实施例1
一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂及制备方法,由下述重量百分比的原料制成:分散剂为2份、润湿剂为1份、防冻剂3份、防腐剂0.2份、增稠剂0.8份、警戒色24份、成膜剂为40份、耐磨性助剂2份,珠光粉18份,植物生长调节剂0.0073份,其余用水补足。
所述的苯甲酸钠防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
所述的警戒色包括红色浆、蓝色浆、绿色浆、紫色浆。
所述的分散剂为SK-34SC,润湿剂为4894。
所述防冻剂为丙二醇。
所述增稠剂为LT-908。
所述成膜剂为丙烯酸树脂乳液。
所述耐磨性助剂为DG482。
所述的珠光粉的细度为300目。
所述植物生长调节剂为天然芸苔素内酯、天然吲哚乙酸和赤霉酸。

1)按上述比列将将水和分散剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、植物生长调节剂混合分散、快速剪切,剪切速度在1200-1500r/min,剪切60min。
2)再加入警戒色、成膜剂、珠光粉进行慢速搅拌均质,搅拌速度不超过60r/min,搅拌30min。
3)之后调节pH值至6-8,最后进行质检计量包装。
实施例2
一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂及制备方法,由下述重量百分比的原料制成:分散剂为2份、润湿剂为1份、防冻剂3份、防腐剂0.2份、增稠剂0.8份、警戒色24份、成膜剂为40份、耐磨性助剂2份,珠光粉18份,植物生长调节剂0.0073份,其余用水补足。
所述的防腐剂具体为苯甲酸钠。
所述的警戒色包括红色浆、蓝色浆、绿色浆、紫色浆。
所述的分散剂为FS3000,润湿剂为4894。
所述防冻剂为乙二醇。
所述增稠剂为黄原胶。
所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇。
所述耐磨性助剂为DC51。
所述珠光粉的细度为300目。
所述植物生长调节剂为三十烷醇。

1)按上述比列将将水和分散剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、植物生长调节剂混合分散、快速剪切,剪切速度在1200r/min,剪切60min。

一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:制备方法采用先将水和分散剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、植物生长调节剂混合分散、剪切,再加入警戒色、成膜剂、耐磨性助剂、珠光粉进行均质;之后调节pH值至6-8,最后进行质检计量包装。

1.一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂,其特征在于:所述包衣剂包括以下按重量百分比的原料:分散剂1-3份,润湿剂0.5-1份,防冻剂3-4份,防腐剂0.2-0.5份,增稠剂0.1-0.2份,警戒色20-25份,成膜剂30-40份,耐磨性助剂2-5份,珠光粉18-20份,植物生长调节剂0.0001-0.1份,余量用水补足。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂,其特征在于:由下述重量百分比的原料制成:分散剂为2份、润湿剂为1份、防冻剂3份、防腐剂0.2份、增稠剂0.8份、警戒色24份、成膜剂为40份、耐磨性助剂2份,珠光粉18份,植物生长调节剂0.0073份,其余用水补足。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂具体为苯甲酸钠,所述的警戒色包括红色浆、蓝色浆、绿色浆、紫色浆,所述分散剂选自农乳500号、农乳600号、DSC2004、FS3000或SK-34SC中的一种,所述润湿剂为4894。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂,其特征在于:所述防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂选自黄原胶、硅酸镁铝或LT-908中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂,其特征在于:所述成膜剂选自聚乙烯醇、苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液或丙烯酸树脂乳液中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂,其特征在于:所述耐磨性助剂剂选自DC51、W-318、DL-201、HP-752A或DG482中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂,其特征在于:所述的珠光粉的细度为300目。
9.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂,其特征在于:植物生长调节剂为三十烷醇、S-诱抗素、胺鲜酯、芸苔素内酯、吲哚乙酸和赤霉酸中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述一种玉米种子炫彩膜包衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:制备方法采用先将水和分散剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、植物生长调节剂混合分散、剪切,再加入警戒色、成膜剂、耐磨性助剂、珠光粉进行均质;之后调节pH值至6-8,最后进行质检计量包装。
