA added to animal feed have been reported to have higher carcinogenic risk than EQ. The disadvantages of these synthetic antioxidants will therefore lead to an increased market demand for natural sources, and the development of new natural antioxidants is of great importance.
The antioxidant effect of natural extracts has certain limitations, such as lower antioxidant property, while the composite natural antioxidant is more superior. 2 or more than 2 natural antioxidants are compounded, and because the plurality of components can make up the deficiency of a single extract, the antioxidant effect is better than that of the single extract. The working principle of the composite antioxidant is to repair and regenerate, couple and oxidize, absorb oxygen, change enzyme activity and complex metal ions, and all the components are matched with each other to achieve better antioxidant effect.
The main components of rosemary extract are rosmarinol, carnosol and carnosic acid. The main components in the rosemary extract have strong antioxidant activity. Has obvious effect on preventing the oxidation of the grease feed, and the effect is better than that of a chemical synthetic product BHT + BHA, and the product is a common natural antioxidant.
The natural astaxanthin has a special molecular structure, is a strong quencher of singlet oxygen, has strong capacity of scavenging oxygen free radicals, and is an extremely effective antioxidant. Adding astaxanthin into feed for aquaculture to prevent deterioration of processed aquatic product such as rainbow trout due to lipid oxidation; it can also improve laying rate of hen and promote health of hen; promoting the growth of the chicks and the utilization rate of the feed, reducing the death rate of the chicks, improving the hatchability, resisting the infection of salmonella and prolonging the shelf life of the eggs. The astaxanthin is used as feed additive for feeding boar, and can increase boar semen volume and improve piglet volume and survival rate. Astaxanthin is also an active stress-resistant factor, which enhances the stress-resistance of farm animals and domestic pets, and minimizes weight loss and reduced immunity due to extreme temperatures and other sudden environmental changes.
Lipoic acid is a unique non-nutritive antioxidant with both fat solubility and water solubility, is easy to absorb, can be distributed to all parts of an organism to play a role, and even can permeate blood brain barrier to protect the organism from being damaged by oxidation. When 200 mg/kg-800 mg/kg of lipoic acid is added into the daily ration, the addition amount of the lipoic acid has positive correlation with the oxidation resistance and growth of the Haliotis discus hannai.
Therefore, the above conventional feed antioxidants have disadvantages and drawbacks in terms of ingredients and usage, and further improvement is needed. In order to solve the problems of the feed antioxidant, the relevant manufacturers have tried to solve the problems without diligent thought, but there has been no suitable design developed and completed for a long time, and there is no suitable product to solve the problems, which is obviously a problem to be solved urgently by the relevant manufacturers.
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the conventional feed antioxidants, the present inventors have made extensive research and innovation based on practical experience and professional knowledge of many years of design and manufacture of such products in combination with the application of theory, in order to create a novel natural complex antioxidant for animal feeds and a preparation method thereof, which can improve the shortcomings of the conventional antioxidant components and make the antioxidant more practical. After continuous research and design and repeated trial and improvement, the invention with practical value is finally created.
