It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
While the preferred embodiments of the present application have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the application.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. A method for establishing a video call through a short message link is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a call request sent by a user, and establishing voice call connection between the user and a seat according to the call request;
receiving a video call request sent by the user through the seat;
responding to the video call request, and generating a short message link, wherein the short message link comprises user information and to-be-handled service information of the user;
sending the short message link to the user so that the user sends an artificial service request through the short message link, wherein the artificial service request comprises the user information and the to-be-handled service information;
and determining a target seat according to the manual service request, and establishing video call connection between the target seat and the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating the short message link comprises:
generating a hyperlink according to the user information and the to-be-handled service information determined by the seat;
and converting the hyperlink into a short website to serve as the short message link.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the user information comprises rating information of the user, the to-do service information comprises a service type of a to-do service, and the determining the target seat according to the manual service request comprises:
determining a seat group corresponding to the type of the service to be handled;
when the seats which are not in the seat service exist in the seat group, randomly selecting one seat from the seats which are not in the seat service as the target seat;
when no seat which is not in the seat service exists in the seat group, determining the queuing ranking of the user in the current waiting user according to the ranking information of the user, wherein the ranking information is positively correlated with the queuing ranking, and determining the seat distributed to the user according to the queuing ranking as the target seat.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining a target position according to the human service request and establishing a video call connection between the target position and the user, the method further comprises:
in the process of carrying out video call between the target seat and the user, intercepting a target image from image information of the video call, wherein the target image comprises face information of the user;
and after the video call is finished, storing the identification information of the user, the target image, the video record of the video call and the current date into a local database in an associated manner.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after storing the identification information of the user, the target image, the video record of the video call, and the current date in a local database in association, the method further comprises:
receiving a call record viewing instruction sent by a current operating user, wherein the call record viewing instruction comprises identification information and viewing date of the current operating user;
searching a target video record corresponding to the identification information and the viewing date of the current operation user in the local database;
judging whether the similarity of the face information of the current operation user and the face information associated with the target video record is greater than a threshold value or not;
and if so, displaying the target video record.
6. A communication system, comprising:
the receiving and sending unit is used for receiving a call request sent by a user and establishing voice call connection between the user and a seat according to the call request; receiving a video call request sent by the user through the seat;
the generating unit is used for responding to the video call request and generating a short message link, wherein the short message link comprises user information and the to-do service information of the user;
the receiving and sending unit is further configured to send the short message link to the user, so that the user sends an artificial service request through the short message link, where the artificial service request includes the user information and the to-do service information;
and the determining unit is used for determining a target seat according to the manual service request and establishing video call connection between the target seat and the user.
7. The communication system according to claim 6, wherein the generating unit is specifically configured to:
generating a hyperlink according to the user information and the to-be-handled service information determined by the seat;
and converting the hyperlink into a short website to serve as the short message link.
8. The communication system according to claim 6, wherein the user information includes level information of the user, the information about the pending service includes a service type of the pending service, and the determining unit is specifically configured to:
determining a seat group corresponding to the type of the service to be handled;
when the seats which are not in the seat service exist in the seat group, randomly selecting one seat from the seats which are not in the seat service as the target seat;
when no seat which is not in the seat service exists in the seat group, determining the queuing ranking of the user in the current waiting user according to the ranking information of the user, wherein the ranking information is positively correlated with the queuing ranking, and determining the seat distributed to the user according to the queuing ranking as the target seat.
9. The communication system of claim 6, further comprising:
the intercepting unit is used for intercepting a target image from the image information of the video call in the process of carrying out the video call between the target seat and the user, wherein the target image comprises the face information of the user;
and the storage unit is used for storing the identification information of the user, the target image, the video record of the video call and the current date into a local database in an associated manner after the video call is finished.
10. The communication system of claim 9, further comprising:
the receiving and sending unit is further used for receiving a call record viewing instruction sent by a current operating user, wherein the call record viewing instruction comprises the identification information and the viewing date of the current operating user;
the determining unit is further configured to search the local database for a target video record corresponding to the identification information of the current operating user and the viewing date;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the similarity of the face of the current operating user and the face information associated with the target video record is greater than a threshold value or not;
and the display unit is used for displaying the target video record if the target video record is larger than the target video record.
